Quality of their food is going down hill too. The spinach dip tastes like $#*!. We ate there on may 10,2022. The silverware is still stuck with spinach and cheese after we unwrapped them, told the server about it and the manager came out and apologized, sent out a brand new set of clean silverware, we unwrapped it, again the spoon looked even worse, food residue is clearly on it. This time the manager with another guy came out, looks like somebody who is in charge of kitchen apologied one more time. Think about this: what the chances people like us run into dirty silverware like that twice in a row? What does it tell you about their kitchen hygiene? The scale and operation of the restaurant is huge, so what does it tell you about that too? Not going there any more. Too bad we were not smart enough to take some pictures.

Customer Service...NOT

Tried to get my rewards birthday slice but it wasn't available because the waiter used it last time instead of my sign up free slice so not knowing it at the time when I ordered the reward was expired. Manager was unsympathetic and lost a return customer...

The server sets us 8 inches from strangers because the place is small. It was like eating in a mess hall, no privacy at all, Saw the silverware was lying on the table not on the napkins which is a health violation. Service was slow and the pizza was made from poor quality peperoni and precooked sausage. The bread arrived about 20 minutes late as they were out. I dont understand the attraction to this place. Wont return.

Seating Protocol
February 20, 2022

Went to the Cheesecake Factory in the Quakerbridge Mall, Lawrence, NJ. Waited way too long to be seated + watched people that came + put their names down for seating after me get called for a table. When questioned, the young people in charge of seating acted clueless + nonchalant about what was happening. I asked for a manager, no one ever came. Don't know if they were too young to handle the crowd or just needed more training but they clearly weren't seating people in a fair way. Got to do better!

Ordering online was fine it was perfect. However when you select a time for pick up at the restaurant, never never done on time and if you get to be an hour and you start calling, will you get transferred around to manager manager and then you finally get your food in the car and it's cold and just rubbery it's disgusting never again

My wife and I are senior citizens and have been coming to cheesecake for over 10 years plus. We purchased the nachos with the cheese and chicken. Very little chicken was on the nachos. When we complained We were told that that they only will put 8 oz of chicken on it. Their were only 3 chunks of chicken on the nachos. Clearly not 8 ounces. Plus the tortilla chips were burnt. Then we ordered cheesecake to go and when we got home what we ordered was not what we got. In fact we threw the cheesecake away. We should have asked for our money back from the nachos but we are 70 years of age and needed to get home. We won't be back to cheesecake factory any longer. Mr. Thomas *******221

There's always a long wait to be seated then once you're seated you wait a long time to be waited on once you order your food you wait even longer for the food to come and when the food comes it's cold every time. I don't think I'll be returning, I've given them more than one chance definitely not worth the price.

Went to the cheesecake factory in Lonetree in the park meadows mall and stood 30 minutes at the register and was never waited on. There were workers all around us! Was hoping to get a piece of cheesecake to go, and we ended up just leaving after a long wait. Very dissapointed... Won't be going back to this location!

Terrible food and horrendous service
August 20, 2023

We had booked a reservation and reached there 15mins before, still they made us wait 45mins before we got our seat. Everyone who arrived after us got a table before us, and it was not like they didn't have empty seats. Majority of the table's were empty during our whole duration there. When we finally had our sit and ordered, our food finally arrived after an hour. The salad was burnt, and the food was unpalatable. AND we had to ask for silverware twice.
Would definitely not go there again.

This restaurant never fails to amaze me! The service there is always great and I love the assortment of bread that they give out. The food is always really good and their portions are huge which means you will never leave there hungry. Overall a great restaurant and everyone should try it out! -Jayla Daoust

The Manager host, Waitress and Cake department all had serious attitude problems. I don't know if they were overworked but it made our whole experience a 2 thumbs down and a twist! The strawberry daiquiri was horrible, the Shirley temple was horrible, very weak tasting and to top it off they came out with hard bread. The waitress couldn't handle more than 1 thing at a time and I'm not just saying this to be mean I'm saying this so that all can have better training before dealing with the public. The new bread was in the oven and We ask a couple of people a couple of times to get us more and of course We never received it. The food wasn't bad but I've been there plenty of times and have had so much better with that. I don't know if these guys are under new management but so much has changed. I hope they get better. I made online reservations at Cheesecake Factory located in Charlotte, NC. Drove 45min just to be told they didn't have my reservations. They didn't even tried to retify the situation, she just said nothing she can do. Never again!

My husband and I went to cheesecake factory here in Fresno on Shaw avenue. We waited for our food for a while. I ordered egg rolls and a small salad. My husband ordered orange chicken and rice. The food was horrible. The egg rolls were so greasy and tasteless I ordered the variety kind. My salad was playing with just lettuce and the honey mustard dressing was very gloopy and bitter. My husband asked for soy sauce for his rice took so long to get there. The waiter apologized for the long wait and bad food, it wasn't his fault we tipped him well, I'm so disappointed we spent $50 there. I would advise anyone to save their money and go elsewhere.

My extended family along with my family ate at Cheesecake Factory tonight. My family and I were not pleased with the food. The food was not tasty-my son's chicken teriyaki had a lot of fat in it and the teriyaki sauce was not good; my daughter's Santa Fe salad was average but the dressing had a weird taste; and my Dad's shrimp was overloaded with a salty sauce. Also their prices are very expensive! My extended family graciously paid the bill.

Service dog

I called to cheesecake factory Brea, CA, to see if I could take my service dog, they said the patio was closed but for the service dog no problem. Went I went there they asked if I had a service dog and made wait, until they sent me to the patio but it wasn't conditioned to eat. It was wet, no heaters and they was no honest about the service.

Stopped by on Friday at 10 pm, for a bite to eat and a few drinks. I had the corn tamales and taquitos that were delicious as always. Service in the other hand was terrible. When the food arrived bartender did not come and check to see if everything was OK, sat at the bar over 10 min with a empty glass of mojito I had to wave her down to get another one. I ever got offered bread. She was more busy doing her side work. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Still waiting for seating
December 28, 2022

Went to the Gainesville, Fl Butler Town Center location today for lunch. We arrived at 12:45pm Lunch time. We asked for a table with chairs for two people. (We are both handicapped) hostess said it will about 15 minutes. We gave my cell phone number and we were told they would text us when a seat is available. It is now 6:38pm and I have yet to be called. We went around the corner to PF Changs for lunch. We were seated, ate and travelled back home (which is in Valdosta, GA about a 2 hour North of Gainesville). Sad we travelled so farfor nothing

2 chicken bones in my pasta

I ordered a chicken fettuccine alfredo from the cheesecake factory Dallas location on my birthday on December 7th and there were two chicken bones in my pasta. I reheated it today and almost chocked on a piece of chicken bone twice.

Server was nice and efficient until it was time to ask for a to go box. Food was ok. They ran out of Thai chicken lettuce wraps so we picked something else. I was meeting a client for a business lunch and this location has zero outlets or plugs available in the entire restaurant. The hostess and manger would not allow me to charge my laptop for a few minutes at their counter. I was told it was a liability and they would not allow it. I flew in from Massachusetts to meet this client and came straight from the airport. This is an absurd policy and the fact they refused to make an exception is not customer friendly and was quite rude. I missed presenting to my client because of this "policy". We should have gone to Starbucks or even Taco Bell since they are more customer service oriented and tech savvy. I do client meetings at the Cheesecake franchise in the Boston area all of the time and have never had a problem. We are in 2023 - most restaurants and places that want people to patronize their establishment and spend money make accommodations. I will never book another meeting here again or ever return.

I ordered delivery from the Cheesecake Factory in South Park Mall (Charlotte, NC) on Christmas Eve. I ordered two loafs of bread which I did not receive. The Door Dash driver left and would not respond to my repeated requests for assistance. I called the Cheesecake Factory at *******076 and got no answer. I have contacted the Cheesecake Factory on their website and have yet to receive a response. I will not be ordering from them again because at this point I consider their lack of response to be theft.
