On March 4th I received my order. A couple of items did not fit, and I used the return label to ship back. On the 24th I got an email stating that they had received the items... It's not MAY 3rd, and I'm still waiting on my $$... They will charge right away, but are SLOOOOOWWW to return.
I have e-mailed them - nothing
I have tried a chat - "currently unavailable"
I have now been on hold for their (phone) customer service - 29 minutes and counting...
HORRIBLE customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Think twice before purchasing and make sure you have the right size cause you will have to WAIT (as in wwaaaaaiiiit) to receive a refund

Would have giving 0 stars...
Ordered flowers for a dear friend who had passed, but they never delivered. Called 4 times to get it resolved. VERY bad phone (non-existing) "service". NEVER got a return call from a manager / owner. The website says that "flowers are their passion"... well; customers are NOT!
I disputed the charge on my credit card.
I tried to leave a review directly on their website, but that's not possible... (I can see why, since they do not offer good service)...

Tip for consumers:
DON'T.....there are so many flower sites - SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

It was for a funeral. There are no second chances :(

I ordered an item almost 2 weeks ago, but have yet to receive it. I have not even received a "shipped" email. I gave them the benefit, and tried calling their customer service. No answer; due to Covid the call center is closed. REALLY? No one can work from home... OK, so I used the email address they provid to their customerservice: 2 emails later, I have not even received an answer.
Conclusion: they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!... and frankly - their items are expensive enough!...
So, don't waste your money buying from them...

I tried two of their sliced bread: plain and cinnamon - and it is really good. IS it bread, no - but it does not claim to be. I have it fresh with cream cheese, or peanut butter... or toasted with a slice if cold cut.

DON'T WAST YOUR TIME;
I ordered an shirt, had carefully looked at the size sheet, to get it right. Order took 6 weeks for a delivery notice, and then - when it did not arrive, I had to reach out to the company, to get an update. At NO time did they contact to, to say shipment would be delayed.
3 more weeks and the shirt finally came - I was EXCITED.
IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE...!
Four more weeks, to get the right size.
NO apology
NO discount - offering to not have ME pay for the 2nd shipment is NOT a discount
BAD, bad customer (no-)service..
