This is one of the worst places to order flowers from they don't come on time they don't give you what you supposed to get and they are inconsiderate my husband ordered me flowers for my anniversary I got something totally different than what he ordered it was supposed to come with chocolate it did not come with chocolate it was suppose to be delivered before 11 o'clock and never came till after 1 o'clock they charged him $90 it wasn't worth $30 I will never ever recommend this place to anybody

Ordered flowers for a customer to be delivered on a saturday - called monday to get delivery status - she says they were delivered. Talked to customer- nope nothing. Emailed to say i wanted flowers sent to correct address - they responded with "we sent them to the right address". Called later in the day monday - she said she needed to talk to delivery driver - then never called me back. Called Tuesday 8am and lit them up. Again says she needs to talk to delivery driver. FINALLY called me back at 4pm to say driver couldnt be reached and that they were refunding me. They just called me to tell me that they delivered to the right address (pita gourmet) when i was delivering to a GYM. She told me "the lady was at pita gourmet" and argued with me even though it was a completely different business. DO NOT ORDER.

Should have gone to Food Lion or Kroger

What was received was half the size of what was ordered, and looked absolutely nothing like what was ordered either; the description of which said "as shown". When contacted I was told that it was acceptable based on the substitution policy. Upon review, I was shocked to see that it doesn't say "we will do whatever we want at a much lower price point", since that's how it was implemnted. For $70 at A SUPERMARKET, I could have gotten 4x the flowers that didn't look like someone closed their eyes, grabbed the first few flowers in reach, and shoved them into a vase.

I tried to order flowers for my wife who was travelling by herself to Park City, Utah. I put in my order, which included a "service fee" despite the advertisement for free delivery. Then, although I got both a text and e-mail confirmation that the flowers were delivered; but they weren't! They simply lied! When I called to find out what happened, I got an e-mail saying my order was cancelled. The "customer service" line goes to someplace in the Philippines and although I asked to speak to the owner, I was simply hung up on. What terrible service!

Worthless

Boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered that night as he was gonna propose to me! Flowers never showed so he never asked. When called we was told that she was calling the driver to see where he was. When I called little later she told me that they were scheduled to be delivered next day. So she lied about the driver! Told her we wanted full refund amd was told it would be 3-5 days for refund. That was 10 days ago and still no refund. Never got confirmation email on order and never got email saying my money was being refunded. I keep calling and keep getting told a supervisor will call me back and of course they never do! I WILL BE REPORTING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY FOR THEIR CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD AND PRESSING CHATHES TO THE FULLEST DEGREE!

SCAM!

My order was 100% different than the flowers received! I am an Event Planner/Designer for 30+ years and I've worked with many florists over the years as well as spending thousands and thousands of dollars on flowers. This company hides the real truth about their business and gives you whatever they decide! I ordered the Bloom Envy Bouquet and believe me those flowers are easy to get anytime of the year. The flowers received looked liked they belong in a funeral! I have photos, but I am having a difficult time downloading, (sorry about that)! Your order/opinion means absolutely nothing! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Substitution flowers inadequate— original order 10 or more of 3 different flowers; flowers received only had 2 or 3 of each, 5 hour delivery wait and complaint email and phone call never answered so I could not be refunded. Will not use this florist again

BUYER BEWARE

Lesson learned. I will ALWAYS take the time to look up reviews of a teleflora company before I use them. I sent an arrangement to my daughter in OK for EASTER. I specifically selected an EASTER ARRANGMENT from the website. What was delivered looked like a $20 arrangement from Kroger or Walmart. I did not remotely resemble what I chose and was red and yellow. They could have at least used the same color scheme (spring pastels). UGH. What a waste of $80. Customer Service gave me the same spiel as many other reviewers. "filled according to substitution policy" What a load of crap. It was a complete EMBARASSMENT to ME and should have been to THEM, as well. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst Florist Ever

Would prefer to give ZERO stars, if possible. In short, paid $80 to send my daughter bday flowers. Deliberately chose specific arrangement, including a specific vase. What was delivered DID NOT match what was shown AT ALL. Not even close & certainly not "better" than their website description and photo. When I called to let them know the delivery wasn't what I ordered, their customer service told me to review their "substitution policy". That blanket policy basically states that you can order whatever you want but they're going to deliver whatever THEY want. They are THE WORST! Their customer "service" is horrendous & their ratings speak volumes - hundreds of reviews and a 1.1 average. Honestly, buy a bouquet at a gas station - at least you'll know exactly what you're paying for. Photos show what I ordered vs what was delivered.

DISASTER... SURPRISE Service FEE'S will be tacked on YOUR ORDER. The Sales Associates will call you to say the order can not be fulfilled and when you call back, you will be placed on hold for over 1 hour. THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD, SO YOU WILL WAIT, just sayin...

I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist in Bellevue, Washington for Easter this year. I talked to someone in person, specifically ordering irises, in an bouquet they name Lily & Iris surprise (see picture). When the flowers arrived it was a surprise, alright, because there were NO irises in them at all and only a few lilies (see picture) When I contacted the florist, here's the response I got:
Thank you for reaching out regarding your concern with the arrangement you received. We have reviewed this picture and we've determined that this order is filled to value based on our substitution policy. In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability. This ensures that your order is delivered in a timely fashion. I have attached the policy for your reference, and it is also available on our website as well. Thank you.

NEVER USE THIS FLORIST--BUYER BEWARE.

Worst service I've ever seen! Ordered flowers for birth of grandson. Asked for extra blue and Baby Boy balloon. Bouquet had NO blue flowers and the balloon was rainbow color that said We Love You. Called to complain and customer service operator was NO help. Would not provide a name or phone number for anyone in charge to speak to. I was told to file my complaint to the email provided on receipt. Emailed several times and have not received a response or phone call. I rate this business a negative 10.
Don't waste your time or money!

I used the online service to place an order for my Aunt's 90th birthday. I chose a bouquet that was vibrant and beautiful. The arrangement delivered was embarrassing and pitiful to say the least. 6 carnations, some half dead alstromeria and a few lilies was nowhere close to what I asked and paid good money for! After trying to phone them, and being hung up on, I tried emailing and received a stock reply with their terms attached. Blah blah blah. And an offer of 29.99 refunded on my $80 purchase. I told them I didn't want a refund, I wanted the correct bouquet delivered and haven't heard from them since. DONT ORDER from these people! They were rude, disrespectful, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. I was so disgusted and embarrassed! Makes me wonder how many times they've pulled this, thinking the sender won't see the flowers. The photo on the left is what I ordered. The right is what was delivered. Use your own judgment.

Please do not order from this site, they claim they are in the actual town, but they are not! They are only an internet order gatherer. They will call a florist in the town and the florist will not receive enough money for the order & will not know the specific arrangement you picked out. A total scam!

First they surprise you with a service fee. So I guess its not really free shipping. They said it's to cover expenses like rent and hazard pay for their employees. Hazard pay? Are they scared they will get punctured by a rose?
Then they sell you an arrangement from the pictures on line and substitute with something totally different. It is in their fine print that they can do that.

I ordered an arrangement via this company, only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, and no where even remotely comparable to what I was supposed to receive. When contacted, they were in no way professional in anyway. They would not resend the correct order that I paid for. I did select what was as AVAILABLE. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will they ever receive my business again. They had the choice to make it write. By sending me a They choose to push back and take zero responsibility. Shameful.

They are an absolute scam

I ordered a dozen roses and a box of chocolates for my 8 year anniversary, and wanted them delivered to my fiance's work. They delivered the flowers 5 minutes before the business closed (5pm), and what she was given did not resemble the flowers I purchased in any way (other than it had roses). There were two roses missing, the vase was different, the accent flowers were different (cheap non flowered vines), and they didn't deliver chocolates stating their candy was expired. I contacted customer support, and they claim there is a substitution clause "to ensure on time deliveries." They litterally substituted everything, and left out 2 roses. I asked for a refund, and offered them to take their pathetic excuses of a $75 bouquet back, but they only offered a $30 refund. I told them to take their flowers back and give me my money back, and they stopped responding. They are a complete scam. Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered

Appears I should have looked at more reviews. More of same. I. e., poser acting like local florist. Had a simple but specific order... 12 white roses, 7 red roses, baby's breath, vase, ribbon. The arrangement did not have the baby's breath plus came from a different local shop... i. e., if I had wanted to use that particular shop, I would have called them directly. I should have suspected they weren't a local shop since I only saw the 888 number, but I had asked some questions where they deliberately withheld that piece of information. When trying to have issue addressed, stated their substitution policy... how does a substitution apply to a specific order request? Requested some baby's breath to be delivered for us to add plus a reasonable discount to be refunded, but refused to do anything. SPREAD THE WORD, DO NOT USE TERRY'S FLORIST, they are posers and do not care about their customers.

I ordered a "premium" or largest size floral arrangement and the flowers that were delivered were a very small arrangement. I paid $90 and got a $20 arrangement. I reached out to them to correct it and they not only didn't but claimed the arrangement was as shown (which it definately WAS NOT). My only recourse was to leave them bad reviews, as I told them I would.
