Order for my salmon salad came out as a hot meal - salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus. When we finally caught her attn - she was chatting with other servers, maybe friends, and did have other tables- our server said sorry, that she doesn't hear well. When ordering, I'd actually pointed to salad on menu, and my husband also heard me say salmon salad "with dressing on the side". Mgr came over, apologized, and said she'd make my correct salad order. My husband was almost finished eating. We were now rushing, had appt at 12:40 p.m. Shouldn't have been in restaurant
1 1/2 hrs at uncrowded lunch time. When bill came, it had charged the wrong salad in addn to what we'd eaten. Took awhile for that correction. We left ASAP, w/o tipping. Won't be returning.

Bought $85 watch, via slickdeals link to Shnoop. Rec'd. Carton with broken glass pieces. Not sure where these were from. No phone # for Shnoop so emailed. Got a reply from Shnoop asking for pics of everything and immediately sent these. No followup response to several of my emails, over weeks, asking for status. Finally I began a dispute, and had Paypal intervene, and got a refund after spending $6+ to return the watch. Shnoop customer service ignored my emails, but fortunately, I kept a log of dates, and copies, to report to Paypal for dispute. I saw another ad today on slickdeals for this company, so hereby am warning others to stay away.

Shirt arrived badly damaged. Emailed 1Sale; their reply was to send pics. Did so, then 3 more emails to 1Sale asking about credit; no response from 1Sale in over a month. Today put on "Dispute" with my Master Card account. The sale price is in process of being credited to my MasterCard account. Thank you, Citibank. This might be a way for others to resolve, since 1Sale Customer Service doesn't reply.

1Sale used to be a great site to order from, but no more. They've lost us as customers.

Tip for consumers:
For damaged or mdse. not received, start a 'dispute' with your credit card company. That's if after several attempts by you, there is no communication or resolution from 1Sale.com
