I love the Cheesecake Factory but was totally disappointed in the size of the fish tacos! My husband ordered them for lunch. Smallest tacos I've ever seen. They were really good but more like an appetizer.
The Cheesecake Factory is absolutely amazing! I have eaten here a few times and love it! They have a huge menu so there is definitely something for everyone. Their food is delicious! I was taken here for my birthday and was so amazed I just had to take my mom for her birthday and she loved it as well. Even my children loved it, and they are very picky. They can be a little pricey, depending on what you get, but it is worth it! If you want a nice night out, you should definitely try this restaurant out.
The Ambiance is always Exotic and welcoming. We were here for Brunch and ordered the Eggs Benedict with Country Potatoes, Avocado, Bacon Benedict and Monte Cristo Sandwich and for Breakfast cocktails we have 2 Mimosas and a Factory Peach Malina. Our server was Sara and she was magnificent, she provided excellent customer service.
We plan on returning.
My son got food poisoning from cheesecake factory on March 4th. He had dinner with a few friends. He ordered Alfredo Pasta and cheeseburger spring rolls. Couple hours later he was throwing up and had diarrhea. He spend all night in the bathroom. I am so disappointed with such a high class restaurant to be so careless with the handling of their food. We definitely know for sure that the food poisoning is indeed from cheesecake factory because that day, it was my son"s first and last meal to say the least!
It is Saturday March 5th at 8:00PM and my son is still on the couch feeling so sick.
You lost our business for sure Cheesecake Factory!
I had a great service staff, but the problem was I there at 4:15 and was served at 6:05. I would not recommend going on the weekends if you're looking for a quick dine and dash.
It was so hot the food it's not the best thing and also it's not hot so it's not that easy to eat.Really disappointed I actually thought it was gonna be better …
I was a loyal customer of Cheesecake Factory, taking my family at least twice monthly. I won't be taking the family to dinner at Cheescake Factory again. Prior to the pandemic I purchase six gift desert cards for the Cheesecake Factory; only recently was indoor dining opened in NY. In April I decided to take the family to dinner at the at the Queens Center location. My gift cards were not accepted because they expired at the end of March. The fact that they were closed for almost a year due the pandemic, you would think they'll extend the date on the gift cards. The Cheesecake Factory recieve millions in pandemic aid and still manages to take millions more from customers who purchased gift card that now expired. No doubt these gift cards would have been use if the Cheesecake factory was open. Shame on you Cheescake Factory, corporate greed at it's best.
I dined later at night with Lucas. He is an AMAZING server. It was almost closing time, but he still made the effort to take his time and treat me with the wonderful dining experience!
Food was ok.waitress was really nice!Of coarse the cheesecake is amazing. In my opinion. It's a little pricy considering food wasn't that great.
One of the hostesses was cursed terribly by a obviously drunken customer right in front of her manager and he did nothing. The girl was so embarrassed and shaken up she had to leave work. She had a meeting with manager next day and all he said was Customers are always right. That's a sorry excuse and should be fired. We won't eat here under these conditions. Fire this guy.
Me and my sister went to The cheesecake factory here in Jacksonville at St Town center first of all the service was sloppy they took them the longest to bring our food to us. my sister's fish was really dry it looked like something that my son could have cooked my burger was burnt and when my sister saw the manager she told him that we were leaving she told him what the problem was the manager said she can leave what kind of services that so this place is not recommended don't waste your money they're overpriced and the food was bad the last time me and my family came here. I thought things had gotten better since. We have not been there in so long but I can see I was so so wrong the only reason I left one star is because this site would not let me put zero Stars.
We recently ate at Easton, Ohio restaurant it was so below par. We asked for sweet and unsweetened tea. What we got was 2 unsweetened teas with no sweetener, which I asked for. Appetizers came out 2 minutes before meal. As you can see the pretzels bites were just about burnt. I love, love the restaurant but so disappointed with food and service. $80 for mediocre is not acceptable. I will not return. Just not worth it!
Attended a birthday party at the Galleria Franklin Cheesecake Factory. Poor food and service. Food was slow, cold and my steak medallions were hockey pucks! My dinner was even served after everyone else was done and I asked for medium rare. No offer of compensation or apology really. Drinks lacked a main ingredient, alcohol! Only thing that was good, but definitely overpriced, was the cheesecake! Wont be going back or recommending anytime soon!
Went to your Peoria Arizona location, with a party of eight last night. We had a new server. Not good. They put the wrong order in for my food. Everyone else was done before I even got my food, which was cold. Too hungry by then to send it back. I ordered chocolate cheesecake for dessert, but got plain cheesecake instead. Just kept it, because I didn't know when I would get the correct order. Very disappointed, and was my favorite restaurant before. Won't be back.
After we waited 30 minutes for our lunch, they brought me a wrong item and the server was very rude and manager didn't do anything about it. I would never ever go back to that location and I wouldn't recommend that location to anybody at West Palm Beach.
I've been working at the Mesa location for awhile now and there is absolutely no order in the kitchen and most if not all of the cooks are not properly trained. Servers are given the validation that they can talk however they see fit and management won't even bat an eye. Just an FYI to customers most of the food being served is just a more in depth "fast food" method. At that point I'd just hit a McDonald's and call it a day. Lol
Sincerely, disappointed employee
We came to celebrate my son's 18th Birthday and had a horrible experience! I let the server know when we sat down that we're there to celebrate a birthday. A server gave his plate to someone else and gave us our food. We waited 15-20 minutes for his food while ours got cold. The "manager" came over to apologize and offered him a salad. He picked off of that and ate from our plates while waiting for his meal. By the time his meal came we were finished eating. She comp'd his meal and gave him a slice of cheesecake. This ruined our night and is unacceptable customer service! I asked to have the check comp'd due to our inconvenience and was told no. I would've appreciated that as a token of sincere apology for ruining my son's birthday dinner.
Ok so first of all, Me and my parents waited like more than 35 minutes just for our food and then they give us something we didn't order. Me and my mom ordered NewYork steak cooked medium-rare and they gave us medium-well steaks. I also ordered broccoli and I did get any- My dad ordered a medium-well steak burger but he got the steak cooked medium-rare. This is the worst restaurant I ever been to.
OMG this is the first time I ever went to a cheesecake factory up in North Jersey. I don't even know the town anyway you people think this cheesecake is delicious you got to be out of your freaking minds. I've been eating cheesecake for 62 years. This is garbage real Cheesecake is in New York, and they have locations all over the five borough Real Cheesecake is cold juniors cheesecake try that and I guarantee you you will never ever go back there again for cheesecake.
Me and my siblings took our Mom out for her 75th birthday. Wow what a fun time! Eddy was our server at the Crocker Park location and really made my Mom feel special. He addressed her as "Miss Pam" and made sure she was happy with everything! That was absolutely adorable!
Answer: They are there just not very helpful when you need assistance.
Answer: I guess I didn't research it because we all wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory. Instead we went to Uncle Julio's which was a little more expensive but very good.
Answer: My entire family likes items on their menu. My daughter is a very picky eater and that restaurant has things that she likes to eat so that is why we tried to choose that restaurant but it didn't happen.
