I ordered 5 days early. Flowers never arrived on important day. I talked to staff twice that day. They assured me they would be delivered. They were on the truck. Never happened. Now I can't get my phone calls answered (I'm left on hold). I have to file with my bank to try and get my money back.
I wasted too much time with this florist company. They came up first with a Google ad for Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, which is already deceptive, since they do not appear to be a registered Florida business. The page lists flowers "40% off, FREE DELIVERY" and I clicked on an arrangement with a photo. The photo showed a nice blue and white arrangement, which I clicked on. The next page showed the same photo of flowers, but that the "as shown" arrangement was $10.00 more, for the original advertised price there was a "standard" arrangement which was not shown. I put the "Deluxe" version in my cart, which showed a $59.99 "total price". I checked out, and screenshotted all screens. No delivery fee, total price was $59.99, same day free delivery. Fine. I got an email receipt that showed a "service fee" and an additional amount for tax, none of which was shown on my online checkout. I called their service number and received an apology, but they stood firm on the "service fee." I told them fine, because I wanted the flowers delivered, but I wanted to complain. There was no other person to complain to. I sent a reply to "*******@terrysflorist.com" with all of these details. Shortly thereafter, I got a telephone call from a New Jersey phone number, telling me that my order was cancelled, and that I would get a refund on my card in 24 hours. We shall see.
I almost lost the opportunity for same day delivery. This website is crooked, deceitful, fraudulent and should be taken down.
DON'T GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO RIP YOU OFF. I ordered a bouquet for my dad that cost $80 and the one he got has half the flowers of their $40 bouquet.

I ordered a plant for a funeral in Southern Illinois. They called me and asked if the could substitute with a palm plant. I agreed. While at the funeral I see a totally different small plant. They wouldn't do anything about it. They wanted a picture of it. Yes everyone just whips their camera out at a funeral to take a picture of a plant! I live five hours from there and I can't go back to take a picture nor would I ask the grieving family to do so!

It was our anniversary so I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work as a surprise. It read in the description that if the order was placed before 2:00p.m. That the flowers would be delivered same day. That shouldn't have been a problem since I placed my order at 9:00am.
By 4pm, my wife left work and the flowers had not arrived. I emailed the company the next day asking if the flowers were delivered and if they hadn't, when they would be delivered. I received an email response the next day saying they would get back with me for more details. So already it has been 2 days after my anniversary. A WHOLE WEEK went by before I heard something back. They told me they were unable to fulfill the order and issued a refund.
I am very disappointed and frustrated how unprofessional this florist is and if I could offer 0 stars... I would. I would never recommend this business to anyone and I wouldn't waste your time.
I ordered sympathy flowers (death in the family).
I did not receive a delivery confirmation, so I called two days later to check the status with a rep, but was disconnected.
I called again, was told that the delivery had not been made due to a drivers "minor accident.". Yet I had received no notification whatsoever that the flowers were not delivered. I asked if delivery was possible that day and was put on hold while the rep tried to find out. I was disconnected again, but received no follow up call.
On my third call I asked for a full refund was told that the order was out for delivery even though the rep did not confirm this with me before placing the order.
I then requested a refund for the "service fee" in the amount of 15.99. After being put on hold repeatedly, Brian said the best he could do was $10. Why must I be put into negotiations with customer service trying to nickel and dime the customer, when the right thing to do would be to at least refund the fee, since service had been so poor?
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold, then told that no one would be available to speak with me.
Needless to say, I am not impressed with this company.

This company did not send the correct flowers or vase. The flowers looked like they were just "thrown" into the vase and looked like an arrangement for a much lesser amount than what I paid.
Customer service was of no help, would not consider even charging me what the flowers were "really" worth (much less than I paid!). I SPECIFICALLY asked if they had the vase I requested, and was told YES.

I ordered at 1pm and it's 9:30 and nothing. They have been blowing me off for 2 hrs now. Thankfully I used Amex and will dispute the charge. They absolutely are awful.

Nothing about the transaction went smoothly, even called early but still could not deliver same day. Settled for next day, and made 7 phone calls checking because my daughter had not received her Birthday flowers. I was first told it would be delivered by 3:30pm, that came and went and by 7:30PM still no flowers. Saturday morning back on the phone by 2:00pm I was told I would have to send an email because when the flowers did get delivered, they were horrible and wilted. Never, use tis company, it's a rip off!
Ruined my daughter's birthday never delivered her flowers despite 5 phone calls now they are getting sued under the Texas Deceptive Trade and Consumer Protection Act. Really should be put out of business based upon these reviews.
Called to send a planter to a coworker adding a few additional cut flowers due to the death of her family member. Was given a price that included 3 carnations costing 10.00 - 2 hours later received a call that the quote was wrong and the 3 carnations would now cost 25.00 and if I didnt pay they would cancel the order. Needless to say order canceled. Found it elsewhere much less expensive. 3 carnations for 25.00 CRAZY! Could buy a whole bouquet for that!
I paid for a birthday arrangement but it was not what was ordered. The said they had a substitution policy if an arrangement was not available. You would think they would have contacted me to choose a different arrangement, but no! They did what they wanted. I paid $80 for my arrangement and the one they delivered looked like a down graded arrangement. They probably delivered a cheaper one and pocketed the rest of my money. It was for my Mother-In-Law. She said the tulips they used were used in funeral arrangements! The first picture is what I ordered and the second is what they delivered. Not even the same amount of tulips. Just a bunch of extra greenery! The picture I took to know what I ordered even says it would be available! They are thieves and hide behind a substitution policy they created! Stay away from them! I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.
I wouldn't recommend this florist to ANYONE! We are from VA and my step daughter is in the hospital today having surgery. I gave them all of the information, room#, floor, and address along with contact info. They called me to say they can't deliver due to Johns Hopkins not accepting flowers with is a LIE! I called the hospital myself and even spoke with general information and nurses station and they told me that was fine to send her flowers and they are accepting flowers. So, I asked for a refund- after all I was paying a $16 service fee just on this order- in total I was paying $70 for a $40 arrangement. Then they informed me it would be $25 to cancel. A lot of red flags... #1 they never called and said they couldn't deliver to hospital BEFORE they "supposedly" tried taking the flowers, #2 the delivery driver didn't call me and say hey I am here but they won't let me deliver them and #3 why not try to work with your customer? I told them I was going to leave a negative review and they said go ahead- well I see why now with all of these other negative reviews! I guess part of this is on me for not doing my research before placing my order. UGH! I can't begin to say how mad I am with this place! I have NEVER had such crappy unprofessional service! I doubt the arrangement was ever even made! Oh and BTW- I was a floral designer for 7 years!
