Terrible experience. Will never go here again. We arrived 30 minutes early to get a table for our party of seven, Since we weren't able to do this online due to one extra person. At 8:30 PM we were seated, at 10:45 PM a part of our party still had not gotten our meals and they closed 15 minutes later. Manager had just excuses and no explanations. He had the audacity to charge us for appetizers and drinks that we ordered as we waited for the food that never arrived! This was a very special evening for our family, and we expressed that upon arriving in several times to the wait staff. It was ruined Simply by terrible management, and a restaurant that couldn't do the one thing they're there to do, make food! I've never in my life been in a restaurant for three hours and not received a meal we ordered. Our evening was ruined and my five kids went home hungry at 11 PM. Best part, just seven drinks and two appetizers over the period of our three hour wait, they charge us $94! This is unheard of and should be a crime in itself! I'd have better service going to McDonald's That night and we get our food in five minutes!
Downtown Denver. Had lunch yesterday. Fettuccine under cooked. 1st time their. For the price 4 two people. For under cooked food not worth it. Go to spaghetti factory.
My daughter and granddaughter drove to the Cheesecake Factory in Fresno, CA to eat dinner.
As my title show's: Seated timely, Service terrific, Food good, even the Dinner ordered to go was good.
BUT: DECIDED TO ORDER 7 CHEESECAKE SLICES TO GO, AND THE CHEESECAKE SLICES WE WERE GIVEN TO TAKE HOME, WERE SMALLER CUT's THAN WHAT WERE IN THE DISPLAY CASE AS WE ENTERED.
We arrived home in Visalia, CA started to share the cheesecakes, the slices were so SMALL, NOT BIG ENOUGH TO SHARE!
HOW DISAPPOINTING!
Called this evening to talk with a manager, phone was answered, I asked to speak with a manager, after 20 plus minutes waiting for a manager, I realized I was hung up on! I tried to call again, no one answered the phone.
To pay over $9.50 for a piece of cheesecake and receive 1/2 a piece, I was embarrassed & disappointed!
Cheesecake factory in Bethesda so I just moved to this area and I thought I would go have some good food someone said cheesecake factory is good food but they didn't say the one that Bethesda was but I figured hey they're all the same. I was so disappointed when I got my food it was co by time I got home the crispy shrimp was actually soggy shrimp didn't have any shrimp inside it was more like a soggy fried bread. I also got the jerk chicken which was cold and then I also got the chicken cabbage wraps or something lettuce wraps. Which taste like crap. You can see all the food that I purchased on my receipt. When I called and spoke to Eleanor something like that he was not helpful at all he told me I could bring the food back do you know gas is almost 5 dollars. I really feel like this place doesn't need to have a reservation or anything like that it should be just like a McDonald's because the food wasn't even as good as a double cheeseburger I'd rather had a double cheeseburger could've save more money than this do not go to the Bethesda cheese factory because the food is not great they must cook the food ahead of time and just thrown in the bag and let you think you're getting some good. I would never go to this cheesecake factory again the manager is rude how dare you tell me to come back knowing gas is expensive and then you telling me you need to see the food to give me my refund really so out of class like I said McDonald's has better taste in class than them
I made a reservation online through the Cheesecake Factory website several days in advance as we were going to be celebrating a birthday. I specifically called the restaurant to confirm that there would be no issues if more people were added to our party than what the reservation reflected by the time our reservation rolled around and was told this was NOT an issue, all I needed to do was let the host staff now upon our arrival to the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant to check in I informed the host staff that we did have two additional people in our party and I was told by Jordan, a front-of-house member of management, that our reservation would not be honored because we had more people than what our reservation showed. I recounted to Jordan the telephone conversation I had at the time I made my reservation and she still refused to accommodate our reservation. She told me our wait would be approximately two hours because there was another large party waiting to be sat. We pleaded with her to honor the information that I had been given and she still was unwilling to work with us. She very clearly demonstrated that customer service is not her priority nor Cheesecake Factory's priority as she was more focused on telling us that she was going to reprimand the person I spoke with on the phone than trying to make our situation right.
A whole hour wait then seated 20min after being seated no orders or drinks were taken or bread was served! I had to get up twice to get service! Worst service ever also food was cold
Generally, I don't write bad reviews. I see no point in just complaining. However, I do have something that disappointed me. The server was excellent. Jon Coto was the best. The American Cheddar Cheeseburger was wonderful. Delicious. Not a disappointment.
But the appetizer was the pits. Horrible! They call it "Buffalo Blasts." Blasted out the back end of a skillet, it was 90 percent deep fried bread crust. We had to search for any chicken or the promised "cheese stuffing." It did not taste good. We tried. We tasted a bit of each of the 6-8 pieces they provided. All were equally over cooked, too deeply fried and without the taste of good food.
The sad part of this is that while we like the burgers at CCF, the appetizers have all alike been a disappointment. Usually we put up with the poorly crafted and cooked appetizer. But the Buffalo Blast was so bad, that I felt compelled to warn others.
Again. We enjoyed our time at CCF. Enjoyed the burger. Enjoyed Jon's service. It was just the appetizer that was unappetizing. Way below what we've come to expect at Cheese Cake Factory. Bleak!
BTW - the survey link they supply on the sales slip is a ruse. It does not take to a place to express the level of service received. Don't use ccfsurvey (dot) com. Bad site.
What a joke. They made the cheesecake slice and box 30% smaller. Used to be able to share one. Very disappointing.
We had the best server at our dining experience. Went above and beyond to help us out and make our night that much better!
Waited for 1hour-15 minutes after giving the order. We got only 6 Glasses of water. No bread or butter. Bread was being Baked I think.
I've been to cheese cake factory 3 times and never thought that the food was any good at, its frozen food heated onsite, the first 2 times I've been there it wasn't great food experience one bit, the 3rd time my wife wanted to stop by fir a cheesecake pie and some coffee at the park meadow mall in Douglass county, Colorado we ordered coffee and 2 pieces of pies, when the coffee arrived it was cold and old, so I mentioned that to the server and he said he'll bring an other cup when the coffee came it was terrible the cup was one third full of coffee granules so I talked to the manager and told her but she didn't give a damn about my complaint which i believe it was all due to my color and race and that was it. So I sent an email to the company through an email and was told they'll get back at me and that was more than 6 weeks ago. I think the company has no tolerance for any minority at all because they saw my name and decided who cares. I was hoping they at least get the order of cup of coffee right but they didn't as they don't with any other items on the food menu. They only need to concentrate on their pies and shouldn't open any dine in places and to sell their pies through grocery stores instead, they give the restaurant name a bad reputation to all restaurant owners. I have a video that I took but unable to upload to this review I'll be happy to text it to a a phone nunnery via WhatsApp or other means. I had the receipt but can't find it but I've charged it to my credit card
I will never dine at the Cheesecake Factory in Towson again. Took my 2 daughters to dinner and the waitress did not bring us straws for our drinks. When I asked, I was told they ran out of straws. I accepted that even though every table around us had drinks with straws in them. My oldest daughter wanted a milkshake. Messy to drink without a straw, so I told her just use your spoon. We were still enjoying ourselves. However while my daughters went to the bathroom I witnessed several other waiters taking drinks with straws to other tables. I asked my waitress again for a straw and she said she would go look again for one. She came back empty handed saying she tried but could not find one. When I asked to speak w the manager she went to go get him. She came back with 3 straws right before the manager came over saying she found some at the bakery. I asked the manager Justin why there were no straws for our drinks. Sounding incredibly annoyed, Justin said he just got back from going offsite to get straws. I did not believe him because there were drinks w straws taken to other tables several minutes before he came over to speak with us. Justin was incredibly unprofessional, especially to be a manager. He acted like what's the big deal about a straw. It was not about the straw per say but rather about them treating us unfairly, with my daughter having to drink her milkshake using a spoon. He offered to take the milkshake off the bill like I was looking to gain free food out of the situation. I told him no thank you. I just will never dine here again. This experience totally ruined dinner with my daughters and Justin could care less.
Our blended margaritas came on ice. $15 for mostly ice. Was not served what I ordered. No apologies!
The peanut butter Reesie's peanut butter cup cheesecake oh my gosh the whip cream is the licious I couldn't stop eating it but that cake oh my gosh it feels like you you went to heaven I love that cheesecake I never wanted to leave I had to but it's amazing I give five stars and for you to go check it out it was amazing you'll love the cheesecake hopefully you can go to Tampa and try it out or if you live in Tampa go try out the cheesecake factory the pizza it's so good the pepperoni oh my gosh do you feel like it went to heaven
We ordered eggs Benedict and it was unappetizing, cold, badly presented and poached eggs were watery and made great the bread soggy.
We went to Cheesecake factory (which we do quite often) on Wed. 2/16. Of the group of 10, one of us ordered enchiladas without cheese due to allergies. The dish came covered with cheese which was probably an honest mistake. They agreed to correct the issue and change the dish. Three minutes later they came out with the replacement dish which, much to our dismay, had remnants of cheese through the dish which was covered with sauce to hide it. The fact that they would risk an allergic reaction by trying to pawn the original dish off as a new one was appalling to say the least. The Manager apologized and took the dish back again. After waiting twenty minutes ( the rest of us were long done eating) and still no dish, we cancelled the order altogether as I was astounded that it would take them so long to bring a "fresh cheesless" dish out when their original correction came out within 3 minutes of the original dish. Such poor service and the fact that they would risk a possible allergic reaction to save a dish is very scary when you suffer from food allergies. BEWARE OF REPLACEMENT DISHES, THEY CAN CAUSE YOU A VISIT TOT THE HOSPITAL!
We have eaten at Cheesecake Factory for many years. Today at the Scottsdale AZ Kierland location we arrived for happy hour with a group of 20 people at 3pm and were told that it was reserved for a group of 30 in the happy hour area at 4pm and it only seats 40 in that area, therefore he could not accommodate us in that area. Our argument was that we were there first and per the Corporate rules we understood that the happy hour area is on a first come, first served basis. So then he told us that he could only dedicate a couple of tables to us other than that he was unwilling to accommodate us for happy hour because the rest of us would have to sit in the regular dining area and would not receive the happy hour prices per the Corporate office policy. We went round and round with him about the rules. We have been many times and have been told that the happy hour could not be reserved and it is on a first come first serve basis but today I guess the manager was making his own rules. We were there before the party of 30 and he offered us a seat not in the happy hour area and was unwilling to give us the happy hour prices although he wanted us to move for his reserved party. We thought that was unfair so we contacted the Corporate Office to find out the rules and just as we thought, the happy hour area can not be reserved it is on a first come first served basis. So the Corporate office contacted the Manager right away to straighten it out and we were right and received the happy hour prices. Thanks to the Corporate Office we appreciate your quick response but as far as the Manager we hope he learned a lesson about how to be fair to all customers.

Answer: They are there just not very helpful when you need assistance.
Answer: I guess I didn't research it because we all wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory. Instead we went to Uncle Julio's which was a little more expensive but very good.
Answer: My entire family likes items on their menu. My daughter is a very picky eater and that restaurant has things that she likes to eat so that is why we tried to choose that restaurant but it didn't happen.
