I placed and order for Mother's day flowers for my bosses wife. Spent an hour on the phone to make sure the order was perfect. Was Guaranteed the flowers would be delivered on Saturday May 8th. No flowers came. Called the company. Was hung up on. They ask you for a confirmation number but they NEVER send you one in the receipt. Emailed the company canceled the order. Was told I was never charged which is a LIE they charged my CC the day I placed the order.
This is a FAKE company that does not have local offices. They take your money.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother in Law for Mother's Day online, as she lives in another state. What I ordered vs. What was delivered wasn't even remotely pretty! The flowers weren't even arranged, they were just shoved into an ugly purple vase, the flowers clashed, and the greenery was nearly non-existent. I've never sought out to give a negative review before but here I am. I wasted $80 on a $15 walmart bouquet from the clearance bin. An email returned from Muriel Terry stating that what was delivered was acceptable to their substitution standards. No, it wasn't it was garbage.
May 5 2021 I ordered Mothers Day Flowers to be Delivered to my Sister. On Mothers Day at 2Pm I called to see when they would be arriving. I was informed that my order had been canceled because they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement. I could have easily changed my arrangement if they would have taken the time to call. But TERRY'S FLORIST DECIDED TO DO NOTHING! Now I have seen poor customer service This Breaks my heart because now I get to call my sister and tell her she wont be getting flowers this year for MOTHERS DAY.
You do NOT get your moneys worth! No matter how much $$$$is spent- you will ONLY receive less than a grocery store bouquet!
I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist for my friend, who was having cancer surgery. Since she was in a different city, I looked for a local florist there. When I came across Terry's, by all presentation, it looked like a locally owned mom & pop store. It's not. After doing some investigation, it appear to be a web-based service, much like ProFlowers, only without the service or quality.
The only star they get is for same day delivery. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers when she received them--they look like they're on their last legs. I had paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet. Take a look at the difference. Also, there was no vase, as picture.
When I wrote a complaint to the business, I asked them to apologize to my friend for sending her dying flowers, and to give a full refund. They offered a $14.99 refund. I guess I'm not surprised that no refund showed up in my account.
After posting this review, I plan to make a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. I encourage all of you to do the same.
Wow, wish I'd seen this site before I spent 73.00 on a mediocre floral arrangement for my daughter. The amount of flowers in the arrangement was less than 1/3 of the amount shown on their website for the Blue and White Brilliance they show on their website. When I complained, they responded that they considered this an acceptable substitution. Stay away from this company.

The site comes across like they are in the area. Based in Nevada from what I see. Picked an arrangement for a dear friend which was very much to her taste and was available on website! Well flowers cost $85.59 and where no where near what I paid. Company got back with we thought the arrangement was of equal value! Bait and switch. Wish I came here first. Bunch of thieves hope the rot in h... well hope karma for them will be what they deserve! Below left is what it was suppose to be! Dave E
They make you think they are local. They are a call center! They only give a local florist a small amount of what you pay! Please call an actual florist where you are ordering instead of these scam call centers! You will know what they have, and get your money's worth! Cut out the middle man!
I ordered a 60 dollar arrangement for Mother's Day on Mon. May 3 to be delivered Fri. The delivery was free the website said. I got a receipt from them that included another $15. "service fee" added to my total that was not discussed on their website when I paid originally! On Wed. My phone rings and the girl says she's' from Terry's and they cannot do my order because they are swamped with orders. WHAT? Unbelievable! Why did they take my order to begin with? I called 4 days in advance. She said they will refund my money and I will be watching for it. So dissatisfied! Plan ahead for holidays next time. I have never had this happen after placing an order with any other florist.
On Friday, 4/30/2021, I ordered the Secret Garden Basket for a friend's wake on Monday, with an extra violet. They sent 4 violets in a basket with a ribbon. When I complained, I was told I'd receive a refund of $17.49. I paid an extra $15 for the violets, a total of $104.88 for the entire basket. They had the nerve to reiterate and send me a pdf of their substitution policy. The picture shows how bad they scam you. I wish I would have read the reviews first instead of trying to buy local. DO NOT ORDER FROM TERRY'S FLORIST!
Ordered for Mother's day. Wanted to shop a local small biz. The called twice first to get a card name second an hour later to cancel order saying they are out of flowers no substitute. All this after I had contacted elderly Mom to alert her of delivery. I do not recommend... Stay away!
I ordered Flowers for my daughter in laws birthday May 3rd 2021 was told specifically they would be delivered in afternoon called them 5 times pretty rude the flowers got there at almost 6:30 they emailed me the day of my order and they said by noon. Will never recommend or use them again. My son ordered flowers same day for same address his got there at the same time as mine. Both of us so disappointed never again

I wish i read these reviews before i made the mistake of ordering from these scammers. But who would think a florist would be a scammer call centre in the Philippines? I ordered expensive orchids for my friend for a specific occasion selecting a specific delivery date. There was no delivery confirmation and she never got it. Me having to ask her to check ruined the surprise. I called these $#*!s 3x and they said they needed to check w the delivery driver before i can get a refund and that there are no managers to speak with. I dont think ill get my money back and will have to call my bank
Very much the same complaint as a lot of people here. Ordered what I thought was going to be special for my daughter's birthday, and the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Don't waste your money on these people. You will be disappointed
I ordered some flowers from this company (I live in Florida) for my brother who was in Maine Medical. They told me they could not deliver that day but would make up bouquet and deliver it next day. Later that night I found out my brother had gone into ICU and they wouldn't except flowers so I immediately wrote to the company to ask they to cancel and refund my money. Never heard one word from them and my brother never got the flowers. Once again I wrote to them and they didn't respond. This all happened last month. I wrote to them a third time last week and still no response. So there is $60+ wasted.
This place is horrible! Misleading and dishonest! Ripped me off $85.00 for an arraignment I was very dissatisfied with. Small $25. Arraignment was delivered in a different base than I had asked for!

If they had a minus 10 on review - that's what I would give them. I ordered (what I thought was) a beautiful Zen Artistry for a funeral. It was supposed to include a ceramic angel. I specifically said I did not want fresh flowers, and I wanted a plant. Instead they send a vase with water and fresh flowers! I could have gotten that at the local Publix. I then asked them to fill the order properly and send it to my friend who just lost her Grandmother. They wanted to refund PARTIAL payment. When I told them I didn't want the money - I just wanted the order filled correctly. They refused to do that and finally they just said they would refund the full amount. Was the WORST customer service EVER. Do not order from them!
Ordered flowers for my mother. They arrived as ordered. The second day, the roses were wilted and only lasted another day. When I contacted Terry's, their reply was: "This order has been filled to value based on our substitution policy. In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, colour schemes calmer plants are subject to availability. This ensures that you order is delivered in a timely fashion. Our policy is available on our website for reference.". I will not be using them in the future. And to add insult, I asked if they would be filling the order and they assured me they would. THEY DID NOT.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
