Has anyone been able to get their money refunded and if so how? I have been trying to contact them for months. They keep sending an email saying to return the book they never sent! They also never supplied a tracking number and ask for that as well. They need to be shut down!

Report them to the BBB in Chattanooga. They are a complete scam company.

We went through paypal and it seems they can't help or don't want to either

I was able to file a fraud claim with my bank. The bank refunded my money. I also filed a complaint through the BBB but they were not even able to get ahold of the company. The best chance you'll have is filing a claim through your bank.

I got a refund for most of my money. They just didn't pay me back the expedited shipping I had paid even though they said they would.

Never got a dime! Went to bank & BBB I'm not sending back the book they sent, it's 2 editions older which I could've bought for $10. They can kiss my $#*!!

Never got the money back, even went to the bank and filed a claim. I provided all the information that was asked of me and more. This company scams you on some loophole so legally they don't have to give you money back. It's total bull$#*!.
