The First Group

The hotel was exceptional right from the start. The room was beautiful with great views of Dubai Marina. This hotel operates like a 5 star with great attention to detail and exceptional service and care. The staff were exemplary, they took care of all our needs and wants.

Nour, our relations executive welcomed us with open arms and a big smile and made sure we felt right at home. A special thank you goes out to Rohan who cleaned our room beautifully with little gestures of sweets and dates. The breakfast was so satisfying with a good and wide selection to choose from complemented by great service.

We highly recommend this hotel.

1)I bought an apartment through TFG who conned me with i)an investment that was already losing value and ii)a non-existent investment visa. I was able to get a Certificate of Title after a one year fight and not a Title Deed as promised. 2)I have been asking for financial statements for two years to show income received in the above investment and response from agent is that the accounts team hasn't sent it to her. For TWO YEARS! 3) I am out of country and new goalposts have been set up before I can take possession of my keys. At every stage of this investment there are roadblocks set up by the company. There is a revolving door of personnel and therefore accountability and follow up is never a priority. My fight with TGF continues, two and a half years after making my final payments for the apartment. I still am unsure if I have an apartment.

I bought 2 different hotel rooms from them, both are finished and sit vacant for about 8 months. When you make a payment they will be happy to take your credit card/wire and it takes a few seconds, but when you need to get a refund, i haven't received it after months and numerous phone calls and emails.

At first I had some concerns to do with delayed response time and customer handling after making payment. However, Mr. Faisal made everything alright and made good my concerns. I really appreciated this latter treatment. Thank you.

Firstly we were told that we go for a presentation after that we have dinner and 2 night accommodation. We for there and they gave us the presentation and it was fine. But they wanted us to sign immediately I don't know them. I can't pay money based on what they tell me and without doing research. I felt they false advertises the prises so that we can go to their offices. I was not happy with that.

We know First Group as an excellent company with a lot of interesting developments in various places in Dubai. At the moment - with pandemic all over the world - times are very challenging. Nevertheless they achieved also during these times a really solid revenue.
Customer Service, especially Ms. Doa, does a perfect job in communicating with us and giving support for any questions.
Therefore five stars over all are undoubtedly justified!

My fund was transfered by mistake and it shouldn't be deducted.Amira sent a requested copy of half to me now which I didn't trust 100% because we have been on this refund since November. So you need to look into this.You can not take what is not yours.
This fund is mine, I am not your customer.I have never stepped in your office so why are you playing smart on my money.This is ridiculous.
I need my full refund please.
A big company like this should always protect its repetition.
I will come back to share my story again.

Riham was quite patient with me throughout the process. I did however, express my displeasure in the beginning when it seemed as though I was being pressured into jumping on board. I think that if TFG allow potential clients a little time to think through the offer, they'll have a much better success rate.
