Bought a book for a class 20 days ago, never recieved it, opened a claim in paypal, after one response, i escalated the claim and they stopped responding all together.
Bookscam - If you ordered and wonder where your book is, do not hesitate open a claim with your bank. You won't get any customer service with this scam.

9/15/2015 08:51 PDT - Buyer: Thank you for responding that's more than I expected from you. But the BBB has 12 claims against you, none resolved. The Company Rating Sites all give you negative feedback. And your skirting the questions, shows this polite lack of customer service. If you are notified when the package makes it to a shipping facility locally, that's called tracking. There obviously is some for everyone but me. To Resolve this case without this case being escalated to PayPal for their resolution I need 1 of two things to happen. 1) Who You Used To Ship This Item, Where the item originated from, and What Class of Mail/Parcel Service was used.OR2) I need to be refunded in FULL, That includes book price, handling, and shipping fees. Pick one and respond accordingly. Failure to respond in 24 hours and I will escalate this case for PayPal Decision.

I have confirmed we definitely shipped this book to the address we received with your payment. Unfortunately we do not have a tracking number for you at this time, but our system should update with a delivery confirmation number when the package hits your local shipping facility.The book is still in transit and I assure you I will do whatever it takes to resolve this for you if it doesn't arrive in the next couple of days, including a shipping cost refund or a full refund, whichever is appropriate.-JennyTBH Customer Support

I will likely, like all these reviewers not recieve a book at all, and not get a response from this company. I plan on escalating this dispute in 24 hours without a refund or verifiable tracking number.
