Total scam and rip off

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They did not deliver. Left me a message that they could not deliver and would refund my money. NEVER refunded my money, but they sure did charge me. Had to dispute with credit card company.

Bait and Switch

I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral. I thought I was ordering form a a local florist in the small town they live in. Turns out it was not, this company is in New Jersey based in the Philippines. They called me back to inform me that the crystal cross that was the centerpiece of the arrangement was not available and they would just fill that area in with flowers. I first gave my permission then changed my mind. I called them to cancel the order and was on the phone 30 minutes. They did cancel and I will have to check my account in a couple of days to make sure charges are reversed. I called a different shop in that town to place a new order and what do you know? It was the one who was supposed to fill the order for Terry's, except they told him a table arrangement with white flowers! Not the arrangement with the crystal cross! And of course ordering from him was $20 cheaper.

PURE THIEVES don't buy ever ever from them I got supposedly a "premium" bouquet called "all my love" for my wife birthday she didn't get neither on hand neither the bouquet neither the sized paid for a TOTAL rip-off again don't buy ever from guys we have to destroy this those thieves

Unhappy with flowers

The order was for a special birthday and as you can see by the pictures, the bouquet was no where near as advertised! I did not see the reviews until now or I would not have ordered from them. Very disappointing!

Disappointed

They promote themselves as being local, but are not. Allow you to pay for product when they can't deliver. Ruined a 79th birthday celebration when they could not deliver day of, nor day after birthday. They fooled me once, never again!

Paid 25.00 for a crystal cross to go with my funeral arrangement. Billed for it, then called and told " sorry, we are out, you will be refunded." This was in JULY. It is now SEPTEMBER, but I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED, EVEN though have been in constant contact with Terry's Florist about this, INCLUDING supplying them with a copy of my bank statement over 1 MONTH AGO. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with how Terry's Florist conducts their business! Am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT do business with this company. Flower arrangement was ok, but not anywhere near worth the 175.00 that I paid for it. SMH at the way this company does business!

Ordered flowers yesterday afternoon online for delivery today. Received a call at 12:15 this afternoon they have to refund as THEY HAVE NO FLOWERS! Would have been nice to know last night or even this AM so I could have selected another florist.

Disappointed

Customer service was fine. Delivery on time appreciated. Flowers sent were not the same shown on website that said available. Unfortunate as it was a special event for the following day specifically needed the blue and white flowers and we did not see the photo of flowers delivered until the day after the gathering. They were pretty bouquet, colors different. Hard to order flowers from out of state.

Outrageous Service Fees

I just tried to place an order online, and there was an added $16.00 service charge. So I called them directly to see if it was on "online" service charge and was told that it was for maintaining their coolers to assure they had the freshest flowers. Ummmm, don't ALL florists have coolers to keep flowers in? Why should I have to contribute to their cost of doing business? Also, the photos of their arrangements showed the price, but once one was chosen, there were then 3 different options of fullness to the arrangements, and the one actually pictured was $10 more than it showed as you scrolled through all of the different arrangements. Kinda tricky. I found another florist that didn't charge a service fee and the photo shown was for the price shown. I went with Carolyn's Florals & Baskets. No hidden charges or tricky upcharges.

Worst Business
September 1, 2021

Ordered flowers 3 weeks before my mother's 95 birthday. They where not delivered in the morning as requested and when they did come they were wilted. The driver left the flowers on the door step, range door bell and was putting out of the driveway as we answered the door.

I placed an order with Terry's Florist prior to 2 PM for the premium Lavender & White Brillance. When I placed the order it had a red tag over the picture that indicated it was available today. Their website claims 40% off and free delivery if placed prior to 2 PM. They contacted me to inform me that they did not have the purple carnations and asked if they could substitute white carnations. I agreed to this condition. The arrangement sent was nowhere close to the picture that is shown on their website which was a step below what I ordered. I am/was very, very disappointed in what was received. I called and sent them an email to inform them as such. I have not received a satisfactory response at this time.

Terry's Florist was the most unprofessional shop I have ever encountered. We were spending BIG money on a floral arrangement and balloons. We were guaranteed same day delivery on the phone when placing the order. We then proceeded to get an email asking to push the arrangement for delivery on the following day. After asking why, they lied. Lied saying they werent getting their shipment in until late, which is a lie because I am a previous owner of a Flower shop, and shipments do not come in, in the afternoon, they come in the morning to be fresh. They then lied that they could guarantee same day delivery. After requesting and paying, they denied us same day delivery. We asked for addition flowers for the hassle and they denied that request. We then sat on the phone for 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, we requested to speak with the manager and they denied, we then requested if we cannot speak with a manager to then refund our money, they denied. After a battle that took more time and unnecessary frustration, they said they would refund our money... lets see it that happens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. The price was comparable to other flower shops and the free shipping advertisement is partly why i choose them. But they threw in a $16 "servicing fee" when you click to check out. However, that wasn't the most irritating thing. I got a voice-mail Saturday afternoon at 1240pm from them saying they were out of flowers, and wouldn't be delivering anything like they were supposed to, but they were going to refund me and hoped i understand. 1240pm DAY OF. Other flower shops were closing at 1pm. And there was literally no time to order somewhere else. Luckily i had gotten off work early and listened to my voice-mail and just had to go buy flowers from Costco and make my own damn arrangement. But seriously. So inconvenient. So unbelievably inconsiderate. Terrible. They advertise that they are local but i don't think they are. And they definitely don't give crap about timeliness or your schedule or order.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday am at 9am Lincolnton, NC time. Ad and person who took the order said flowers delivered that day. No flowers. Spent 2 HOURS on phone Wednesday am. Finally person says will get credit on credit card and flowers were on the way free of charge. NO flowers still on THURSDAY! LIES! CHEATERS! Stay AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS!

I ordered flowers through the online service thinking that is was a locally owned company as I google "local florist in Long Beach CA". After I placed my order online early this morning for same day delivery for a friends birthday surprise and when I called the "local company" I got an overseas operator who could not locate where my delivery was or when it might be delivered. As of yet, still no delivery and after ready the reviews I am not expecting much. Don't Do It, you will be disappointed. I don't even have a picture to post.

I found this florist using Google to send flowers for a funeral to my best friend who lost her son. The first red flag and I should have gone with my instincts but I didn't was the fact you were always placed in a waiting queue when you called. The person I spoke with multiple times was not knowledgeable about the floral arrangements. Website guaranteed delivery that day as long as placed by 2:00 which I did and I confirmed when the delivery would be made which was by 2:00. Spoke to my friend at 4:00 and no flowers. Called the florist had no clue and they could not reach the driver. Was informed that they could not resolve until the driver got back to the shop which of course made no sense to me. I asked to speak to the manager or owner but not available. Flowers were not delivered until 5:30 and more importantly they delivered the wrong floral arrangement. When I sent an email explaining all this they said they have a substitution policy on their website that gives them the ability to swap out if the arrangement is not available. My response and I never heard back from them was one I never saw this policy, two they should have called me and told me to see what I wanted instead and three if the arrangement is not available then they should indicate this on their website. Company did not even offer to resend the right flowers and the whole experience was so insensitive. I will never use them again and shared my experience with several residents in the Sun City development and the funeral home. Extremely disappointed especially given what these flowers were for.

Flowers delivered was not what was ordered. I specifically picked out a bouquet of flowers with no roses or fragile flowers that die quickly. Roses and fragile flowers were delivered. The vase and bow I ordered was not what was delivered. They also advertise free shipping on the website but it's not, there is a $15.99 fee hidden until checkout. Below picture is what I ordered. Overall very disappointed!
