What a waste of $80. I've bought flowers many times and these were by far the worst deal. And, they called my wife ahead of time and ruined the surprise.

Very late delivery

Ordered flowers day ahead for my sisters birthday. They didn't get delivered until after 8 pm! Why did take all day? Arrangement was beautiful though. All I was told I was it went out on a truck (at 5:00) checked again at 7:00 still somehow on the truck. No one knew where. Checked again at 8:00 snd was told they delivered until 8. I said it is 8:00.

Bait and switch! Do not use them! I ordered a pink rose filled spray bouquet and paid $95.23. What my daughter received was NOTHING AT ALL LIKE WHAT I ORDERED! 1/2 the amount of roses and orange water. Looks like a funeral arrangement! On top of everything they came from Safeway and were DoorDashed to her! Her door dasher texted her to tell her that her Safeway Flower pick up was approaching. Seriously? WTF? I called Safeway and they were $39.99.

The flowers were delivered within 6 hours of ordering! They were absolutely gorgeous! The only thing I did not like was the vase they substituted from original advertisement. I understand they have to do that from time to time. All in all I would definitely order from them again but ask about vase availability next time. Thank you Terry's for also following my request of being delivered to an actual person and not just left! Couldn't find delivery pic. Will update.

I ordered a deluxe package for a 100th bday 5 days ago, when the flowers where delivered there were 3 dying white roses in the vase and a bunch of looking like grass weeds, no card was attached, when I called customer service back and asked for a manager I was told someone will call you no one has yet to call and they sent an email with a 10.00 credit and this is unacceptable. Have to give a star to submit would not give anything

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Ordered flowers for same day. I ordered them very early in the morning on the east coast to be delivered on west coast. Flowers were never delivered. The gate to get into the community shows no signs of a delivery from the florist. The driver says he has confirmation yet they can't seem to reach him to get that confirmation and the person who was to get them was home all day and got nothing. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I WOULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 100.

This is not a flower shop. They are a call center. They lied to me 3 times when I called to check on my order. When I ordered my flowers I was told they would be delivered same day. 5/20/2021. Then I received a text stating the driver had an emergency and could they deliver on 5/21/2021. They were not delivered that day. Called on the 22nd and was advised they were on the truck, this was a saturday, called today 5/24 was advised they would call the driver, came back on the phone and said they were delivered. They were not. Finally got the name of the flower shop they sent them to and was advised that Terrys flowers does not have a driver nor do they have a flower shop. These people are horrible. Do not use them.

I had two separate orders for peace lilys to be sent to people that just lost there husband and father. They arrived but there are no flowers on they. 68.00 a piece and no flowers? I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will never deal with them again,

I ordered a spring collection with a galvanized vase got a basic glass vase.the description made note of the galvanized vase
Tulips cannot resist showing off their unique and flirty beauty, and this arrangement provides the stage for multi-color tulip blooms to do just that. A distinctive galvanized container holds 20 stems
Then to be told there is a substitution policy. In our substitution policy it states that all items such as flowers, containers, color schemes, or plants are subject to availability.
So don't advertise what you can't deliver.

I put a lot of thought into sending a bouquet of Roses from NYC to Ga. After 38 yrs we found my adopted niece. I wanted 3 Red Roses to signify the bond between her birth sisters and her! 3 Red roses in the center of 9 pale pink!
No, they sent 6 red roses with 6 deep pink roses! I'm so angry! 4 calls today to the shop (call center) and no courteous phone call back from management. I'm asking for the correct arrangement be sent and take the wrong one back to the shop! Disgusting management!
Shame on them! Flowers have so much meaning! I hope my credit card company will not pay them! And the roses that were sent are overblown, meaning they are old! From all these negative reviews I wish I saw this yesterday!

Garbage

I ordered an all white bouquet of roses and Lily's... I also ordered the upgraded version of this... When the flowers arrived it looked like a bouquet of green carnations with a white rose and pink Lilly. Was not worth close to the 100 plus dollars I spent. All around I feel ripped off and wish I could give no stars. The phots are what I ordered With an upgrade compared to what arrived... Don't use this place!

NO DELIVERY!

I placed an order online to be delivered the same day & 3 weeks later found out it had NEVER been delivered, but they sure took my money! You would have thought they would have TRIED to re-deliver, but NO! I will NEVER order from them ever again, that's for sure! VERY POOR SERVICE & COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES!
I guess I should have checked their reviews BEFORE I ordered!

My husband ordered 100 dollars of flowers for our anniversary. No Flowers ever arrived. Contact with them said they would look into the delivery. Never heard back. No Refund. No Flowers. Don't throw your money away.

Horrible Horrible experience with them asked up front if they can deliver by 3pm at 8am and they said yes 3 different times and I was lied to 3 times. NOT locally serviced there customer service is outsourced to random people and never got a person on the phone that knew anything. DO NOT USE THEM, sorry buy find another shop they are HORRIBLE.

Company is a SCAM

I own a flower shop in Florida. Terry's called us to fill an order for them. We said no, we do not trust them from past experience. They took their customers money, did not deliver flowers, then when the customer complained told them that my shop took the order and money and did not deliver. Out and out lie and scam. Do not use this company, read all the reviews. They are a rip off.

Scam Artists

Order flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral. Paid $239. What was delivered was embarrassing. Photo on right is what I ordered. Photo on left is what was delivered. They promised 1/2 refund. Never received. Buyer beware!

I orded the garden of lavender love (deluxe) for $79.99 which on the website has lots of roses. There were no purple roses, there were no white roses, just alstroemeria and alot of weeds. I also orded a medium box of chocolates which were never delivered, i called terrys florist on monday 5/17/2021and hit a stone wall, they want pictures of what was sent and proof the chocolates was never delivered, why can't they get ahold of the local florist they used and make it right. This was a birthday gift that was ruined and i spent $ 121.97 for a vase of weeds, no chocolates, service chargs, and tax. What a scam and waste of money, please everyone stay away from Terry's Florist NO GOOD. Oh bye the ay my order # was 8*******795, they have my e-mail i doubt i'll hear from them.

I didn't realize this company was not actually based in Nokomis. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and they were never delivered. I called 8pm the day they were to be delivered because they weren't delivered yet and I was told I could be issued a refund or delivered another day, I opted for a refund. The next afternoon the flowers were delivered any way! I already requested a refund. I called and was then told they had to listen to the prior phone calls to confirm I wanted a refund - never heard back. Called again and they said since the flowers were delivered they could only do a partial refund, mm no! Not my problem your company can't communicate with one another! You don't deliver a birthday cake a day late and you don't do the same with flowers. Never was able to get a refund out of these idiots. Stay away!

Placed my order for a birthday to be delivered the following day. Paid extra for the delivery. After three days and several LOOONNGGG calls to customer service, getting no explanation other than "We are not sure", I was finally told this morning that it would definitely be delivered today. STILL NOT THERE and no one will answer their phone.so I have emailed them and cancelled it completely. Do not use them unless you want to be frustrated beyond belief
