Never going there again... yeah yeah your article is in stock, will have it next week... blablabla... once they sell to you... you don
Très très désapointée... oui Madame votre article est en stock vous allez l'avoir la semaine prochaine... bla bla bla... Après la vente... tu n'existe plus! Tu appelle. Tu dérange... En tout cas vraiment poche comme service
I ordered a couch back in September 2021 in person knowing that the delivery date was schedule for December 22nd 2021. I thought I was being fair and understanding that they needed that much time due to COVID reason but at this point I'm just frustrated. Not one person from the brick reach out to me in December to tell me that there has been a delay. I gave them a call on December 20th to which I was informed that my couch will not be here until mid February. Fast forward to now… January 7 2022, I have just received a call saying my couch is delayed until March 2022. To the Brick-Why bother up selling things if you know that people are going to have to wait this long. Or at least inform your customers of this happening… waste of time and money and I'm pissed to say the least. The only reason it's getting two stars is because of the Halifax employee who made purchasing my couch a breeze. Other than that don't look at buying a couch from here if you aren't ready to wait 6+months.

My parents had a very good experience with sales person but after sales service like delivery and delivery damage issues they had a very bad experience at the brick oulet with their first purchase of sofa set
Operations manager Kayla Cumming is very rude with the salesperson in front of my parents. They have big time language barrier, but they understand that Salesperson tried to help my parents, and she was speaking behalf of them to her, and she was so rude to her and refuse to take her decision back.
My Parents (senior people)bought the sofaset and it was delivered unfortunately sofa was too big my mom told the delivery team very clearly not to force inside our house but the delivery team never listened they forced the sofa and brought inside with damages so my parents called to inform about incident and went to the location and informed our problems instead of replacing the sofa to the next smaller size which they did they bought cheaper sofa, then they bought.
Kayla charged them $ 900 as restocking fee which is totally unacceptable for a customer to pay within a day of purchasing a new sofa
Eventhough my parents told the delivery team not to take inside.
The Brick management has to take this matter seriously and refund senior people money of restocking fee for no reason of the customer because delivery team forced inside their house eventhough they told them not to bring inside
Expecting a call from the Headoffice
Brick is not good place to shop anything, i had really bad experience, please stay away from them. They just need your money, not your satisfaction.
5 star rating for The Brick in Brantford On, Best customer service by Fred R. I was very pleased with the time and expertise in all the items I was looking too purchase for my new home.
Mike was awesome! Best salesperson very informative and we tested out all the other mattresses first until we laid on the best one. Give him a raise!
I bought this sofa 2017 and very Disappointed with the company, I ask the customer service if they can do same thing about it they sad no
Thanks to Yvonne Adamson
She handled my case in a professional manner. She was very customer focused.
They sell broken and defective products at fill price and then just tell you to deal with the manufacture. Even when delivery just happens.
Terrible company worked for them for over 5 years to be thrown out the door with nothing wouldn't recommend at all
I'm very happy with Chris and Kendal from the Camrose Brick for delivering my new range. Very Courteous guys
Process was really smooth at the McLaughlin Brick. Bought a few pieces of furniture. Nazia Shahid was very helpful to us.
Don't buy extended warranty with the Brick! We bought some Samsung dishwashers with the Brick, the salesperson suggested us to buy extended warranty for 4 more years since the appliances only come with 1 year manufacture warranty. He said at the end of 5 years, if we don't need to ask for a repair, we could get the credit back to buy something else. Thinking that was a good suggestion, we went for it. As soon as the manufacture warranty expired, 3 of the Samsung dishwashers didn't work. We called the extended warranty number, found out the Brick has Trans Global take care of extended warranty, Trans Global pass it to another company called King & State Warranty company, we were put on hold for about 20 minutes, then switched to ring tone for another 10 minutes, after that the call became silence. We tried a few times, finally gave up. We then tried to send emails to King & State for the claims, no one got back to us. So disappointed! Suggestion: SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THE BRICK AND STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.
At the end of 2018 I bought a set of a love seat and couch with extended warranty, last February I claimed for a small damage on the love seat and I had to wait for more than 4 month a lot of phone calls I had to make, they keep telling me they are waiting for parts and then finally to here that the discontinued the product, I was offered to replace it with another love seat from their store which is not going to match with the couch or keep the damage love seat so that I will be credited a 70% of the original perched price, I have no option to keep the damage love seat and use the 70%. I went to their store planing to use my many the sales man wanted to make sure if I have credit with them, I went with him to check I was told I can use it in any thing,. After about 1 hour walking around the store trying to find any thing, they told me I can not take any thing with me today because the credit is not released yet so I have to come back, this is the worst experience of my life, the brick in Waterloo including the manger very disrespectful they have no solution but to tell us they will call a police on me and my wife, I would never ever will go to this place and I don't wish any one to experience what I have.
I posted the following review a while ago as the Brick's customer service would not respond.
After the review, I received a quick response promising to connect with me.
Now, after being ghosted yet again by their "customer service," I am back.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from the Brick - it is not just that their sales reps and managers are ill-informed about their product, but it's that they do not have the integrity to back up their promises.
While buying a sectional I asked the sales representative if the fabric on the one I was looking to purchase would pile. She assured me that it would not. I asked again (to be sure) and she brought over a manager who also assured us that it would not pile. I asked what I should do if it does pile and she said, "Just bring it back."
To our surprise, after such a clear guarantee, the couch did badly pile.
I went to the store and was told that the Brick does not warranty against piling. I told the manager that I understood that different types of materials are prone to pile but that is why I was so clear and so careful to ensure that the one I was purchasing did not … and that the sales representative guaranteed that this one would not. He said that just that morning he held a meeting with the sales team to tell them to never guarantee against pilling. That is great for future buyers but it did not help me with what was either dishonesty or ignorance of the sales representative who guaranteed my couch would not pile.
I reached out to the warranty department through the Brick's website. I could see that they sent my complaint to the local store (who did not contact me). I tried a few more times to try to get anyone to even call or email, but there was no response.
I understand that a sales representative and manager may not know their product well, and so make guarantees that they shouldn't, but then integrity would dictate that you still stand behind your promises. I was so clear and so careful in my questions.
I bought a stove and a dining set today. Sandra was very knowledgeable, informative and polite. I would go back and deal with her anytime.
The delivery with delayed twice and they mentioned that they would assemble the products, which they didn't.
Already submitted this review. Writing this review is a pain. Not worth the effort. I already wrote the review.
Horrible, phone harassment calls
They keep saying we're. Behind on payments, NOT TRUE, WE HAVE EQUAL 12MTH PAYMENTS,
BUT THEY INSIST, READ THE INVOICE
Recently brought a boxspring for my son. Got a great deal. Picked up same day Excellent customer service and prompt service. Thankyou very Much!
Answer: Brick has worst customer service. Their service department in New Market office are extremely pathetic.
Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
Answer: Many furniture companies out there who are more reliable in shipping products on time. Amazon and Wayfair were good (although, I had one Wayfair order which had some damaged pieces that Wayfair has not been good at replacing).
