TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! I ordered a bouquet for same day delivery to a funeral home for visiting hours starting at 4 p.m. I got a message later that day - after the visiting hours had already started - saying the truck from their wholesaler couldn't come in that day. When I spoke to them on the phone they told me that they knew at 10 am that morning that they weren't going to have the flowers until the next day - yet they took over 40-50 orders that they could not fulfill.

When I saw the charge on my credit card I called for a refund but they wouldn't give it to me because they "claim" to have sent the flowers the following morning to the church instead (without my approval). Since they refused to give me my money back I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company instead. Every time I tried to call the company they would promise to all me back after looking into it, but no one ever did. The last time I called, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

I trusted Terry's florist in Washington to make and deliver an expensive bouquet to my friend in memory of the one year anniversary of her husband's death. By accident, I gave them the wrong address, but it was an address that did not exist. Instead of the driver calling me to confirm the address, and or my friend the recipient, no call was made and no one could tell me who the flowers got delivered to. Upon speaking with the floral shop in Washougal, all she said to me was that the flowers were delivered, and that there was nothing they could do.

I ordered the Sunflower Delight flower arrangement for my wife as it was our 16th wedding anniversary, sunflowers are her favorite but when she got the flowers it didn't have any sunflowers in the order, not even one.
Terry's florist has to be the worse flower shop I have ever ordered from. How inept at your job are you that there isn't any sunflowers in a order called Sunflowers Delight? Very unprofessional and very dishonest, don't order from these crooks.

I ordered a plant from Terry's Flower Shop in Colleyville, for my sister in laws grand opening, they sent me confirmation, I even called back the day before delivery to make sure everything was good. It was never delivered. I requested a signature twice, they ignored my request. I'm disputing the charge on my credit card. Don't order from this flower shop. My sister in law was there from 8-6pm and they never went. I was so disappointed because I really wanted her to have something for her opening!

Bait and Switch

Wish I had seen the reviews on this site before I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist. The website and Facebook all have glowing reviews. My comments are similar to those below. Ordered a bouquet and what was delivered is not what I ordered. My bouquet was supposed to have roses included in it (Blooming Meadow Bouquet) and yet what was delivered didn't have roses and put goldenrod (can you say weed) in it instead. Super cheap substitution. I sent a complaint and got the same typical substitution BS that all the reviews below talk about. Pathetic considering I'm not local to Atlanta, and this is the crappy service I got. Needless to say, I won't be using this florist again!

I ordered product # T272-3A for a funeral service- '"lush medley of 3 of the most popular & stylish plants in a stylish bamboo rectangle." The 3 beautiful plants were also accented with river stones on the picture advertised on the website. I got a knock-off cheap substitute of a little square box with a chiffon bow (tacky) and the a plant leaves in 3 different colors that looked like they were in the early stages of dying. Much cheaper substitute and I could've easily bought it for less that $15 at a supermarket without a sale price. I was charged $96.23 for supermarket greenery and the worst part is that is was for a funeral. Shame on them!

I ordered a Large all succulent arrangement in a pot that sits on a table. What was delivered was a very small pot in a stand with mixed plants. When it was delivered it was totally wrapped in tissue paper and left on the steps at the front door. The delivery person rang the bell and left without waiting for my faughter to answer the door. My daughter opened the door and seen a big pile of tissue paper below her and when she pocked it up it slipped out of her hands because she couldn't see the bottom or even what it was. All that survived was one non succulent plant and the tiny 5 inch pot and stand.

When I tried to work with Terry's Flowers they only offered a small refund on a $75 plus delivery fee order.

I will NEVER order from them again.

Service is horrible and they keep you on hold forever when you call to check but if you don't answer when they call you to verify you placing an on line order they cancel it on you. Called next day to confirm order was delivered and had to call back after being hung up on. Now waiting over 10 min on hold for confirmation. Horrible horrible service

I live in WA state and I needed to order a sympathy wreath for an employee who was from Florida. I ordered it 3 weeks before the day of the memorial, and two day prior to my requested delivery, Terry's Florist called to let me know they could not get the flowers. Come to find out, they don't even arrange the flowers, they go to another florist and order them. When they couldn't get the arrangement, they cancelled my order. I located another florist in the area and it just so happened to be the florist Terry's Florist was trying to get to complete my request. She said she would not work with untrustworthy people, so she would not do the wreath for them. Hence, why the cancelled my order. Do not order from this place, they are not a true florist and will not be able to complete your order. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't even give them one star! I don't have a picture to provide, because Terry's Florist did not complete my order!

Unhappy Anniversary

I ordered a bouquet on their website early in the morning (4:00 AM) thinking they would see the order first thing in the morning and have plenty of time to arrange and deliver the flowers to my wife's workplace. I never received any communication from Terry's Florist or my wife indicating a delivery and she came home empty-handed. It made for a disappointing anniversary. I've emailed them to request a refund, but based on other reviews, I don't know that I'll hear from them. We'll see if the excellent customer service they advertise is also a huge let-down.

I ordered this as a gift on their website. Iwas charged a $16 'service fee' without being informed of the charge. The orchid petals became transparent the day after it arrived. The next day all petals dropped from the plant. I called to complain & the woman was very apologetic & offered a refund. M sey credit card was charged $80.18; however, they would only refund me $59.99. When I called to complain the woman was almost rude & denied refunding the $16 'service fee'.

Placed an order for a bouquet for our anniversary. 7 days notice, by the way. The florist tried to inform me that the bouquet was not delivered because nobody answered the door, it was a business. They didn't even apologize. Do not order from this company. They even tried not to refund my money!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral after much research. The gal on the phone was very helpful. Unfortunately the morning of the funeral I received a call telling me they were unable to fulfill their obligation because their supply order had yet to arrive. I was getting a refund. Several families depended on this transaction for funeral flowers. There is no recourse left for an out of state person. I am first heartbroken, shocked, dismayed, & angry. How does a florist run out of flowers? Can they not offer delivery to a different address of a family member of the deceased when they get the order? Terry's flowers have left me high & dry at a very important time. Absolutely HORRIBLE. At least they had the integrity to call me. But now my our dear friend will never know that her out of state family-freinds had been thinking of her & not represented at the funeral. TIP-use a DIFFERENT FLORIST if you are from out of state. To me, it's less about the money & more about the guaranteed service. :(

Ordered an arrangement from Carlsbad location for nephew's funeral. The arrangement did not arrive. They took no responsibility and didn't even apologize. On hold with customer service for 45 minutes with no resolution. It took them 20 minutes to even find the order. I finally hung and will work with my credit card company. Unacceptable.

I ordered and paid for 1 dozen red Rose's like the ppicture on their web site. I got seven pink Rose's with brown (dead) roses. Called to complain and was told they will open an investigation after I send pics and an explanation. Hopefully I can join a class action lawsuit against this scam company.

I had requested the flowers be delivered before lunch and by 12:00 the flowers had not been delivered. I called and was told the flowers were on the truck for delivery. 2:00 still no flowers. A work colleague came to my office and asked me to pull up the website she thought we had been scammed. I was almost in a panic! I called Terry's Florist again and a nice lady answered the phone I explained to her my concerns, she put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and told me the same as I was told when I called earlier that the flowers were on the van for delivery. I was feeling sick to my stomach because I had read some very bad reviews. The lady trying her best to reassure me the birthday flowers would arrive before we closed for a long 4th of July weekend. THEY ARRIVED AND THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE THE PICTURE!

Spoke personally with the phone rep, expressed how important the lime green container was and the fact there were so many gerbers & roses and especially the container. Than discussed color of balloon. I ordered the brilliance bouquet -- bright & festive and ended up with flowers in a ugly green vase. This is my daughters 21st birthday away from home. I was expecting bright and festive as ordered. If you could not not fulfill the order i should have been contacted. I wish i was technically savvy to truly show the disparity in pictures

An arrangement of roses and lilies ended up being roses and green buds. They respond that policy allows them to make substitutions if flowers are not available. A substitution is acceptable. Getting the same in bud form is hardly "substitution". Expect to pay $16.00 dollars in service fees plus appropriate tax. The floral design was more than costly than it appeared. On the positive side, the floral people were pleasant on the telephone.
