I was looking for a local florist as I was calling from out of state and usually find small local establishments provide the best experience. In reality, they use a national call center so no local contact there. I was assured delivery the next day (Saturday). Shortly after the call I was charged for the arrangement. We called our receiving party the day after it was expected (Sunday); no delivery (no flowers). I called "Terry's'" call center on Monday and was told "Oh the order was canceled due to lack of product!" Really, NO FLOWERS at a flower shop. I was never called (even though they said "a voicemail was left"- there was none). They did initiate the refund but no flowers, no substitution, no call, no email (they had that as the receipt demonstrates). Also having to call to check if "a delivery had been made" to the recipient has indeed eliminated the element of surprise that something was coming! Extremely disappointed. Quite unprofessional. Go back to picking up a phone in your flower shop and building a rapport with the customer. Oh, and follow-through would be nice.

Ordered flowers for a dear friend who had passed, but they never delivered. Called 4 times to get it resolved. VERY bad phone (non-existing) "service". NEVER got a return call from a manager / owner. The website says that "flowers are their passion"... well; customers are NOT!

The picture of flowers delivered compared to flowers are ordered were completely opposite and this Florist clearly profited from my money. I called them to make sure they had availability of items on the picture and they told me they did. Well they lied and what was delivered was CHEAP and RATTY. Dont make the same mistake I did. When i contacted then and showed them the pictures, they told me they have the right to make changes if items not available. They chose to ignore me when i reminded them they confirmed availability over the phone.
I ordered flowers and the recipient never received them. SAVE your money and don't order from here! I called 4 times asking for the invoice and never got one, they said my email was messed up and now I find out they never even sent flowers which is probably why I never received the invoice! Now they cant give me the money back till they talk to the driver who never even delivered them?!? NO THANKS
I ordered a specific deluxe 9 rose arrangement, sold on all FTD sites, but got 5 roses, instead, because that's all Terry's flower order gathering non-service told the local florist to give me. Their final answer about a refund is that their "substitution policy" makes it where they can substitute when something is not available. I spoke with the local florist that filled the order, and she sent me a copy of the order from Terry's, asking in THREE places for only FIVE roses, NOT NINE to be sent! This was NEVER a substitution issue, but ALWAYS a make more money issue!
I don't know who Terry is but she needs a new florist! My sister and I ordered some flowers for our grieving sister and not only did she received them the day after they were supposed to arrive but they were not what we ordered. They said they are allowed to make substitutions in order to ensure a timely delivery, which DID NOT happen! My sister ended up on the phone with the rudest customer service representatives this company has. She was left on hold for half hour increments and hung up on three times! Promises and lies. That is what you seem to get with this florist. We will NEVER use this place again or recommend them. If anything we will go out of our way to tell everybody not to use them.
The website says they will deliver the same day if you order by 2 pm. This is not true. I got a call immediately after placing the order saying they were done delivering to that area for the day. They assured me it would be delivered first thing in the morning. I called at 11 am the next day and was told that is a lie. They have a specific route they take and they do not deviate from it. The flowers were on the truck and should be delivered soon. I called at 3:15 pm and was told the flowers will be delivered by 4 pm guaranteed. The flowers were not delivered by 4 pm. In fact they weren't delivered until after I called to cancel the order. According to them they can't refund my money because the order was out for delivery and had not returned undelivered. However they already failed to deliver them by the guaranteed time! Well they did eventually deliver them after I tried to cancel! The arrangement doesn't look like the picture online either. I have since emailed them with pictures as requested by the phone representative.

Ordered flowers 2/15 to be delivered same day. Got text that driver had COVID, no deliveries. They refunded the money, so I tried to re-order for 2/26 delivery date... enough time to recover right? Well, 2/26 didn't get delivered, now the truck broke down. Set to deliver 3/1. It's now 3/2, still no delivery. Not even waiting for an excuse as to why this time after 4 reps promised it would be delivered 3/1. Now on hold to get the order cancelled and get my money back as the flowers are now a week old. **Update, off hold. They can't get ahold of their driver to figure out why the flowers weren't delivered yesterday - they are trying to reach them to see what happened. IF... the flowers are out for "delivery" again - I can't get my refund... if they are NOT out for "delivery" they will refund my money and cancel the "delivery" They also will not tell me how long to expect a call back from them. Believe that I will be calling every hour until it's resolved...
Do not use this company! You will be sorely disappointed! I seriously wish I had read the reviews on this place before I ever thought to use them.
On January 20 I ordered flowers for a relative. 5 days later Terry's sent me an email saying they are out of flowers and can not fulfill my order and will be refunding my money. After NUMEROUS e-mails, phone calls here it is March 2,2021 and still no refund. Next step is cc company, bbb, and filing theft charges!
I will never use this florist again. What my Mom got was Not what I ordered for her Birthday. I could have gone to Sam's Club and gotten her WAY better, And FRESH flowers for 15.00! The flowers she received were very wilted. I'm embarrassed she got flowers like that and angry I paid over 65.00 for! The picture of flowers with the clear vase is what I thought I sent her. The picture of the flowers in the purple vase is what she Actually got. Never again will I use this 'florist'.
I bought an arrangement to celebrate my sister having a baby. The arrangement on the website looked full and vibrant. My sister received the flowers and sent me a photo of herself with them and I could not even recognize them. They looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. When I reached out to their customer service I was given a lame excuse about substitutions. If you need to sub out I understand but at least put enough flowers to make it look full. If I wanted to pay $5 for Wal-Mart flowers I would have just done that instead of WASTING my hard earned money on Terry's Terrible Florist Service.
As many of the reviews say, ruined a day and scam people. Never received the flowers for a big amount of money. They don't have customer service and will not help you or refund anything. Just save yourself the worst time and don't order with them.
My fiancé ordered me a bouquet of flowers and balloons. 3pm and I tell my fiancé I am leaving work early and he gave me the number to contact them. Keep in mind, they have his email. I, the recipient had to call the florist to find out status of my own present, cause this company did not email him. When I called they said oh we are so sorry, we had to cancel the order an hour ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT MUST BE A SCAM.

The lady on the phone said they had cancelled the order because they had not gotten supplies, or something. I DID NOT get an Email letting me know this had happened! Bad move, Terrys! Don't buy from them! What they promote on social media is not their work. They literally steal pictures from other shops and post them as their work. Save ur self the stress, and don't deal with this flower shop.

Placed order for same day delivery, wasn't delivered until 4 days later. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Same day I placed order, it was a Thursday, I was notified my order wouldn't be delivered "due to bad weather", and it would be delivered the next day. I followed up again on Sunday, but was not able to receive status of my order. Terry's Florist is closed on Sundays.
Called Monday morning and was told my order was out for delivery and I would receive an email when order was delivered. Never received email confirmation. The person I was speaking with said the reason my order wasn't delivered on the day I placed my order is because the items I ordered weren't in stock. Remember now they originally told me my order wasn't being delivered, same day due to bad weather. Since I didn't receive email confirmation for delivery, I called Tuesday morning. Now I was being told my order was delivered Friday, so I asked why did the person yesterday tell me my order was out for delivery? Person, I was speaking with didn't have an answer.
I did find out from the person I sent items to received Monday afternoon.
Ordered my sisters flowers that were supposed to be Lavender and White, they sent flowers that were orange and red with 3 lavender roses. Was supposed to be a deluxe bouquet but turned out to be more of a 20.00 bouquet. Horrible service and horrible product. I'm a florist myself and would never ever do this to a customer.
Ordered a BASKET arrangement that intentionally had non-lily type flowers in it. When talking to the person it was sent to, I found out it had lilies in it... 2 different kinds! Then I asked about the basket it was in and there wasn't a basket! The recipient sent me a picture and I was in shock! It was a cheapo clear glass vase. Any non-florist could have jammed the flowers into it. I gave them a pass because I didn't want to upset the recipient but come on! Very disappointed and sorry I didn't read reviews on this sham of a company, first.
