Visit the Cheesecake Factory today in Annapolis Maryland. Placed my order and was told the item would not be available for at least an hour. Wow! I drove 27 miles to be unfulfilled.

Order for my salmon salad came out as a hot meal - salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus. When we finally caught her attn - she was chatting with other servers, maybe friends, and did have other tables- our server said sorry, that she doesn't hear well. When ordering, I'd actually pointed to salad on menu, and my husband also heard me say salmon salad "with dressing on the side". Mgr came over, apologized, and said she'd make my correct salad order. My husband was almost finished eating. We were now rushing, had appt at 12:40 p.m. Shouldn't have been in restaurant
1 1/2 hrs at uncrowded lunch time. When bill came, it had charged the wrong salad in addn to what we'd eaten. Took awhile for that correction. We left ASAP, w/o tipping. Won't be returning.

I don't understand where all the stress comes from; my latest Chocolate Cake which was Vegan cos my wife told me too (lol) Cost me $50 AUD My only complaint is that it didn't last long enough. OMG it was so good we ate it in 3 days.

Green Hills Tn location they are racist and discriminated against me and my wife and my unit US NAVY personnel and then we addressed the managers they got verbally aggressive and defensive which is the act of a guilty person!, said if we were unhappy we could eat someplace else, when we said we would call corporate and even file a lawsuit if need be they said call whoever you like, very unprofessional and unethical operation being ran, when we said we would never come back we expected apologies and so forth and all we got was that's your choice you're free to eat wherever you want! We will be filing a lawsuit directly to hold them accountable for their behaviors and actions! CMDR BOURNE

It is taking 40 minutes. I am so tiered of this. I am about to get the cheesecake then leave. But I don't like cheese but my family does. It also made me sick.

Drove an hour for dinner and was deeply disappointed. The Alfredo taste like flour paste.
Thank god for the cheesecake.

Hair in my salad ask for cheddar cheese on my chicken sandwich with avocado and got Swiss not happy too much mayo bread was soaked and ask for whole wheat got white bread

The food was amazing and they have a huge variety of delicious steaks and other dishes. Custom services always quickly and professional.

Went to Cheesecake Factory at Lake Buenavista exit in Orlando. Service was good. We ordered luncheon portions (which are smaller) of the Santa Fe salad and I had the Shepherd's Pie. While the food was relatively good my Shepherd's Pie was salty. The luncheon specials used to be worth while but now that they continue to raise their prices the difference between lunch prices and dinner prices could just be 1$. Definitely not worth it because Dinner portions are much larger. We also ordered a piece of the Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. While it is very tasty do not get fooled this piece of cake has just that, sponge cake with very little cheese in it. I really think that you cannot even qualify it as a piece of cheesecake. The price of $8.95 is just highway robbery for what they give you. This restaurant is not for the faint of heart, especially when you find out that after all is said and done you have spent $50.00 for a little lunch. Cheesecake Factory built it's business on offering dishes that are different not necessarily better than other restaurants. This is why people flock back time after time. It truly has a following but the people that go to Cheesecake go mostly for the experience not necessarily for the quality of the food which is mediocre at best.

Ausome place, I worked for them for about 10months,until I was assaulted by a kitchen manager name Chris Reid at there Memphis location and then fired, he claim he was just playing, but any good manager knows it's not a place to play or put hands on another employee for any reason, I told him that the raw tuna was bad and he made me sell it anyway thats just some of the things this man gets away with and no one wants to speak up because they are afraid of losing their jobs some from corporate should really check into the daily action on this man

On Friday January 26th, my family and I visited your establishment to celebrate my dads birthday. With a party of seven, we are generally used to waiting for seating during peak times. However, on this occasion the service we received was unacceptable.
Our party arrived at the restaurant in South Side just before 6pm, and received a buzzer with a wait expectancy of an hour. My family patiently waited in the designated area among a crowd of individuals for an hour and 25 minutes. By the time we finally were seated our group, which included my 77 year-old grandmother, was famished.
We had thought that upon being seated our orders would be quick to follow. To our dismay, it took another almost half an hour to receive bread and place our orders. After waiting again for almost another hour, we finally received our main course. With our wait time totaling nearly 3 hours, what was meant to be a celebratory evening turned into a hunger-filled gathering.
Overall, we were greatly disappointed in the entire situation, and were very dissatisfied in the length of time our visit took. Nothing was done to aid the situation, and upon our departure it was decided among the group that we would not be returning in the near future.

Made a reservation and still waited 70 minutes. Staff at the Greenville location were very rude and so was the manager. The food is definitely not worth the headache

Went there for our son's birthday and I had the Chicken Riesling. Highly recommend it! The coconut cream cheesecake was excellent as well. Service was very good and it was a good evening with family.
