What a wonderful vacation! Thank you to The First Group for your excellent service and support! We would most certainly recommend their Dubai Lifestyle Experience Membership to anyone who loves Dubai.
We were first caught by TFG on arrival in Dubai airport. We agreed to go on a tour with them which didn't turn out to be a tour, just a trip to their sales office, and then the sales bombardment began! The sales team were extremely friendly and accommodating and sold us the Dubai Lifestyle Experience package by assuring us that there were no restrictions for booking the accommodation and excursions - this was important to us as this was our first visit to Dubai and we knew we would not be able to return any time soon. They only share the detailed T&Cs after you've paid and when we contacted them to try to book the accommodation they said that it had expired!
They took our money under false pretences, very unethical sales tactics.
Investing remotely is not an easy decision or task. That's what I did with TFG. When I ask for help, no matter what, Yacine and Aymen answer all my questions. I have never been so comfortable and well-treated because I feel so good. I will visit you at the end of the year to enjoy my stay in Dubai.

We had our jet ski tour today. We had a great time. Our group leader, his name is Stalin, was attentive and fun. He took great pictures of us in front of famous resorts. We rented two jet skies. Very happy with company.
It was promised that there are no black out dates!
Also I should be able to use my days when I need it, not all in a row.

He did mention Thierry at the concierge was of great assistance and made their stay in Millennium Place memorable and he will be visiting Dubai again in a couple of months for a business trip

Had a lovely experience with The First Group team. Really enjoyed all the communication, from the initial contact to the contract signing. What I appreciate the most is constant support and readiness to help, whatever issue I have. Im yet to see the financial results, but Im sure I wont be disappointed. I was told totally different things at the first approach with the company rep than took place on actual meeting. In addition it took crazy amount of time to get simple info out. I asked several times to get facts out and to be send to my email. I dont like to force feeding. As on investor I like to get clear facts out and not to deal with the people who try to sell investment property like vacation club.

Very bad experience. On the mall I was asked for my time for demonstration of new project which is excellent investment opportunity. On acceptance I was taken to another office by car and there a lady started marketing of a seven night hotel voucher woth 60 percent discount.with a push that this discount is only for this moment.I felt disgraced because marketing was very sub standard. Then I was taken back to emirates mall without telling me a single word about the project
This is my first time of taking the opportunity to travel to Dubai for a business trip to shopping and visit some tourist sites whilst experiencing their culture and values. Therefore, i have not yet have any experience about the lifestyle of the Dubai people.
I was promised by your personnel that I will be able to book by September 1, and the prices were 1000 pounds lower than now. I had to wait until today to confirm my hotel dates to proceed with my tickets booking.
Wonderful experience to meet Thierry who introduced to the activities of First Group. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with beautiful serene and it is worthy of repeating the visits again. The holiday packages are amazing and I will inform friends about the activities while on holiday in Dubai

I purchased a office space from The First Grout in the solo, The Bridge, Sports City for 100k with a expected return of 7000 to 10,000 per year. It has been rented out for 3 years now and my return is 700.00 per year. TFG say that this is the best return that they can give on this even with Regus managing it. To me it looks like all the rent is going on fees and charges. They offered to buy it back at my purchase price it I invested into one of their hotels. What can I do about this? Its a bad investment for me and the other Solo investors. Would you invest in a company that promised that and delivered this?
We received very good service, it was very interesting and informative, because of this we really want to continue working with the company, we want to suggest many of our friends to learn more about the first group because of Angelina! I have sent emails over two weeks ago and no one has replied.
Also my certificate expires on 17/02/2023. However I can only book dates upto 31/10/2022. I need someone to reply to my emails and communicate with me. Why can't I book beyond October when my certificate expires in February 2023
