2nd time in 3 weeks I've ordered flowers when the site says it's available today only to get a call 30 minutes later saying they can't fulfil my order and they'll refund the outrageous price they charge for flowers in 3-5 business days... DON'T TAKE ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T FILL THEM
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a "florist". They delivered 3 arrangements 2.5 hours late for a funeral service! The arrangements were marginal at best and had no cards attached. I had to email and call numerous times trying to track down the delivery. A complete nightmare.
I ordered birthday brillance flower arrangement for my daughter birthday. The flowers delivered looks nothing like the picture. Disapointed.
Talk about a disappointing experience! Ordered sympathy flowers for same-day delivery (Tue) for a friend who had experienced a death... end of the day came and heard nothing from friend re: a delivery and thought it was odd. Called Terry's the next day (Wed) to see what was going on. Was placed on hold for 25 minutes on my cell phone so decided to call from my house line. When I finally got someone on the line again, I was informed that 1) delivery was not made and 2) there was an issue with getting the flowers for the order... ummm, sure would have been nice to have been made aware of that issue AHEAD of time. Woman I spoke with offered to give a measly $10 credit and assured that the flowers would be delivered the next day (now Thu) and that I would received a confirmation email. Also received a voice message from a gentleman later that evening saying that the flowers would be delivered and I would be issued a full refund because of the issues I had experienced. OK great. Thu late afternoon comes around and still no confirmation email of delivery or mssg. From friend. Called Terry's again and was informed that order was canceled all together... no further explanation, and now TWO DAYS after my friend was to have received her sympathy arrangement. Just TERRIBLE and so shameful. I will never use this company again, as they quickly and happily charged my credit card, yet no flowers were delivered. And had I not kept calling to follow up on what was going on, I would have paid for goods and services never received and would have thought that my friend received flowers from me, when she did not. TERRIBLE!
I ordered flowers the morning of 6/8 & paid EXTRA for them to be delivered by 2pm. Guess what? The $70 arrangement did NOT GET DELIVERED. But when I called the customer service, they argued with me repeatedly & said they were & said the drivers were "too busy to check".
They don't care about their customers, they don't care about their name & they CLEARLY don't care about staying in business. Stay far far away from this place!
I order flowers on May 26th to be delivered on June 8th! After 6 calls and telling them I want a refund they finally delivered on a June 11th. When they dropped them off, it was NOTHING what I ordered and some of the flowers were fake. Never using this company again. See photos

This place is a total scam. They will list themselves as a 'hometown' florist to various cities. But, they appear to sub out the work to other freelancers. That's all fine, but the scam is that they charge you a huge $16 service fee and 'free delivery' and they deliver flowers that you can buy for 1/3 of the price from a grocery store. I spent $80 to send flowers to my wife recovering in the hospital and they look nothing like the 'brilliance bouquet' I was supposed to receive with roses, sunflowers and so forth. In fact, no roses at all and the vase doesn't match the picture at all either. I feel totally ripped off and google should be ashamed as well. They took this scam company's ad money to put them at the top of the results. I wish I saw this review site beforehand. But, like everyone else here I was scammed then I figured it out too late. My poor wife, already in the hospital and has to receive these sub-supermarket flowers that I thought would be 'premium' as they described. I wonder how these people sleep at night. Look at the pictures and you decide if this is fraud. I'd say so.
Do Not Order from here! I wish I would have read these reviews! Did not send what I ordered. I ordered a plant with added flowers. No plant was received! They sent a floral bouquet. I called several times to speak with a manager. There was always an excuse why they weren't available. Left several messages, with no return call. Worst customer service ever!
Place an order for 2 plants to be delivered for a funeral. 1 was delivered and the other was not. Contacted Terry's and they rescheduled delivery 2 days later. No apology for their error. Very disappointed. The only reason that I gave them 2 stars is the peace lily was gorgeous otherwise it would be 1 star. Would not recommend Terry's Florist in Wellesville Kansas.
Can you leave negative Stars? I placed an order yesterday to have flowers delivered today. Rather then knock at the door the delivery driver simply left the flowers on a table outside the door in Arizona heat. Seriously, it was 106! So the flower bouquet that I ordered for my 90 year old grandmother cannot even be enjoyed because flowers are wilted do to being left in the heat. So I call customer service to see how this can be rectified, the woman on the phone I believe her name was Diane, stated unless they receive a photo no compensation can be made. Well I live out of state and my 90 year old grandmother does not know how to use a smartphone. So where does that leave us? Apparently nowhere... This is by far the worst flower company in Arizona!
I purchased the "You're In My Heart (Premium)" for our wedding anniversary. What a joke, they were delivered by someone in an old beat up car with the flowers falling out of the vase…. My wife had no idea what I ordered and being a floral arranger herself she straightened it up. So the attached picture is what she did… she didn't have much to work with and the picture IS NOT WHAT I ORDERD. I contacted the florist and they said "In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability". This is their out or scam… they can send you whatever they want. Stay away from this business they are a total rip-off and you will not be happy.
Got some other plant, was informed by delivery company that they had permission to substitute. (not from me!) VERY disappointed, as i was ordering the plant for daughter's bday, and it was one i had when she was growing up.
I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered two days before her late husband's memorial service. The day after I placed the order, still no delivery. I called four separate times. After being on each call for at least 5 to 10 minutes each time I was told that they couldn't reach the driver. On the 4th call I spoke to someone different and he told me the same thing. They all said they would call back within the hour but never did. I did tell him that I didn't know if this was a scam or a real florist and that I wanted a refund. He did submit a refund (pending) and then delivered the flowers that didn't look anything like the ones I ordered. They were nice but one of the roses was completely brown. I would say go with a reputable well known florist and to read the reviews first.
They never delivered the flowers and kept giving me a line that they were "trying to reach their contractor". As if phones don't exist. So now I'm bothering a new mother trying to make sure she really didn't get them and it's because this company is just peak unprofessional. I wish I'd seen this site before ordering.
Terry's is a middleman who takes their cut of the profits and offers no value in return. The arrangement my daughter received was nothing like what was ordered, and many of the flowers were wilted or damaged. Their customer service rep explained that the fine print in their contract allows them to make any substitution they like with no recourse. Order directly from a local florist!
We decided to support a local florist rather than use an internet option. What a mistake! While they have a substitution policy, they use it to send arrangements made up of any flowers they want to get rid of at the end of the day. This was a REAL bait and switch experience. They insist the arrangement delivered was of the same quality as the arrangement we ordered, but instead of an arrangement that was full of flowers they sent one that was mostly greens (the first photo show the flowers we ordered and the second shows the flowers they deliver). In response to our concerns, they sent a boilerplate reply simply citing their substitution policy. Not worth the $72 we paid. Do not use this florist!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement for an out of state friend and it wasn't delivered. I received an email confirmation that the order had been placed, so assumed everything was fine. When I noticed my credit card wasn't charged I asked my friend if they got the flowers (awkward) and she told me that nothing came to the funeral home. I felt horrible that I hadn't shown support for her during this sad time. Terry's claims that they tried to call me about the flowers not being available, but I heard zero until I reached out to them. This is not a reputable company.
Worst experience I have ever had. Order was not delivered on time and was not what we ordered. Could have gotten at Walmart for $5.99 we paid $73.83. Terrible customer service I have been told several times they would call me back and they did not. I would rate them a zero if I could. I will NEVER use them again.
