I ordered 100.00 in flowers to be delivered for my grandmother's birthday however due to them not using covid precautions and CDC recommendation they are unable to deliver because their prior funeral delivery had covid positive people or as she said covid disease. I don't understand why they are not doing contactless delivery and putting their staff in harms way. Now it will take 3-5 business days to get my money back. I may look into reporting to osha as well. It's not responsible to have your staff in those kinda situations when it can be solved with contactless delivery which it says they do but apparently that wasn't the case today.
