Hello, this is my Order Number: AB-26474.

However, I do not know if I rented or purchased it. If I rented it I would like to know the due date and where to print off the shipping labels?

How do i return a book from textbook head? I can't find their website and I don't know if we have to print out a return address?
Has anyone been able to get their money refunded and if so how? I have been trying to contact them for months. They keep sending an email saying to return the book they never sent! They also never supplied a tracking number and ask for that as well. They need to be shut down!
