I have sent emails over two weeks ago and no one has replied.
Also my certificate expires on 17/02/2023. However I can only book dates upto 31/10/2022. I need someone to reply to my emails and communicate with me. Why can't I book beyond October when my certificate expires in February 2023
Our family whilst on our first holiday was approached by one of their representatives offering a 2 night complimentary stay at one of their hotels for a next visit to Dubai as well as free lunch the next day in exchange for listening to a marketing presentation for a new hotel. We were told we were not expected to pay a penny and 'not to bring any money'!. When we went for the presentation the next day, it turned out they wanted us to sign for a vacation club and give a deposit of £2000 there and then. When we said we cannot afford it, their manager abruptly advised the salesperson to escort us on our way. We felt lied to and felt ashamed of ourselves that we trusted them. There was no mention of a dinner and the two night stay was only for two which is no good for us as a family of 4 with two young kids. They are a fraud company.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Their hotel is extremely busy, longue queue in the reception but Nour made it up for us, she was very helpful and worked fast and well. Appreciated her professionalism
Since I already purchased Airline tickets from the States to Dubai arriving on 6 June 2022, I would appreciate all the help to use that date as the first day of my stay. Also do you have other destinations for future travel?

Several years ago I invested all the free money I had into TFG project. I almost didnt even hesitate, and as the result I have 3 units now. I can say I plan to invest some additional money into new projects being in construction. The company works flawlessly, and the staff is comprised of true professionals. Every time my friends or business partners ask my advice on investing in Dubai real estate, I gladly recommend them to consider TFG
Yes they are in the business of selling hotel rooms though they are not pushy or hurried. I found their representative, Reem, to be patient for my questions and well informed providing information and answers in an easy to comprehend and retain format. Their presentation was accommodating of my personal and business needs on the day, dropping me to a lunch engagement and then collecting me after.
We would have definitely made some decision, as we are now leaning to look at other companies that might offer a similar deal where we could get weekly packages for the future, but we were very disappointed that your staff was pushy and salesy. At the time, we could not be confident enough in the offering and we doubt we'd want to deal with your staff again.

We stayed in the hotel for two days and we were very happy about our stay. The room looked great, super clean and tidy. On the check out, we were greatly assisted by Sana and Nour from TFG who were very helpful and nice to my family. We will surely comeback for the service provided.

The experience was good, the presenter warm yet gave us feeling of of indifference to service offer. Humble recommendation for the group is to do a bit of background check on potential customers before offering potential products.

I booked a reservation on January 6. No one from First Group has contacted me to confirm my hotel stay. Is it First Group practice to allow weeks to go by without contacting members. I have sent 11 emails asking for someone to contact me to confirm my reservation.

I invested $300,000 in 2010 in First Group's Grand Central Hotel. Today I don't know what it is worth. Maybe less than 20%. I sweated all through that year to pay for the investment. The result? Less than 1% return. As I write, the management of the property is mired in fraud and incompetence by TFG. This is the worst investment ever. Their properties are overhyped, overvalued, their asset and investment management zero. Please don't take my word for it. Ask them to tell you about Grand Central. I tell you, they will shut up. Worst of all, they promote false customer reviews. Fraudulent company!
