We purchased a Daisy a Day Bouquet, deluxe for $52.99, plus service fee and tax brought it to $71.69. The bouquet that was delivered to my co-worker was totally unacceptable. Half of the flowers were dead and wilted, my co-worker took out the dead ones and was left with only 5 flowers, which themselves were not in great shape. I asked for my money back, and even said my co-worker could return the ugly bouquet. They responded by telling me that they would refund $26.49, which would mean I was still paying over $40 for 5 ugly flowers which were all dead within 3 days. They also responded that by calling my attention to their substitution policy, and even attached the policy for my benefit. This policy says that they may substitute "items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants" as these are subject to availability. I read the policy, and nowhere did it say that dead or wilted flowers could be substituted for live ones.
I was so disappointed, and even more so once I did the checking I should have done before ordering. Terry's Florist has an F rating with the BBB, and I can certainly see why. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge as this was clearly a case of Bait and Switch.
The only good thing that came from my transaction with this company is that I will, in the future, be much more careful and check companies out much more carefully so that I don't get scammed like this again.

This is the worst flower delivery I have ever seen. The pictures are fake and they don't use anything of quality as their pictures represent! They say their substitution policy allows them to do this to the consumer. Even if you upgrade to the most expensive arrangement, they still send dead flowers that looked like they were picked from someone's yard. I complained and they promised to give me a 50% refund. NEVER HAPPENED they gave me a $20 credit even thought I spent over $100. NEVER EVER USE THIS FLOWER SHOP. BUYER BEWARE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
Ruined my daughters birthday! They canceled the order at the end of the day never contacted me to fix it or give me time to order from another place... totally Ruined all of our day! The Worst Birthday ever! I give it 0 stars!
I didn't know that they outsource it to other florists to prepare and deliver. Product that is delivered is not what you purchase from the picture. The picture is way fuller & the vase & bow are different on the pink ones & the flowers are nothing like the picture. The little white flowers are not included in the red roses. I wise I had read the reviews before ordering both of these to be delivered to my Mom & my Sister. Very disappointed. I paid a total of $163.71 for these 2 to be delivered. Yet it looks like $40.00 flowers for both together.
I ordered some flowers for my moms 75th bday What an embarrassment> I asked for something breathtaking and mom mom says they are adorable I didnt care about the price but I do when it looks like something for 15.99 off of SAFEWAY shelf! Actually SAFEWAY would of been better! They chose for me and I figured MANAGERS CHOICE I couldnt go wrong! What a joke and embarrassment! Even had one REP hang up on me! Bad business very shady and never will I ever recommend them ever! They charged me 131.00$
I made the horrible mistake of ordering from this company before checking the reviews. What they delivered was not what I ordered and they refused to provide me a total refund... the flowers where wilted as well! See the attached photos. The arrangement sent with the blue ribbon looks nothing like the "Blue & White" photos I thought I was ordering - nothing like it! Attached is a proof of receipt showing proof of purchase.
Horrible, ordered on line for funeral services. Order on line was great, then received a phone call about an hour later that they have NO flowers! Phone number was a NJ number, and the gentleman was very nice, however how does a florist have no flowers!?! And the owner was not available. I like to use local companies, but is this a local company? What can you believe? Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I found Terry's Florist when I was searching for a local florist rather than a chain store to fulfill an order for a recent graduate. I ordered the $79 Brilliance Bouquet (Deluxe) on a Friday morning and the flowers were supposed to be delivered that same day. When I called around 3 pm later that day to check on the status of the order, I was told that the flowers were on the van for delivery. At 7 pm, I called the person I was trying to surprise with this order to see if it ever arrived -it had not. I called back Saturday morning and was told that the delivery driver supposedly delivered the flowers on Friday and hand delivered them to the recipient. I called the person one more time to make sure that they didn't receive them and they confirmed that they were in fact home all day, but no flowers were delivered Friday or until that point. The Terry's Florist representative told me that she'd check again with the driver and would call me back within 2-hours. 3 hours later, I called back to check the status and was told the exact same thing that I heard in the morning -that the driver claimed they hand delivered them Friday, but also that she was unable to reach the driver to confirm.
That Saturday afternoon, the recipient let me know that she finally received the flowers and that they looked a little wilted -so the flowers were not in fact delivered on Friday like the driver stated, but were instead delivered a day late after being in the delivery van overnight on a hot California day. The photos that the recipient sent me of the flowers look absolutely nothing like those that I thought I'd ordered from the website. I was and was highly disappointed.
Terry's Florist repeatedly told me they'd call me to let me know the status and never did. If I hadn't kept calling myself, I would have never heard from them. When I asked for a refund or for a fresh bouquet to be sent to the recipient, I was told to email them photos of the actual flowers so that they could see if I qualified for either -even though it was their mistake- so I did so. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them.
I would never use this florist again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

If I could rate this zero stars I most definitely would, I wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them. I ordered flowers from them for my friends birthday and I called twice to make sure the order was being prepared and being sent out at a certain time but after I checked my email and still didn't see a confirmation after my purchase I called once again and they me scammed because the first time I called they said the flowers would be ready in a hour then I called a second time and they said it would be done in 30 minutes. Finally when I called the third time they said that they haven't even prepared the flowers. I'm really upset since I already purchased the flowers which I was charged $80 and there still not delivered.
I ordered a bright & cheerful bouquet of flowers (yellow, green, purple and pink with baby breaths and greens) for my daughter's birthday. What she received were a drab color of just pink & purple and haphazardly thrown together. In addition, I was charged $90 for the floral arrangement and the arrangement was worth half of that! The arrangement looks AWFUL. When I called to complain, the woman I spoke to was so rude and unapologetic.

When I called they informed me that in there substitution policy it basically states everything is subject to availability. No refund. No replacement.

I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. Called 2 days later and they said the flowers were delivered and they would have a manager call me back. No return phone call. Called back and they said a supervisor would call me back. No return phone call. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to see what happened to the flowers that I had ordered. Finally a "manager" said the flower delivery was being investigated. This company is a total scam. Reported incident to credit card company. Do not use Terry's florist... also I had a difficult time understanding the employees who spoke broken English.
I ordered a beautiful purple tropical arrangement and what I got was pink and white roses! Over $85 spent will never use them again or the terry florist website there horrible! I should have read the reviews first
There were hidden costs and they did not deliver what they promised. They are not honest. Somehow on the internet they "appeared" local when they were not. I was fooled into believing that I was supporting a local business. These are not honest people!
I paid $80.00+ dollars for the ugliest arrangement. I ordered Lavender flowers with a PURPLE VASES (Grandaughters favorite colored) plus I added (1) Yellow Rose & (2) Balloons for my Granddaughters surgery she has had Cancer 2 brain surgeries (10 years old) & now at 27 years old she had possible Colon Cancer with over 100 polyps. With not being able to be in the hospital with her due to COVID-19 Pandemic I thought these flowers would cheer her up. Terry's Florist wanted to credit me $ 12.00+ dollars... I have written 4 times, they did reply once on my first email & now NOTHING. This heartbreaking that these people are taking advantage during this Pandemic Terry's Florist should have contacted me if they could not fill thus order & I would have ordered a different PURPLE arrangement. This just sickens me.
We ordered what came to be a $100 Plant for a funeral. The funeral is in NY and we are in NC so we called to make sure it would be as descibed online and look like the picture. My Aunt just sent me a photo of what was delivered and we are so sad. I now have to apologize to my orher Aunt because this thing is a train wreck. Dead leaves, 1 sad bloom and in a round white planter instead of the brown earn planter i was assured it would come in. Wrapped in a pink bow for a mans funeral. First pic is what we were told we would get, second pic is what was delivered. Im so embarrassed.

This is a huge scam! We were given every reassurance of funeral service arrangement plus delivery confirmations only to find that the arrangement was never even made to begin with! Horrible and cruel that the family was expecting them to arrive because we are out of state and told them delivery was on its way. IT WAS ALL A BIG LIE! How could anyone do this?! The family is grieving for the loss of their father and this happened?! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION. I've checked with other local florists with local phone numbers - local people... They are all too familiar with this. Stay Clear>
