Sales people almost worship you just to buy stuff from the store. As soon as you buy it they're gone. We bought 3k worth of furniture, stocks are 3 months or so wait, delivery arrived. They have to send to young skinny drivers and lift up all dining chairs and a MARBLE dining table. Note: PURE MARBLE. But of course the 2 skinny guys said it is not part of their job to assemble it! Whereas we PAID thousands of dollars and they expect us to assemble a very heavy marble dining table where 10 people can lift it up to assemble it. 20x we called to customer service and of course-transfer here and there! We have to drive all the way to the store and talk to the staff and all is done in 5 mins. We were complaining where the heck are the staff that when we call nobody answers and here in the office all of them are just chatting/sitting on the desk! Poor poor customer service! No wonder there always new people in their store
I ordered a sectional from the brick. Love the sectional, but the left/right facing was confusing when ordering online. I looked at their pictures and ordered a right facing. When it arrived their team set up the sectional while I was upstairs. I looked and everything works and was in good shape so i sent them on their way. Upon looking at the layout I realize it's the wrong way (we needed a left). I immediately called the brick, as we haven't even sat on it, and they wanted to charge me $861 to make the switch because it was out of packaging and there were no defects. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They then called back and said $681. We were lead to believe we had 48hours to decide with the couch, not just defects.
I've ordered couches from many places and with it being brand new and just an exchange of parts, i cannot believe how this all played out, and that this is their policy.
Severely disappointed and will never give the brick another dime and I suggest no one else does either.
I needed help with a couch I wanted and I was served by Eli on the online chat! He was amazing and was able to help me with the request I had. He was very professional and his responses were very quick! I am so happy with my service and would highly recommend!
Horrible delivery scheduled with no shows and no one answer the phone, waited the entire day for my delivery and nothing. Didn't even bother to call to say they won't show up. No one picks up the phone, they are honestly very bad.
I bought new washing machine from your company. I does not work and after contacting the whrilpool company they said I should wait 6 weeks for spare part. How brand new unit and does not work. How is your branch in Guelph say we have nothing to do for you. Now and 2.5 month without laundry because I purchased washing machine from you. I need a solution.
I ordered online because there was a great sale and check it over and over again for an hour before I place an order and they accepted it, i got email notification that they are processing my order. Then 12 hrs later I got an email from *******@brick.com that they cancelled my order due to error pricing!
I called the head quarters in Edmonton and the guy who answered was so arrogant telling me there was an error if we will give it to you for that price we will have no business anymore! What kind if customer service is that?

Went to the Brick Downtown and found the best salesman ever! Needed a new Washer, Dryer and Freezer due to a flood in our basement. Thank you Remy Pankiw for your excellent assistance and knowledge regarding the above. First time I dealt with a salesman that wasn't pushy and out for the mighty dollar. He listen to my needs and I was done within 20 minutes. Hopefully the delivery and installation will be as good and efficient as the salesman Remy was!
Consistently changed my delivery date (now 4 times). I spoke with numerous employees mostly from the Hamilton Location where I had purchased the bed, and was consistently told the date for delivery was confirmed. The day came for delivery, and nothing. When I followed up with a call, I would receive a NEW delivery date.
First talked by phone and later in the day purchased a new range. We went through all information about the range and colour and the warranty options in person with the salesman/manager and finalized the purchase
We purchased 4 bar stool chairs at the brick. The salesman was very helpful and the chairs are the most comfortable we have found... the colour is terrific and we are so happy with them. We hope to have them for a very long time as the material is very good.
I had a very bad experience for almost a year, going back and forth and not getting any answers on my furniture being fixed, even after I paid for the extended warranty at one of the Brick stores. I had a very quick respond after going high up the chain. Long story short, I was given nothing but respect and great feedback and a great solution from Andrew Graham, He was a great help when feeling defeated. If you have a problem don't give up keep fighting to get the right answers. I will continue to shop at the Brick store and encourage others to also GREAT STORE
4 years ago I bought a tv for 170$.At that time I was told that if I bought the extended warranty and if I did not use it,I could get a refund of $50.When I went to get my refund I was told that it was not a refund but a store credit.Lesson get it in writing
We got a sofa table, queen bed, dinning table and chairs from Brick and the quality is pathetic. The bed has nails coming out of the headboard, the chairs wobble and the sofa table has some different nuts and we can not even assemble it. I will never recommend brick furniture to anyone.
When I called customer care that I need to return it, they said they can't take it back once the box is opened.
How am I suppose to know about the quality of the product without opening it?

I ordered a sofa and chair from the Brick in Huntsville. Due to the pandemic, I placed the order online without actually seeing it and unfortunately when it arrived, it was too large to fit in my condo building. I called the Brick and Jeff Ahlstedt, owner of the Huntsville store, came through for me in a big way, replacing it with an upgraded set which was delivered to me a week after the first delivery. I love my new sofa and chair and so appreciative of the lengths to which Jeff went to make this happen for me! The Brick, Huntsville is truly outstanding!
I was promised one day then i called and it was not there i called again a few days latter and was told it was in then i showed up and they could not find my order and told me it would be in next week
We have been looking for new king size mattress set for a while, decided to go to the Brick for the sale. We had been a number of places looking. Met a nice salesperson name Licia. She helped us make a good choice on a great mattress, and better yet helped me understand how great "cooling" pillows can be if you are a hot sleeper - and I learned something about how I sleep which has really helped with the cooling pillow I bought. Thanks to Licia and the sale Manager for helping me amalgamate my order and save on delivery too! I went to the Whitby location at The Brick and was very pleased with my purchases. Mr. A. Shahzad, the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my appliances. I have been to many different stores and was not happy about their warranties or prices. He was able to please us and for that we are very grateful. I recommend this location and Mr. Shahzad.
First of all when applying online for a Desjardins/Brick card financing, the 24 hour time frame that they give you is more like 48 hours, 2nd they do not make you aware that to purchase furniture you should be applying in the store to get immediate approval. So needless to say you have just applied online for a card that you now have to wait for to purchase furniture because the sales associate won't have access to that at the Brick Store. If the Brick offered Fairstone which the other furniture stores do, the customer would be immediately given an account number as well as the approval time is literally 5 minutes. Worst finance company every. Beware!
I have furnished and refurnished my home several times. I found a beautiful sectional at the Brick and purchased it there. It was over $4k for genuine leather. A pretty big investment! The sectional arrived with a broken beam inside the sofa and they refused to pick it up or drop off a replacement UNTIL I paid the difference for the marked up price, the delivery to return the broken item annnnd the delivery of the new replacement! To fix their faulty product, it would cost me another $1000. 00. Absolutely terrible policy and then to top it off, their stressed out staff hollered at the top of her lungs at me. It was so disturbing. I have never witnessed anything like it. Nor have I seen managers so incapable of being able to step outside of those stringent and narrow policy. Do NOT buy from this store.

Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
