I worked with Terraboost for some ads in a major retailer. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and followed through on what they said they were going to do. The design process was very easy. I chose to make my own artwork but I'm not a designer so their team was able to make suggestions on my design to make it more effective. I would certainly recommend Terraboost because it seems they really care about the success of my ad campaign.
TerraBoost Media lies about how effective their marketing is. If you are a small business it simply won't work from my experience. They will not only lie about their effectiveness but will go after you and your credit score if you do not pay due to their lack of service. Since I wasn't made aware, their contract is not a user agreement. It is a way to send your account to collections. An absolute scam.

Do NOT contract with terraboost. We signed with them in May of 2022. The displays were designed quickly and they did a nice job. That was the last part that was good. They went up in stores, they were always dirty, always out of wipes and some were hidden. We have had over 50 emails and correspondence with them to get this fixed. They finally agreed to move the stores. This was over 8 months ago. The new displays are still not up, we can't get the same person to call us back. Take your money elsewhere you will never get a return on your investment.
I am in the midst of having a kiosk advertisement. When I first started the contract was signed, there was very little customer support and direction. I was sent a point of contact (Priscilla) I called her 4 times and she NEVER called me back. I then had to find an alternative point of contact as she never reached out. I have had a bit of trouble with the advertisement, we went back and forth quite a few times to get the advertisement correct, there was a lot of little details they missed. The design has been approved for 5 weeks now, no one has reached out to let me know when my advertising will be up and the 2 emails I sent to customer care have been unanswered, however they do not have an issue with continuing to bill me for the advertising.

I've never encountered such a disappointing customer service experience. Our request to change our artwork has been pending for eight months now, with no resolution in sight. Each time I attempt to contact them, I'm met with silence; phone calls go unanswered, and emails receive no response. The high turnover rate among their staff compounds the problem, as each contact I initially had is no longer available to assist or communicate.
Given the protracted delay in fulfilling our request for new artwork, I've been attempting to cancel our service and secure a refund for the period during which our stand has remained empty, devoid of our advertisements. Unfortunately, it appears that no one within Terraboost is equipped to provide assistance in this matter.
My frustration with Terraboost has reached an all-time high. I simply want our issues to be acknowledged and resolved, so that I can sever ties with this company once and for all.
Read the many complaints on the Better Business Bureau website before you think about doing business with these people as this company is awful! They will take your money, promise you the world and then it will be one excuse after another as to why they can't deliver! Apparently they have a long track record of this behavior, I have no idea how they stay in business. Pathetic!

I regret doing business with them. The worst company in my opinion to deal with. High pressured sales tactic of the salesperson with deceptive practices ( like cold calling the office and telling that they are from neighborhood pharmacy). Wouldn't let you cancel the contract even immediately after signing the contract ( the very next day).
As other reviews have said, they will breach your contract. Placed the ad amongst a very well known competitor and did not tell me about it before signing up. If I had known about that, I definitely would not have signed up. They also claimed to work at CVS Pharmacy which is very deceptive. They are a third party and not the store they claim to be working for. Refused to give a refund even though they breached the contract and did not deliver the product as they promised. The advertisement got delivered 4 months after my contract started but I am being billed for the 4 wasted months. And forget trying to reach anyone by phone or email. You will not hear from anyone for months. Please save yourself money and time and do not sign up with these fraudsters! They should be ashamed of themselves for robbing small business owners.

I have only talked with a sales person, paid my money and so it is very premature to ask for a rating. I don't know what I get for my money, have not had the ad created yet, or seen a proof. So I don't know?

The display position I was promised was not what I received. My display was placed in corner where it was prone to be hit by shopping carts and guess what! It was destroyed. Should never have been there. Still waiting after 10 days for customer service to get back to me. Caveat emptor

Scammers. Don't do business with them. They'll take your money, promise you a billboard in 4/6 weeks, then 5 months later won't answer the phone, won't return emails, and won't refund the money. Scammers! This is just the beginning. All 500,000 social media followers will know about this. I have screen shots of months of unanswered emails and videos of me calling and calling and never getting a reply.

Terrabost Media turned out to be my biggest mistake that I have made. I have never been so harassed to give them money in my entire life. Basically it's in continue dispute and they are asking for so much more than I agreed in the contract. It's ridiculous! Absurd! I'm so disappointed and disgusted the way they do business!
They got me in a moment of weakness and I accepted their terms, however they added more money than I agreed to payed them.
I'm writing this review with the hope that someone might learn from my mistake and not giving them a chance.
I had to spend so many hours with them on the phone just so they can get their job right and for them just to take my money!
People always change in this company and there is always someone else that I spoke with in regards to my issues with different ideas on how much I should be charged. It turned out that I'm over paying for something that I didn't get anything in return! The advertisement turned out to be a scam!

Terraboost contacting us to advertise in our local grocery store. They called the first day and after we gave our credit card information to begin the agreement, they stopped answering the phone. The phone messages goes straight to voicemail. I can not get a hold of them. They have charged me close to $900 that I had to dispute with my credit card company.
My onboarding experince was good. Nothing special about though.

10 months in and a year of payments later, I have not received even 1 call or email from my investment let alone a new client. I own a homecare agency and advertised at the pharmacy at a local drug store. Worst $2400 in advertising I have spent.

I signed up for this advertising service and paid a setup fee for 3 locations and I paid an annual fee for another location. Since I've signed up I've been charged monthly and the advertisements are still in the initial phases. They are not set up in the store yet. I have called and emailed the person that set up my account (Patrick McConnell) multiple times because I want to know why I am being charged for a service that has not been completed. He replied to one of my emails stating he would have someone call me. No one ever called and he is not returning my calls. I even went online to their site and completed a request for assistance and no one has responded. My experience has been HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Never use them. They were very unprofessional. Never did the ad they said they did and never communicated in a timely manner.
This company was hired in August of 2022 (estimated). Since then, I have dealt with my ad not being in the place it was supposed to be (hidden where I had sent 4 ppl to go find it at the mall), going back and forth for THREE months with an "artist" of theirs who clearly did not understand how to create an ad so I had to pay extra to get my own artist to help create the ad. I had the add moved and placed in a smaller location in another state and voiced my concern. The company then offered to add social media for free for a certain amount of months and I never received a specific form that I was told I would receive. Now they are charging me MORE ($400 a month) and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CLIENTS FROM THEIR ADS and I have been paying them for 17 months and money is going down the drain and they don't want to take you out of the contract! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT! Organic marketing is much more worth your money and time!

The display I contracted for is in no way the same as what was designed. While the artwork was correct the display is much smaller than what was shown in the mock up, additionally the placement of the display and the overall condition of it is that of a hack company, the hand sanitizing wipes were empty on day one and the display was in over all disrepair. I don't think they actually service the units or understand the areas in which they are placed

I use to really like my campaign but now I paid for a campaign and it's not there.
I have been using Terraboost for about 3 years. They were great at the beginning, there were some issues in the beginning but no major issues.
I renewed my campaign Jan 2022 and paid a year in advanced. Around Feb 2022, I found my campaign was removed and replaced with a competitor. I had reached out to my sales rep at Terraboost and he said he would look into it. After a few months, I noticed it was still not there, I followed up and they said they would work on it. I had been in communications with them and just kept saying they were working on it.
Around late July 2022, the rep said they were changing from static campaigns to electronic campaigns. Which in my opinion is a big lost. With the static campaigns my campaign was up 25/7, with electronic campaigns, they cycle through with other advertisers. We would be paying the same amount. I said I never signed up for this but their manager, Bill Selling said they can make changes if the company chose to do so. I also had called the other advertisers on the campaigns at the same location, and they said they know nothing about their campaigns changing. Anyhow, I just wanted my campaign up. They promised it was getting installed within a couple weeks. It is now almost December 2022, nothing has been done and my campaign is still not up.
At this point, I am extremely upset, because I have been given the run around. Now, during the busiest time of the year at super markets, my campaign is not being utilized.
The product is great and definitely helped with neighborhood recognition but it definitely doesn't help if Terraboost cant even keep their promise with the product up.
I would be very cautious if you choose to hire this company. Follow ups is NOT good.
Note: if people see other reviews from me, it's because Terraboost had reached out, say they would fix it and ask me to remove my negative reviews. Terraboost really has a huge internal problem as no one seems to know what is going on.
I have a kiosk at a local Safeway. It has been one of the best investments I have ever made. I understand that I may not receive phone calls from the specific ad, but along with my neighborhood marketing, it helps me stay top of mind when someone thinks of a realtor in the neighborhood. Since I do know many people in the neighborhood, I get random text messages with friends, family, neighbors standing next to the kiosk and sending me messages and saying they see me. Pretty cool.
We had an issue with our kiosk being moved (in terms of location in the store), but Blake and Delaney at Terraboost were great to communicate with and made all their attempts to have it moved back. I believe they made every effort and they made it right.
I like this marketing so much that I added a second store. It is a great form of advertisement if you are interested in marketing locally in the neighborhood.

We were contacted you multiple times and received nothing. This dispenser basically is USELESS without the Tazza 70% alcohol-based wipes. Avoid this company like the plague. You sign a contract and they make promises but do not fulfill there promise. I have made multiple complaints to Lauren at the company and she responded at first but then she stopped returning my calls.

They are unethical. The piece was not completed on time, nor was it ever put in or kept at the front of the store. They then talked to me every day, to get payment. It was all promise and nothing. When I refused to pay they added a collection account to my credit. This is more of a headache from sleazy sales people.
