The First Group

They don't keep their promise. After our meeting with them in their office, they promised to send us voucher for Burj Khalifa but this was not sent. They also promised to send us dinner voucher for two but they only sent dinner voucher for one.I thought the officials forgot, so I sent a reminder. But there was no response until we left Dubai.

We had a great time staying at the Tryp by Wyndham. The location was convenient and the staff were courteous, friendly and accommodating. The only grouse if any was with the buffet breakfast. It was pretty much the same throughoiut our 12 night stay. It would be nice if you could change some more variety in vegetarian options and the fruit and salads were pretty much the same all through.

I really appreciated the arrangements or organization of the entire Trip. The *******@First collection water front Business Bay local met all my Expectations.Serene environment, so clean, good dining experience with personal touch, spacious rooms and above all good stuff.

What an amazing offer i tried it last time and it was amazing thats why i booked it again

Thanks, Mr.Reyad Mr.Muhammad, and Mr.Farhan they did a great job property tour and explaining everything about unique investment opportunities which was tremendous I went to TFG with my friend we both want to invest, and there are some issues in the presentation for an investor could be more useful for making a mind for investing more picture cleared whether they could show us a financial report or more in detailed that be helpful for us.
However, the Presentation of TFG 100% genuine, property TFG was an ideal spot, especially the tallest hotel tower.

Bad experience, the description of the invitation did not match with what the presentation was like. They promised us an introduction to the hotel, like an event, to get to know the hotel, review their hospitality and consider booking a stay on our next visit. In reality it was a mere sales pitch, just to sell a product, which we were not at all interested in. We did not get 'enjoy' the hotel's facilities.

The whole experience was superb from the moment we were picked up till the end. The guy was friendly and explained the whole thing to us in a way that we would understand, he answered every questions we were dropped where we wanted to go.

Cant wait for the whole holiday package coming up soon. We had a great time as a coupleand becqsue of the wonderful experience, we were compelled to buy a package for the whole family and we are counting down.super excited 🙌🥂

The lifestyle package is very flexible, with its payment plans and time period.

Had a very nice visit with First Group, everyone very friendly. The major disappointment came when the "two free nights anytime in the next year" we were promised became only 4 months (May through August '24), and though we were told we'd be able to make reservations right away, we can't even login until May 1st. Given that First Group didn't keep their word I cannot recommend them.

I attended a presentation at TFG showroom in Dubai.
They made a lot of claims based on their previous projects and it was quite amazing.

Now that I have read the comments here, I will definitely not invest with them.

I didn't see a single review from a happy owner. Research them before being duped, there are other sites as well highlighting their devious ways.

It was a very pressured, seedy, no transparency and totally a dodgy, frustrating experience. Without being transparent they only approached the time sharing arrangement after 2 hours and once I asked for to do my own due diligence, they were no longer pleasant and were rather evasive on more questions. Tourist, please don't go for any of the invitations.

That is how the application was concluded. I am still waiting for the final confirmation of dates and 5 days were estimated. This has not been finalized but so far, the interaction has been great. Thank you.

Found myself in a cosy atmosphere where i had been taken through what its like to become an investor in the Dubai hotels.A lot of rewarding benefits were elaborated.I really had my perception confirmed about that incredible paradise discovered most recently. I yearn to see that place called Dubai with its flourishing and swarming cities.
