My good experience started before I even made the purchase. I received a call from the company asking if I had any questions about the item I was looking at. This representative was very helpful and made the decision process much easier. The items arrived well before expected and were very well packaged and easy to assemble. The comfort, quality and ease of use goes well beyond expectations. While I hope it will be a long time before I need another, I will be ordering from this store again...
I have been waiting for a update on my return. The wine holder I order didn't fit my chair. I contacted the customer service person and explain my issues. I have since return the item on my dime. But haven't heard anything about my replacement or refund. The young lady was nice, but you have to stay on top of your team just to get answers. To complicated to purchase accessories from this company.
We recently purchased two recliner "pillows" for our theater seats. They are working out well. We did have to remove some of the padding because we prefer them less full, so it was nice that was an option to unzip and adjust the fill as needed.

The only issue I had was that I was not notified when my items were shipped. I only received notification from the delivery company when they were ready to deliver. The first date that they gave me, I was out of town but something happened and they had to change the date anyway.
Ordered and received my accessories for my existing theater seats. Fast service and an excellent product.
The chairs are amazingly comfortable and Greta looking in my new movie theatre room. So excited that I want to hang in my room all day.
The shipping of these products looked like all the boxes were ripped or barely covering the products. The boxes they came in were awful. The middle section came bent and looked like it was returned and it was resold. I'm not sure if this happens to other customers but in the end it was replaced with a brand new one and the customer service was a pleasant experience.
I am absolutely IN LOVE with our order. We purchased a 3 seater and a two seater. I also bought the phone/tablet holder. That alone puts the purchase above and beyond. My husband loves it. I now went and ordered a few more phone/tablet holders and brown tables. LOVE THEM!
If we don't want them - we put them in the arm storage section.

My theater seating arrived on time as planned. The chairs were packed very well and were in perfect condition. The sales staff were very available and helpful. Which made for a pleasant experience.
The chair was a gamble due to being able to try it first, but it is excellent. There will be more on order soon.
I had great interactions with a sales guy named Tom. He answered all the questions, made good recommendations, and was overall very nice to work with. That's where the good part ends. Tom mentioned it usually takes about 10 days but he expects the chairs to arrive early and that I'd get a notification. I was first texted by the shipping company with a delivery date about 2 weeks after (no big deal). I took off work to be home for the shipment, nobody showed, nobody answered the phone when I called. I contacted Theater Store and they said they'd fix it.
I then got another text similar to the first from the shipping company, took off work, nobody showed, nobody answered the number provided. Called the Theater store again and they promised someone from the shipping company would call me. Nobody called. Now we're at 4 weeks.
I called the Theater Store multiple times over the next couple weeks, was promised call back and help from them and got nothing. The shipping company never answered their phone, never responde to texts, and didn't return voicemails.
My final call was after the 6 week mark to Theater store hoping I wouldn't have to cancel but ready to do so if I get the run around again. I got zero empathy, no discount, no attempt to make it right and no concern when I cancelled. Stay away from this company.
