This is a scam I have over $1000 tied up in trying to get flowers for my mothers unexpected funeral I have spent hours on the phone called emailed and not gotten any contact back nor ever received the flowers for my mothers funeral instead of being able to focus on her I had to waste time trying to get a hold of people who never intended return my call I don't understand how there are people in this world that would even do that to someone during that time in their life it's despicable if I can get them less than zero I would.
I thought I was dealing with a local florist in Knoxville, TN, but maybe not. I phoned them at *******738 and gave explicit requests as to what I wanted, with specific delivery instructions. The recipient of the flowers had been injured and lived in a large apartment building; I wanted to make sure the flowers would be delivered directly to the apartment, not the office. Terry's put me on hold and said they called the apartment office and they would be able to deliver to the door. The flowers ordered were bold colored in a tall vase. I was told on the phone that could be done. The flowers received were in a cube and all pastel, AND left at the apartment office, ignoring all of my requests. The explanation Terry's gave me was their policy allows for substitutions, and I got something of the same value as what I ordered. They never responded to why the delivery was shoddy. I would never use this florist again. Horrible customer service! The first picture shows what I ordered, the second is what was delivered.
Wish I would have found and read reviews prior to ordering.
I ordered the Serene Retreat for my fiance's father's service on Monday for the funeral on Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the funeral home to discover that the arrangement that I spent $80 on, was not the one that arrived with my sympathy card. I was mortified at the arrangement that was there. It was not only NOT the arrangement on the website, it was not the same container nor were there any of the same plants that were in the photo of Serene Retreat. I would not have purchased the arrangement that arrived for even $15, because I found it quite tacky. I was actually mortified that my name was on that arrangement. The plants had yellowing leaves. The ribbon had a plastic green grasshopper on it. This was a funeral! Not a picnic! Not one plant in the Serene Retreat was in that container.
I ordered this arrangement online and was informed there would be no delivery charge. I did however, receive a "service fee" of $15.99. I'm not exactly sure of what service I was being charged for, but I let it go because I figured that is how the company actually collects the delivery fee. Not exactly honest, but I didn't think much of it. However, I was expecting what I ordered to be what was delivered and it was not. I wish they would issue me a full refund and a letter of apology to the widow for the monstrosity that was delivered in my name.
After emailing the company my complaint, they offered me a credit of $14.99 along with a copy of their terms and conditions. That does not even cover their "service fee". Among the terms is the substitution policy.
2. Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available
We will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
The arrangement that was sent was not of equal or greater value!
This florist is the worst I have ever deal with, they ruined my anniversary, I order an arrangement from them early in the morning, paid for the best arrangement, they did not deliver what I paid for, plus they showed up late and the flowers were starting to die, I would never recommend them to anyone, not even my worse enemy.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The price on the site is different when you click and the "deluxe" which is apparently what is actually shown is more expensive. They advertised free delivery then tack on a 16 dollar service fee in addition to the taxes. It's an absolutely shady company and I regret using them.
I ordered an arrangement for my mom's memorial service. I picked their bold tribute bouquet and specifically requested 3 red roses, 15 lavender roses, and then complimentary flowers. I paid for premium so the arrangement would be full. The arrangement came and was a standing arrangement, did not have the number of roses requested and the filler flowers used were almost dead. The arrangement had more fern than flowers in it. I contacted Terry's and all they could address is it is their policy to be able to substitute when needed. Yes, they substituted with fern and half dead carnations. My arrangement was $208 and for their poor quality of flowers and craftsmanship, Terry's will only provide a small credit. People at the service commented they had not seen such a poorly done arrangement.
When I found there web site I found get will set of flowers that could work for me.
I then decided not to use the website just in case they do not update regularly.
When I called and asked if they had the flowers they said yes. This is when I asked if they could deliver the flowers to the address they said yes. I got my mother ready to get them for my aunt she lives in the area I'm out of state calling these in. They called me up said they did not have the flowers when asked if they had any
FLOWERS at all they said no they had no flowers at all they where waiting on a shipment.
I understood it is AZ that flowers not easy thing to have on hand in that heat. But when the customer from out of state calls. You should not lie to them and say you have the product available over the website " that stills says they have the flowers" and not on the phone.
Ordered funeral flowers on 6/23/21 for a service on 6/25/21.
Called one 6/24/21 to make sure everything was good and on time.
I was assured it was.
Day of funeral, no flowers delivered. Last member of the family died,
I called first guy said flowers are out for delivery. Funeral started and ended and
No flowers. I called again, and they tell me there was a problem with the vendor and they do not have flowers! I was so beyond upset. They did not try to make this problem right. Just gave me a credit which I have not seen yet. No flowers at all for funeral. They did not offer to send flowers from another place or anything. This is not right. The family was so upset. I called the day before and they said nothing about a vendor problem. And the first call the guy lied to me and said they were out for delivery? This place does not know how to run a business. Please order for some other place. I dont want anyone to feel the heartache my family has experienced. A funeral is bad enough without this stupid mess. I paid $240.00 for a spray of flowers and this is what I get! I should have ordered from McShann's in Dallas, Tx. They are the best and never had this problem. They also make sure everything is right or they will fix the problem. I was so upset when ordering the flowers I forgot about McShann's. To Terry's Florist you need to find another line of work!
Gina W. Dallas, Texas 6/26/21
They pretend they are local... they are not! They took my order and said they could deliver what I wanted the same day. As soon as I hung up I got a text message saying they didn't get their flower delivery... would I accept "florist choice?" I said no thank you I'd prefer to cancel. They put me on hold, stalled and said they couldn't pull up my information. After 10 minutes he said he found my info and would cancel, but then couldn't verify amount of refund. Then I asked for an email confirmation. He said he sent it but his system is slow and it would take 25 minutes for the email to get to me after he hit send? Clearly he just said he'd submitted the refund to get me off the phone and then would call a third party to deliver whatever, whenever and stick me with the bill! I'll be disputing any charges and contacting the BBB!
I received a terriblY sub-par product, and when I complained, they chose to do nothing about it. EXTREMELY disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM!
I like so many others wish they had read the reviews first. The order took 3 days to deliver not what I ordered. Never order from this place. Offered me a 10.00 refund. Pathetic
I ordered flowers for a celebration of life ceremony. I received a cancelation phone call. Called Terrys to find out why. The told me it could not be delivered due to lack of supply. Then I found out that they had the wrong delivery date. When I got them to change it to the right delivery date they told me it was on order and would be delivered on time. I received a cancellation email. I called them back and was reassured that the order was being worked on and would be delivered on time. It wasn't. When I called back I was told that the order was canceled 2 day prior which was the day before I even ordered the flowers. They lied to me. I would not be at the ceremony and these people took away my only way of passing on my sorrow for the loss of a family member. I gave this a rating of 1 because there was no option for 0.
This is a call center it is pretty sad they say family owned and pretend to deliver themselves they just charge you more and call a local florist who don't have the flowers they advertise just call a local florist not a pretend one.
I spoke twice with two ladies insuring they had green carnations on hand; my sister's favorite flower. I asked for a "unique" arrangement using green carnations accented with mini daises. I asked that one red rose be added in memory of my late mother, and one yellow rose in memory of my late sister. I was told I would receive an email of this arrangement for approval along with my order and receipt of payment. I waited all day for said email. After nothing arrived I called Terry's Florest. I was told the flowers were out for delivery, and, that they never told me they'd email me. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers after getting home from a hospital. Not even one green carnation! This arrangement looked like one you'd pick up at a grocery store, pre-made. When I tried to talk with "the Florest"
SHE LAUGHED AT ME!
Then I ask my sister to send a picture of the card. The card was NOT what I told her to write even though I spelled it all out for her.
It gets worse!
I told them I always try to support small business. Well this is no small business, it is a call you make to them then they order from a third party. I called Jonesville, Michigan where their on-line add says they're located. They were to be delivered within Jonesville Michigan. The flowers arrived from Fremont, Indiana. I called from Ohio!
They even added a charge to refrigerate the flowers, flowers that were supposedly made fresh that day.
We are still trying to find an address for this Florest.
Two days now and still no email to show my order or my credit card receipt.
I called them out on laughing at me, they continued to laugh. I would give them negative stars if I could!
Now to spend time calling my credit card company to flag their name. With no receipt I have no idea who or what they may use my info for.
If anyone sees green carnations in the photo attached please point them out.
I paid a lot of money for a basic arrangement not even close to my order.
This will also go on the BBB!
Hello, I've never written a negative review online but this "Terry's Florist" at *******738 was a truly bad experience. I called after seeing their site online because they represented themselves as a local Concord, Ca. Florist that can do a last minute same day delivery just down the street from the flower shop. I quickly learned this was a out of country call center, phone center in Taiwan and they had no idea what the status was of my delivery when the flowers failed to arrive on 6/21/21. Flowers arrived day after my employees birthday and the flowers were poor quality. When I originally called the lady on the phone told me she was in Concord, Ca and flowers are done locally which is what I wanted. I also learned their site is fake and the reviews are not real. I should have come to this site where I see truly all the accurate negative reviews about this floral provider. Lesson learned, you think you're doing one thing and it's the complete opposite online. I'm usually very savvy online but this site and my call certainly deceived me. Happy shopping Everyone.
The email address my confirmation came from was *******@TERRYSFLORIST.COM.
This place is terrible. I had a horrendous time canceling an order for my daughter's birthday in early May and I just got my CC bill and see a charge for $68.48 for that order. If I had not noticed the line item charge they would have pocketed that amount with no delivery.
Be very cautious with this mismanaged establishment. Terrible service all the way around.

I looked up Terry's online to order flowers for a visitation. The reviews were good online so I thought it would be ok. The website said free delivery, but then they charged a $20 "service fee" I ended up paying $80 for a very small arrangement and some of the flowers were dead. It looked nothing like the arrangement shown on line (see the pictures below). When I contacted them and showed them the comparison pictures they said they are allowed to substitute and they felt it was comparable. You decide.
My daughter had a boy and I ordered flowers from them. I ordered a blue arrangement and it was nothing like the picture. I reached out to them and provided pictures and I got a response of they followed their substitution policy. So, since they made it very clear they do not care, I am leaving a bad review.
They have hidden charges. I called to cancel as soon as I saw the email with the higher charges than the total on the webpage. They refused - said it was too late. I asked for a refund of the hidden charges, even attaching a picture of the website. Neither emails nor calls fixed this. So disappointed! Total should be the total of what you are charged!
Oh boy what a scam I'll post my photo...$75 later. After the complaint they said the replacements were up to there standards... really? Please don't use them you'll have no recourse... pathetic that they call themselves florists. Look at the photo not even close! I
Answer: Scam - product received not as shown. Uses COVID 19 as the reason for poor quality product at a shocking price.
Answer: Legit but they only send what they want. The descriptions are lies.
Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: It's a scam, not even based anywhere. It is a call center. I lost 107.77.
