I ordered a deluxe boutique. Terry's Florist added on service charges on top of delivery for "fragile and delicate flowers." They said they would be delivered by noon and arrived after 4 pm. But, most disappointing was the actual arrangement. It looks nothing like the photo. I had a couple of options and followed the recommendation of the person who placed my order. I called to speak with someone because this was for a milestone celebration and wanted them to be very special. Take a look at what they said they were sending vs. what they sent. You be the judge if this is $111.28 worth of flowers (free delivery). I reached out to express my disappointment. I was told these flowers meet their substitution policy. I would not recommend this florist.

I chose and paid for a beautiful deluxe arrangement from Terry's Florist but they delivered a completely different one that was smaller and some of the flowers were dead. Lavender and white one as what I ordered. Yellow one is what they delivered. When I complained they said substitutions were in their policy and they wouldn't do anything to deliver satisfaction. I will never order from this florist again.

I went online and purchase flowers from these people they didn't deliver them and then called me from a Spam number and never left a message. I thought my flowers were being delivered and they were not when I called them to see if they were delivered they didn't even know what was going on. They were completely unhelpful an uninformed as to what was happening. Do not use this company. It shouldn't even be in business

Horrible Service

I placed an order a week before I wanted it to be delivered, thought this would help with Easter holiday Should have delivered yesterday... no delivery, however, I was told and they were insistent that delivery was made. Guess what, this morning they advised delivery had not been made and apologized, not concerned overly much that they lied! Still no delivery today, although I was just told the recipient received delivery and even signed for it... This is a horrible florist and service - DO NOT USE! It's getting a 1 star only because I could not do a Zero star which is what they deserve.

Placed order for 2 bouquets. 1 of the bouquets was listed with a ribbon the site as "available today". Order was to be "as shown in photo". Bouquet was NOTHING like the photo and had different flowers, looked nothing like it was suppose to. Was advised states in policy they can use different flowers and containers if ones in photos aren't available. Sorry but when grieving passing of loved one, don't think you should need to read a policy! Will not order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered the deluxe version of the Feelin' Good bouquet to get the flowers pictured and what arrived was pathetic. These were suppose to be flowers for my granddaughter who'd been sick in hospital.

Email reply from Terry's cited the "equal or greater value" policy.

Ordered - roses and gerbera daisies
Delivered - hodgepodge of wilted blooms held up by misc green crap that was pulled from a cow pasture somewhere.
The substitution is in no way "equal or greater value"!

Horrible people. DO NOT ORDER - YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. Left special instructions to call at delivery since her office is in her basement. Well, as day wore on my daughter still hadn't received them. Contacted Terrys--our driver said delivered--well only because of the special instructions I had added to card did a total stranger at another address (yes I verified I gave the correct address) contact my daughter to say they had her flowers. I informed Terry's of their mistake their response was that the flowers were delivered. I again sent them that sent to the wrong address. They didn't care-for them they were delivered. Horrible.

Terrible service

I had trouble on their site, so I called, no answer, no way to leave a message. Finally got my EXPENSIVE order placed to have them call me hours later saying they are out of supplies. There went alll my money since a refund would take 5 days I couldn't even order elsewhere. Jerks. Thanks for ruining my day and my relatives birthday gift.

If I can leave zero star rating I would do so as I have been scammed by this company.
I have ordered the deluxe all my love bouquet for my mother on the mothers day occasion and what she received was nothing what I ordered and there was barely any flowers in there and they weren't fresh either as if the flowers were bought from a Walmart and delivered. Even the vase was incredibly cheap and nothing as what I ordered.
I have contact them and ask for a refund or a complete new proper delivery and what I received was a rude reply with a promise of only partial refund which I never received. My overall experience is disappointing and it was a very bad experience and such a scam untruth, and shameful company. PLS DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I thought I would support local business and purchase flowers from these people to keep them alive during the pandemic... Do yourselves a favor and do not purchase anything from here, ever, and let them go out of business. They will deliver something other than ordered and say they have the right to substitute. They do not actually substitute however, they will just leave out what they either don't have or feel like putting in the order to cut corners and maximize profit. For example, if you purchase the deluxe item they will deliver the standard item. Total bait and switch here and don't fall for the free delivery they say you get when at checkout you get charged a 14.99 service fee. Shame on these people!

Jacked up prices

My 7 year old granddaughter was in the hospital earlier this week, and I wanted to send her flowers to the house.

I spoke to a really helpful lady at Terry's, and we were going to process the order and the order changed to $49 before taxes. I gave all my information for the order where was to be delivered ectc, but the lady was trying to get me to give my credit card number before she gave me the total of my bill. I told her I did not feel comfortable giving her my credit card number before I knew how much I was going to be charged. She told me that she would tell me after she process my information. I told her no, absolutely not. She reluctantly told me the amount was almost $70 with all their taxes and fees and processing services.

I politely told her that was not paying $70 for a $50 arrangement oh, and I thought that practice with a little bit Shady. I will not deal with Terry's ever again

Ordered flowers for my wife for same day delivery...
Received a call at 410pm from florists saying they can't deliver that day...
Florists delivered next day a small arrangement, sad and pathetic looking... I paid for premium... customer service said they'd look into it. No call back. Sent an email saying they'd give a credit of $10 since smaller arrangement was sent... quoted some obscure substitution policy.
Horrible service! Go to a grocery store and buy an arrangement... you will get more for your money. Horrible!

Had to call at least 10 times to make sure the order was done correctly they didn't have what was online and the whole experience was awful don't recommend it to anyone. Customer service had no idea when given the order number as how to handle my requests had to put me on hold for half an hour with no comforting response my overall experience with this florist was bad real bad and this was my first and last time using them ever.

So dissatisfied with my Aunt's spray was extremely disappointing and looked nothing like it was supposed to. I should have taken a picture at the viewing and funeral but with all that going in, it didn't cross my mind. They would not do anything unless I had a picture. Very sad and 180.00 out the door.

I tried to order from their website but was told that arrangement was really too small and let myself be talked into an higher price. This was a long-distant order, so I asked my daughter to post a photo, and I was sooo disappointed. It was mostly fillers, and it was smaller than the one I originally wanted to order. They never sent an e-mail confirmation like they said they would. I will never order from them again. It looks like there may be three or four actual flowers for $71.00! Fortunately the person receiving the flowers was happy we remembered her, but I'm not happy.

I ordered a premium set of roses for my mother's birthday. When my mother received them it looked like an amateurs bouquet and NOTHIN like the picture. I reached out to them to correct this issue and he was quick to tell me that they are allowed to change it based on what they have. Sure but what I ordered was a set of roses and some vines in it. She received a cheap bouquet with a few roses and 75% baby breaths as a filler. It looked nothing like the picture. Guess what in their policy it allows it. I would truly consider looking elsewhere guys. 60$ for a few small roses, a bunch of baby breaths, and an ugly vase in comparison to what I was expecting.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement so I thought from this company. I ordered first thing in the morning I called four times during the day kept getting the runaround my arrangement was not delivered to a 73-year-old woman until 8 PM when her birthday was almost over. The arrangement that was sent by this company was embarrassing nothing like what was on their website. I have tried contacting them and they are saying this is in line with their substitution policy. A cop out so they can send trash they should be embarrassed by what they sent. Do not use this company if you want a beautiful arrangement they don't care and this arrangement or the substitution was $84. They had no concern about my disappointment in their service and in their product all they wanted to say is oh we look at the flowers and that you were OK because that's right in line with our substitution policies no it's not! Awful!

Worst florist ever!

I ordered a very pretty arrangement of yellow flowers in a yellow vase. What was received was a generic arrangement of poor quality flowers that a reputable florist would have thrown out. I would be a hundred dollars ahead, had I found and read these reviews.
