Had a very nice visit with First Group, everyone very friendly. The major disappointment came when the "two free nights anytime in the next year" we were promised became only 4 months (May through August '24), and though we were told we'd be able to make reservations right away, we can't even login until May 1st. Given that First Group didn't keep their word I cannot recommend them.
I emailed our contact at First Group about my disappointment and got no response.
