They know some tourists carry cash so they will try by all means to lure you into signing business deals, please don't they will come to you in very expensive cars and offer you gifts but there isn't any investment with these people, no travel packages RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. THEY will ask if its your first time in Dubai if yes they will reap you your hard earned money. I was fortunate enough to investigate about them and discovered they are pathetic thieves

My good experience was however marred by the refusal to drop me back at the hotel i had been picked if it wasn't for the intervention on someone at reception. They wanted to drop me at a metro station and i had neither a ticket for the Metro nor a visa card to pay for a taxi.

I also felt pushed to the limit to invest yet I was a first time visitor to Dubai, who wanted to enjoy my 60th birthday in Dubai

Mr Hamed Kandil and his senior manager Mr Bradley Magison were exceptional in explaining the details of the package and what I could expect. Mr Yacine from Dubai Lifestyle closely followed up on every request I made and made sure that any issues were resolved promptly.

My family truly enjoyed our stay in Dubai and we are looking forward to investing in one of your properties in the near future.

STAY AWAY FROM THE FIRST GROUP!. We bought a hotel room in 2017 and one in 2019. Either one of them is finished and it doesnt look like they are interested in finishing them. The put 3-4 guys that every time i went to visit were "on a lunch break". So we traded in one of the hotel rooms for 2 finished ones. The 2 finished ones were was supposed to start paying at the end of July( 9 months after we bought them). We didnt get a payment or a report of how the hotels are doing. They say "soon" after the office will go over the reports. Dont hold your breath to get a payment.

My experience from you guys from The first group marketing team is amazing, l love your energy, communication skill, so convincing and persuasive & excellent customer care it's a Thumbs up.

My whole experience would have been as extremely enjoyable as the half end of the team tried to make it IF the first half of the team at the mall, at the airport had been CLEAR and totally transparent about what they were inviting me to. It seemed like they deliberately hid, avoided that!

Having worked for the company... I got to know some of the ins and outs of the company. My main concern would be that we were taught to sell the product using strong lies and manipulation towards potential investors. A lot of the reviews are within 2 years because during this time scale investors have not started to get their returns yet. With promised ROI of 5%+ many investors do get disappointed about the casual 2.5% ROI. IF YOU WANT TO INVEST YOUR MONEY IN DUBAI THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU INVEST IN #THEFIRSTGROUP. Good luck.
