Scam

I wish I had seen these reviews first. Terrible company. They charged me for the same book twice. Then the books came weeks later and I refused them like the representative said because I had to rent the book from another website. My refund would appear in 48 hours and I never received it. They charged twice as much as other sites. It was my first time renting textbooks. My experience everywhere else has been great with book rentals.

I ordered a book. Of course i paid extra for faster delivery. No book. No refund. Its been 6 weeks! They wont reply to you so dont try! It's a SCAM! I should have read the reviews! I literally gave my money away! Somebody has to stop them!

Same scenario as everyone else. Book arrived months late. I returned it but never got a refund. I've emailed several times but no response. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB next. Stay away from this company. They are the worst!

So after ordering a book and receiving the wrong version of it, I am trying to return the damn thing. As some of you, I have also received an auto reply email, and they did not contact me after that. I found an address that is published to be their address

Scams trash company

I ordered a book and typically read reviews before doing so but made a mistake and didn't this one time. Thank god I ordered it through PayPal and will get my full refund but these people never respond their emails there is no phone number and they don't even send a tracking number of confirmation number! Stick to Amazon, chegg, or valore books. May be a bit more but you'll actually get what you pay for! This company needs to die.

HORRIBLE company
October 10, 2016

I took a 6-week course. I ordered my rental book before the start of class. After several e-mails, my book finally arrived during the 5th week of classes. I returned the book after their customer service assured me I would receive a full refund. I have not received a return e-mail nor my refund since notifying them I returned the book.

I am looking for anyone who has been swindled by Textbook Head. I intend to contact an attorney but I need to have more people willing to stand up to this company. Feel free to e-mail me at *******@gmail.com put "Textbook Head" in the subject please. Thank you for your help in advance.

Ordered a book and it didn't come, so I sent them an email and got a response back telling me they would expedite it. Never got that one either. I keep sending emails and, big surprise, no response. Definitely a scam.

Happened to me this fall semester of 2016. Its this simple what can we do about it!? Money that we worked hard for just gone, just given to some F***. Sorry about that but I think we can all say the same. For me only $27 but ill be damn if I just going to say owe well! So what can we do yall.

Horrible!

I order a book for rent on the 1st, paid extra for 3-7 day shipping. 15 days go by and I email them. Only after a second email do I get a response, and they say that my book was "definitely delivered" and I was wrong. After reviewing the tracking information it was delivered to my billing address NOT shipping address, that day. I have been struggling through my college class without this book, and this company has done nothing to help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I purchased a book from this company and received the wrong book. I emailed them about the book and was instructed to return the book, so I did. I emailed them to tell them as soon as I returned the book WEEKS ago and still haven't received a refund. I emailed again to check in on the refund and rather than answering my question, I got an automated response saying they are shipping another book! I have emailed them again and again telling them to REFUND my purchase, and have not received anything back. Do NOT order from this company!

So, I got my book late and it was the wrong edition but I didnt mind and now that I need to send it back I can't find a way to do it? How do I return the book? I emailed them and they told me to email costumer service to give me an address and I did but, they haven't emailed me back. After reading the rest of the reviews I'm afraid and I just want to get rid of the book. Do they take your card information? Because I did not do it through paypal but, through my card. Someone please help

Ordered 1 book and never received it. Over a month's period of time, I emailed 8 times requesting information about the order and got no response. I looked on the internet and found different phone numbers and tried calling, all numbers disconnected. I filed a dispute with my bank and they recommended filing a police report just to protect myself. This company is HORRIBLE! Stay AWAY! ********SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!************

This company is awful, they tempt you with advertisements of the correct textbook (isbn) then send you earlier editions of the textbook. This seems like blatant false advertising.

When I decided to try and get a refund they say to ship it back to them, costing you more, then will not refund the original price paid. Their website states nothing about not refunding the original shipping yet they won't because of this I am out over twenty dollars to a company that places information in odd places and screws you over at every place they can.

They overcharged for the original shipping, which I know because I had to send the book back to them. Then it takes multiple days to hear back from their terrible customer service.

My advice is to avoid them like the plague and instead pay a bit more and go through amazon.

I rented two textbooks from them and paid for expedited service. The day after paying, I received an email confirming my shipment had been sent out. When my books never arrived in the time frame specified (which I paid extra for), I sent them an email. A few days later, I received a response that my books were not in stock and that I'm receiving a full refund. What I do not understand is how long these guys were actually going to hold on to my money had I not sent them an email inquiring about my order. Second, why was a sent a BS shipment notification? Third, why not update your inventory so that customers don't purchase/rent books to only find out, weeks later, that you guys never had them in the first place! This place is run incompetent fools who lure customers in by charging less than other sites. Absolute garbage - stay away. Less

Don't order from them, plain and simple. I ordered a book with 5-8 day shipping and received it over a month later which was nearly half way through my semester. After hearing back from them (also late) they said they would refund me the price for it being so late. They never did that. They do not give you a return shipping label "at this time" which is ALL the time. They suck. They suck. They suck. If there was a 0, thats what I would give them, but fortunately for them, the lowest they can receive is a 1.

Does not follow through

I paid for expedited shipping on a book in which they charged me that day but did not send the book out til two days later. Counting from the actual late shipping day, I still did not receive my book on time. I emailed the company they were extremely nice and even offered to refund me the shipping or total cost. I let them know it'd be greatly appreciated and since I heard such negative things, I'd leave a positive review. After receiving my book, the packing slip said it was only $11 and I was charged $30. When I emailed about this, I never got a response nor did I ever get my money refunded. I am currently trying to dispute this charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It is not worth the stress of not having your book on time or not being charged correctly. They do not care about students or consumers time.

Took three months to get my books

Returned my books almost three months ago And STILL have yet to receive my return
I am beyond pissed
Do not order from this site
It is nothing but a joke and they are crooks!

The WORST.
December 24, 2015

I ordered it for my Fall semester never once got it. I have emailed numerous times for the past 5 months and I get "someone will reply within 24-48 hours" guess what? Not once response! I asked for my refund but still nothing. They are useless.

Crooked company

They sent the wrong, older, version to my house and will not answer emails, Refused to send refund. This is a crooked company that steals money from customers and sends the wrong version of textbook. Interrupts class schedule when you don't have a the correct textbook for class.

I wish I had checked this prior to ordering. They have screwed us royally by not sending the book, lying and saying they will refund, then ignoring all emails.

I will have to order for my kid and get a quick shipment from another company. This is horrid!

Do NOT order from them.
