Unreal! Scam! You go to the website & spend time choosing flowers, fill in all the card info, address, etc. It takes your order & confirms. Then you receive a phone call later with someone telling you they no longer do flower deliveries & will refund the money to your card in 3-5 days! Who do I report this to?
A friend ordered flowers to be delivered at work for my birthday with a time frame. Was going to be a birthday surprise. Left work and almost 3 hours later got a call to come back to work to pick up the flowers from the delivery driver. On my birthday had to drive back to work and miss another appointment to get the flowers. Wish now l never would of drove clear back to work. The flowers didn't last long and had absolutely no smell. Such a bad experience! Don't buy from Terry's. Unless you want a hugh unexpected hassle on your birthday!
The flowers never showed up, customer service is beyond HORRIBLE. They will rip you off! Do not use this company.
I would never recommend Terry's Florist! I wanted a large vase of Gerber Daisies with other flowers fixed in vase and delivered to a Graveside Service. I ordered this at 8:30am at 10:30 they call to tell me they don't have any flowers since their delivery didn't come in. I said ok do you have any Peace Lilly plants in, she said yes and we can deliver that to graveside service. I said ok I'll do that since I'm running out of time. I asked are you going to refund me the difference since I paid 100.00 for flowers... oh she said we can't do that but we'll send a 10" plant and fix it really nice. At this point I'm really getting irritated so I said ok fine do it. The plant didn't arrive at the service nor arrive that day! Plant arrived next day at the house... what! I'd never recommend them to anyone ever their a totally rip off! I couldn't get a picture of the plant but no where close to a 100.00! I bought my mom same 10" plant at different florist for less than 40.00.
Same with others here, the flowers ordered off the site were not the flowers that were delivered. The flowers that were delivered were clearly much cheaper and in a cheaper container. They also presented with orange flowers. Orange blossoms signify enthusiasm and excitement. The arrangement was for a funeral. When I reached out to their service component they merely stated that it was their substitution policy. Please note that the policy is not something they advertise or make clear. I found it buried in a single section of the website.
As most others have said, I paid for one bouquet and was delivered a different one. They imply that they are a local florist (which is why I used them) but it is some kind of third party, so when I called to find out what happened, the CS person was from another country with broken English, and would only give me pat answers, telling me I needed to provide a picture before she could have the manager do anything. I am lucky because my mother kept the card that came with the arrangement, and I was able to call that florist, where they offered to send a new bouquet even though they were NOT told by Terry's what kind of bouquet to send. I would definitely recommend the local florist (Sam's in Cherry Hill, NJ) instead!
Ordered an $80 arrangement for my friend at 9am on her birthday. Got my confirmation email and phone call BUT the flowers were not delivered! I called to check the next morning and was left on hold for 20 minutes so they could figure out what happened. They just planned to deliver the next day! I would have canceled and ordered from another florist if I would have been notified! DO NOT waste your money here!
I chose Terri's Florist in Manchester, Indiana because they claimed to be a family business. I thought they would be honest and fair, but they were not. I ordered a flower arrangement for a visitation and a free standing ceramic angel for an extra $25. When I arrived, there was no free standing angel, just a three inch angel on a stick in the flowers. I contacted their customer service and they said they can do this because of their substitution policy. I said a $5 item was not an equal substitution for a $25 item, but they never responded again. Don't trust this florist, they are not honest. What kind of company would take advantage of someone during such a difficult time.
If you think that what you order is what you will receive, you are at the wrong place. I ordered a "Bold and Beautiful CUBE" arrangement. None of the flowers pictured in my choice arrived and the flowers delivered were NOT in a cube vase. I complained and got lip service about some policy. I won't go to that site again and neither should you! The first picture is what I ordered. Second is what I got. Not in a cube but a cheap cylindrical vase.

I ordered directly by phone. The employee recommended a "Spring Has Sprung" live plant basket for yellow, purple and red annuals. Sounded great - I added 3 Happy Birthday Mylar balloons, all to be delivered on March 19th.
What arrived:
1. Delivery on March 12, ONE WEEK EARLY!
2.1 Mylar balloon - HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO COUNT TO 3!
3. A green croton plant and ivy - HELLO, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SALES REP's SPRING BASKET?
I called them. They texted back they have the right to substitute flowers and plants, which policy is on their website! Duh - I did not visit their website AND the sales rep recommended the color plants! Why do that if not in season?
They never corrected the order, have ignored my request to speak to Mgt. Nothing but crickets...
Their offer to refund $17 is not the objective and does not begin to cover the huge cost for a yard sale plant.
Order from someone else! DO NOT USE THEM.
I would not recommend this florist to anyone. They do not keep their promise on delivery and find all kinds of excuses for being late. Families are inconvenienced when deliveries are not done as promised since funeral homes are not giving enough time for visitations (that's not the florist fault). However, upon confirming with the florist the date, time and place for delivery - they still FAILED. The rating should be 1/2 a point.
Ordered a very beautiful spring bouquet full of daisies and fun flowers for my daughter and grandchildren, they received a SMALL arrangement of flowers more suited for a funeral-I have been lied to, hung up on while on hold several times. They refuse to rectify the situation. First and last time I had ordered flowers on line. They should be ashamed of themselves and I don't know how they sleep at night-or if they even do-bloodsuckers! Tried to order online for my grandmothers 80th birthday. Everything showed that the delivery would be made on the day selected. Received the approval email on Thursday, and heard nothing else. Called Monday to have someone on the phone tell me that they could not fulfill the order. First off, as a customer out of state, I should NOT have to call to see what is happening with my order. Second off, there was no other attempt to try to satisfy the need of the customer. My mom ended up calling Terry's Florist and spoke to a very nice gentleman that reassured both her and I MULTIPLE times that everything we wanted was in stock, and would be delivered the next day. EIGHT MINUTES before the item was to be loaded onto their truck for delivery, I received a phone call stating that the order could not be fulfilled. AGAIN absolutely no attempt to satisfy the need of the customer. Both my mom and I live out of state and cannot make the delivery ourselves. My mom called to speak to the customer service rep that had reassured us that the order would be delivered etc. and lo and behold! He was on the other line, and then had left for the day. Utterly unacceptable customer service, and disappointed that there was literally no attempt to help us on our end. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered an ALL ORANGE arranged for my mother's birthday. What did they do? They sent all WHITE flowers and not nice looking ones to her house and they arrived till 840pm! I will NEVER ORDER from this place again!
I was trying to make a gesture to my soon to be wife and send her a bouquet a month before the wedding in our wedding colors (burgundy and blue). I didn't see what I needed on the website so I called to see if a special order was possible. Associate said "no problem, we'll have you purchase the Fall Harvest bouquet" and change the colors. I looked up what she was telling me and saw lilies in the default bouquet. I told her those were a no go due to a severe allergy in our household. She said, no problem, I'll make a note to remove them. What was delivered was the default bouquet (orange, purple, and red). None of the wedding colors are in the bouquet. Also, lilies still in the bouquet. They went straight in the trash to avoid triggering an allergic reaction. I'm livid at their lack of concern or attention. What a disgraceful company.
I placed an order for same day delivery- and specifically selected a bouquet that was guaranteed for the same day. My flowers didn't arrive that day. I called customer service and was on hold for almost 20 minutes until I finally hung up. I sent an email and received a reply saying that there was an unforeseen issue with the vendor. I inquired about delivery the next day and could not receive a confirmation that my flowers would be delivered by 4 p.m. as requested. My flowers were still NOT delivered the next day. I requested a full refund, but will need to watch my credit card to see if that really happens.

After checking with my wife and her staff again I called back and spoke to a different person who checked and told me the truck broke down and the flowers did not deliver. Not only did is NOT receive an email confirmation of my order, but the flower arrangement was delivered a day late. The arrangement was NOT what I ordered (fortunately the recipient was delighted) and the medium $20 box of chocolates were not sent. When I called (long distance) I was put on hold for 7 minutes with no resolution. It's 4 days later and still no sign of a resolution but my card was sure charged.
