In general the overall experience is ok, however I'm a bit disappointed with the thing that I was told that the package includes my kids as well but I need to pay additionally for services and entertainment for them. I asked about that when I was buying a voucher, got the response that the voucher will cover my whole family. I also feel a bit overwhelmed with questions about my personal life, preferences, etc.
