Good package however unable to find any contact numbers and unable to speak to anyone. Promised a call back on several occasions but no one called despite saying it was urgent as i had my flight tickets on hold awaiting your assistance. Overall Unhappy! TO DATE NOT RESOLVED

It was a pleasant experience in the company of Susan, who was courteous and articulate in explaining as we were on a tour of the facilities of the First Group. She is a real asset to the company. Credit must also be given to Miss Manka, who approached me first at the airport and also Mr Atsu Ago who is going to be my concierge after convincing me to buy into the holidays experience.
My regret is that I have been left on my own transportation wise after buying into the holidays package. This is not good at all for one who does not know his ways around town. It is a minus to the First Group. Get transportation included in the package.

My last year experience was enjoyable. I only did not enjoy the boat trip food much

The lack of respect, the pressure of the salespeople who want to push you to make a decision the first time they see you... the bling bling, trying to impress you to impress you... the recital of their markting even refusing to skip steps when you want to get to the point because you don't have all the time and you're in a hurry...
You don't invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in a hurry, no serious business is going to push a client to do this unless it's a scam. I'm not even unhappy after reading the reviews.
Their behavior towards me is nothing compared to those who have lost a lot of money

I am with The First Group since 2016 as an investor. I have invested in one of the properties and my experience with The First Group has been more than expected good.

Generally if you invest with any company they are more interested in your investments but The First Group's priority is services and satisfaction. Only if you're satisfied with the services then only they move ahead. But they stay with you always.
If I say the relationship between the first group and I grew over the years and getting better because of the services, Returm on investment and personal attention.

I hereby would like to mention "Olga" who had been a great help during my stay in Dubai and now I am planning for my second investment in The First Group. I know I delayed my decision it's my loss. I should have made my second investment earlier and now I would have been discussing my third investment with The First Group.

Very satisfied... great Investment. One of my best decisions.

I'm very impressed but I want to ask you to send me my membership details also when i was booking i was not given December for alternative dates and was bound to choose November any reason why i don't know why

I give a five-star rating because of the excellent and fruitful relationship with Brother Yacine, both in terms of the quick response to our requests and the quality of the service rendered with the spirit of pleasure in a respectable and cooperative environment.

I received a call when they advertise. They help me when i lost the email and send me the account link. After i add me preferences i recwived ean email that someone will contact me in 5 business days but no one does. And i have no clue how to follow up. How do you want me to rate the experience in a survey before completing your task!

We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that all the staff are polite and friendly to the guests. So an atmosphere of good rest and good mood was created.
Everythimg was great: rooms, food, pools, cleaning, mini bars, as well as the activities included in dubai lifestyle package.
Thanks to hamam abdessamed for the assistance and care during all the trip. We had an unforgettable time here, we hope to return to this hotel and with The first group packages and experiences
