I order a book on the 18 of January still haven't got my book yet. Let this be your last results. Because they never send your book out within the time frame. I sent multiple emails no response yet.
I have never gotten my book after 3 months! This is a horrible website and I'm extremely upset as I have money to just spend and waste!

They get back to you in 48 hours- every time.
With an email that promises another BS lie of delivery. Ordered a book 4 weeks ago & paid extra for expedited shipping. Now I will contact American Express to fight the charge.
I have used Valore Books to rent/buy college books and they are spectacular! I HIGHLY recommend VALORE BOOKS
I ordered my book from textbook head on August 18th with the website confirmed shipping period of 5-7 business days. I received an older (incorrect) version of the book ONE MONTH after ordering it (3 weeks into classes). When I emailed them repeatedly about my concern I was first met with someone who seemed understanding and willing to help. As more time went on I repeatedly messaged that customer support agent and have not heard back in over two weeks. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! STICK TO CHEGG OR BOOKRENTER! I am now currently waiting on a reply about my refund but I sure as hell will not send their book back without my money and I will be getting the Police involved if I need to. I wouldn't even give it one star if I had the option. I hope you're reading this textbook head.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a textbook on August 8th, and received the wrong edition. I sent them a email requesting how to return the textbook. I shipped the textbook to the address they gave me. It is now October and I still have not received a refund. I have contacted through emails, because their phone number has been disconnected, and they have stopped replying to my emails.
Awful business and does not give a tracking number, there is no phone number, and when I emailed they never replied back. I ordered a book in the beginning of the semester and did not receive it till I was halfway done and it was not even the right edition of the book. I had to make do with what I had because from the other reviews I knew I would not get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Tried this company without reading reviews. You can safely add me to the list of ppl who got scammed. I am filing my dispute with my bank now. Do not shop with textbookhead, TBH
Just to save a few dollars, I tried this company out and realized very quickly that there's no way to get a hold of them other than the one email account they have. I was told my items had shipped but no tracking was provided. I asked for tracking in an email to the one and only email address on their site and was told that I would get tracking once it was uploaded. I had paid extra to have it shipped via FedEx because once a shipment is in the system you can just call FedEx to confirm it. Before you buy anything from them, try to call them and see if you can get anyone to answer. This is the phone number for the merchant *******664 - that number is nowhere on their website. It was given to me by my bank as the contact number for Textbookhead, In fact, there is not one phone number on the website. By the way, I know they provide older textbooks but that is disclosed somewhere in their website. I'm still waiting on my books and my bank says the dispute could take 90 days so if you're in a rush I would probably not try this company.
Report them to the Federal Trade Commission. Their website has been taken down and reported as phishing.
No reimbursement After 40 days and 12 emails regarding purchase of a book that was not delivered and returned to them.
Stay away from textbookhead.com! I received an email without a Tracking Number. I emailed back and was told that the number would be provided later. It wasn't. After A MONTH AND A HALF, I received the book. It was not the right one, but the International edition. I did not want the book because it clearly stated, and I quote: FRONT- "This INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EDITION is not to be sold or purchased in North America and contains content that is different from its North American Version. BACK- "This book cannot be re-exported from the country to which it is sold by McGraw Hill. The International Edition is not available in North America." Puerto Rico is a Territory of the United States of America (Duh!). I did not refuse to return the book. However, I expected to receive a prepaid shipping envelope from the company; I had to pay$19.98 for its return after I had already wasted 13.98 on a wrong item. Luckily, American Express did an outstanding job and I received a full refund.
OBSERVATION: They charged me $196.49 (Dollars) for a book that showed on its back a sticker that they forgot to remove with the sale price in British currency: £51.99, or $77.63. Outrageous. Again, stay away from textbookhead.com!
I bought a book. They never sent. Was corresponding with someone and they quite responding. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! CROOKS!
