The First Group

I took out a travel insurance policy with The First Group (Dubai Lifestyle Experience) 3 months ago. The precaution I was given was to give notice at least 14 days before my departure. Which I did. But I'm surprised at how long it takes (at least 5 days) to provide me with the references of the hotel where I'm staying. I thought that 24 hours at the most would be enough. What's more, I'm even being offered alternative pick-up dates even though my travel dates have already been set.

The guy told us it would be a 2 hour experience but they wasted 6 hours of our day. I asked them to get to the details on two occasions but they kept saying we are almost done. He saw we had our kids with us but kept going.

This is not an investment opportunity for your average tourist. Big waste of time on a family trip.

I actually was really insecure before making this property investment, but The First Group team cleared all my doubts. I already had a pleasant experience of talking to them during a professional exhibition, so naturally the company was my #1 choice for investment. They helped me get familiar with Dubai property market and with the local hotel industry, and I appreciate this a lot. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to choose a project in a promising area, and the first financial results are quite impressive. I hope the tendency will stay for long.

I have met the team at four seasons hotel jordan, they are well trained employees with lots of knowledge of their products and services, not to forget their welcoming smile that never leave their face during the meetup

We learnt a lot about the different investment opportunities and family holiday packages. The presentation by Innocent was amazing. You could actually own a holiday home for 30 years with minimum contributions. You could also own property in Dubai if you can afford it and make money from it

Bought my Dubai Lifestyle Experience months ago and now want to redeem and activate as we are planning on going on holidays in Dubai soon. I have since done it online, written to the email on the Certificate Number but got no response. To make matter worse, there is no contact number to make phone calls. This is really terrible and makes my family upset and angry about the whole package.
We need to get our trip arranged and finalised.
Why is no one responding to the emails?
This is horrible.
If I don't hear anything I will be making a lot of noise about this.
I hope it is not a scam because I will be very vocal about it.

Promise of fortune and returns and free gifts but after saying would like to review and think about it they became uncomfortable and after leaving all the items promised would not work aka, entertainer app free subscription and future hotel stay, emailed that was not working, response given o offer has expired

Communication is 100%, follow up on clients is 100%, the hotels that we visited during the tour were nice and our appreciation goes to Lara for really being such a wonderful lady that has good customer care skills. Thank you Lara.

The sales rep was 40 minutes late. Rushed through a presentation which was supposed to be for an investment opportunity but showed us some holiday package and refused to drop us back to the hotel that had been confirmed previously
Appreciate what you're trying to do but the entire thing execution is terrible for

It was a great experience for my family and I at your first group office. Ahmed and the whole team did a fantastic job. They kept to every of their promises. I initially thought it was just a marketing promises to get customers until our expo 2020 visit with the voucher from first group, the free train tickets and finally a dinner at MasterChef. I lack word to express my feelings but my family and I were blown away. It was an el Dorado of some sort. Looking forward to doing more business with you.

My holiday experience at Wyndham Marina was so amazing. I did enjoy the varieties of continental breakfast and welcoming staff at the hotel. Best regards to Nour (TFG) who assisted us to have so much fun.

Very nice day with over qualified driver that gave us a great experience of driving through the desert! The place we had the barbecue was spectacular, the food was really good and the events were great!

We checked in for a weekend and left very satisfied with very good memories. The hotel was suggested to us by some friends who stayed here before and were satisfied too. The rooms were super clean, the view was super and I got a cake for my birthday too.
