For the first time in my 35 years of marriage, I am forced to be separated from my wife on our special day. So I found Terry's online and ordered a dozen roses. They came up on a search quickly and I didn't do enough investigating to see if they had satisfied customers. My mistake. They took my order (days ahead of our anniversary -- I mean, I was planning ahead). But on the morning of our anniversary, they called and said they couldn't fulfill the order because of "shipping problems." They should have called earlier or not taken the order at all. I'm trying to understand how they are still in business, considering these negative reviews. But NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I guess on the plus side, they did promptly refund my payment. That's worth one star, I guess.

Ordered a planter for an out- of -state family member's funeral. Got a cancellation email too late to order from another florist, even though the exact thing I had ordered was still up on their website as being available for the next day.
9/01/2021 Ordered Ever Upward Bouquet for my Mother's memorial luncheon, to be delivered 9/09/2021. Luncheon was next day at noon. This arrangement was measured at 45"H x 26"W. It was to contain 33 stems of flowers, roses, lilies, dahalias, gladioli, larkspur, huckleberry, eucalyptus. In a urn. In shades of pink and yellow. I paid $208.00. On 9/09 when there was no delivery I called to find out where my order was and was told they could not reach the driver, right there a red flag! Flowers did arrive that evening but NOT what I ordered. What was delivered was a small $35.00 arrangement with
3 sunflower, and 2 red mums, and 2 orange mums with lots of fillers. It was in a 4" vase and measured 14'H x 12"W. Total of 7 flowers! I had to hold the memorial without flowers honoring my Mother. I was stressed, and humiliated in front of 100 people! Due to the fact I had personally made all the table arrangements to match what I had ordered I had to hide this ugly, cheap arrangement. I am now dealing with this company to get a refund of the total cost, they have offered me a $89.00 refund, and told me to read their substitution polices, which I have done. It states equal or greater value! Do NOT use or trust this company. Scammer's and I have notified my credit card company, BBB, and Teleflora of this scam. I don't normally write reviews but am hoping this helps someone else of not having to go through this embarrassment. As you can see this is not a sympathy arrangement and does not have the measurement, the amount of flowers, or the colors the Teleflora Ever Upward Arrangement has.
I ordered 100.00 in flowers to be delivered for my grandmother's birthday however due to them not using covid precautions and CDC recommendation they are unable to deliver because their prior funeral delivery had covid positive people or as she said covid disease. I don't understand why they are not doing contactless delivery and putting their staff in harms way. Now it will take 3-5 business days to get my money back. I may look into reporting to osha as well. It's not responsible to have your staff in those kinda situations when it can be solved with contactless delivery which it says they do but apparently that wasn't the case today.
I paid $150.00 for a for a "Deluxe Flower Bouquet", a "Large Teddy Bear" and a "Large Box of Chocolates, for my Mother's 89ths Birthday. When I saw the pictures of a 6" stuffed dog, a tiny 9 piece box of chocolates and a small bunch of flowers. I was furious. I could have bought the flowers they sent, from any grocery store, a tiny box of chocolates and teddy bear at any Dollar Store and saved myself $120.00. This has been one of the worst scams that I've experienced. They were suppose to be in Antrim NH, but who the heck knows where they are located. I am going to REPORT this Sham of a company to the BBB and AARP Fraud Online Reporting.

Delivery person said he "put flowers on front porch." He either lied or brought them to the wrong address. And who even leaves an expensive flower arrangement on someone's front porch in the summer heat? Multiple calls to customer service, and they refused to redeliver. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
I guess I should have looked into this company since I was ordering from out of state for our daughter 21st birthday. I placed the order the day before delivery needed and requested a 11-4 drop off as that was when she was at work. At 11 I received a call stating they would not be able to fill my order and will refund my funds. Why couldn't they do that yesterday when I placed the order? Now I have to wait several days for my money to be returned.

Ordered next day flower delivery. They never showed up. Called the company and they apologized. Said they would show up the next week. Next week comes and they still don't show up. Called again and they once again apologized and said they'd be delivered within the next day. That didn't happen so I called again. The rep I spoke to apologized and said they'd call me back after figuring out what happened. Three days later still no flowers and still nobody called me back. So yet again I called. Promised a third attempt would be tried. STILL no flowers. When I called this last time to cancel the order after waiting two weeks and three attempts, they said I couldn't receive a refund because they are out for delivery. Had to be on the phone for 40 minutes to get a supervisor to grant me a partial refund even though this is entirely their fault. Not sure what to say. I work as a physician in a busy hospital and don't have time to waste trying to get in contact with a flower delivery service every couple days to check on one simple order. Ended up using a different local flower company in Tempe, AZ and they were delivered in less than half a day. HIGHLY recommend against using this company. I've bought from many flower services over the last few years and this is by far the absolute worst experience I've had. I'm not mad about losing money, I'm frustrated at how awful the service has been. Like I said, I've had to call more than 5 times now and have even been hung up on by them after politely waiting on the line and have had to put up with 3 attempts over 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
If I could give this florist a negative review that's what they would get! Spent $80 for flower arrangement for sick friend. Arrangement looked like a little kid picked a few wild flowers mixed with grass from a field and stuffed into a plastic tumbler. More than a third of the flowers were DEAD and the rest were DYING, brown tips all over. Card was illegible - again, looked like a little kid wrote the card - names spelled wrong. Recipients name was reduced to the first 2 letters of her first name - last name spelled wrong. I called to let company know and that I was giving them a "black eye" review - the Asian man who I had been talking to said "that's fine!" Didn't mind the bad review at all. BUYER BEWARE! Offered NO type of reimbursement. ALSO! Check your credit cards! I had 3 charges from these people!

I arrived at the party and found what was delivered -- a small, simple very ordinary plant containing a peace lily and some ivy in a white container. Could have picked it up anywhere for $20! When I called afterward to question what happened to my order, the person I spoke with said her supervisor would be in on Monday, however, it seems that a decision was made on Sunday. After being sent the store's policy which permitted them to deliver what they had, instead of what was ordered, I would receive a credit of $74.99 and would be charged $21.24 (SERVICE FEE & TAX). There actually was NO SERVICE & TAX on what! You must give your phone # to place an order... why would they not call and tell you they could not fill the order as placed.

It is generally not the fault of the local florist who receives the order from Terry's Florist. These "order gathering" services will do almost anything to get the order off of their screens and make it the responsibility of someone else. I turned down an order from them that began as specific flowers, which I didn't have in stock, and ended with him saying I could send "designer's choice"... anything else. In addition, the original order called for an arrangement that I had no record of nor picture reference. No wonder their reviews are so bad! If you Google the recipient address and then check for nearby flower shops, you can speak to someone like me who really cares about your order!
So disgusted with this service/company. I wanted to use a local company. They guaranteed same day delivery. The order was placed at 9:15am on 9/10/21, the florist called the funeral home to confirm the delivery which was to be by 2:00pm on 9/10/21. The florist leaves me a voicemail at 2:49pm telling me that my order has been cancelled. Nearly an hour after the arrangements were to have been delivered! I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to use it.
They cancelled my order 2 hours before the funeral service because they didn't have the specific flower and I didn't get there noon call. No substitution, just cancelled!

They suck! I made a flower delivery at noon and they call me at two and let me know they have no flowers to deliver to anybody wow UNREAL they suck! Way to go flower place! Ruined my whole day and these flowers were much needed today
