I used this company (ARS Rescue Rooter) because they were referred by Home Depot. My wife was in ICU and expected to pass away that day so I needed this done right away for all the friends and relatives that would be visiting. The part that was bad was on my outside unit, the common startup capacitor. I can purchase this online for around $30 bucks. So the service person came out and yes this was the problem, after about 20 minutes I was back up and running…. COST $428.00 DOLLARS. I'm never the one to complain about paying for service as long as it's fair but this was outrageously high. I would recommend to everyone reading this NOT to use this company for anything. This is the second website for me to review this company. They did reply to my first review by saying "we are a premium priced company". I will be contacting Home Depot and I'm far from done with putting the word out about ARS RESCUE ROOTER.

I purchased the "You're In My Heart (Premium)" for our wedding anniversary. What a joke, they were delivered by someone in an old beat up car with the flowers falling out of the vase…. My wife had no idea what I ordered and being a floral arranger herself she straightened it up. So the attached picture is what she did… she didn't have much to work with and the picture IS NOT WHAT I ORDERD. I contacted the florist and they said "In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability". This is their out or scam… they can send you whatever they want. Stay away from this business they are a total rip-off and you will not be happy.
