Do NOT use this company! They are completely unorganized, they charge your card up front before you even start your ad work. They actual ad work takes 4-8 weeks while they are still charging your credit card. They signed me up for two contracts at two different locations, one which didn't even open until over a year later but started charging my card 4 months before the front door even opened and now they have collected 5 months of $500 a month payments claiming I have a kiosk in the store and have turned my account over to collections which is now on my credit report. They have caused nothing but a nightmare for me and I never got one single lead from the one kiosk I did have. I called them so many times with no return calls back and when I did finally get someone on the phone she was so rude to me.
I did adjust my artwork once during my campaign which took over 6 weeks and even the designer helping me commented they were going through some rough times. Read all the reviews with the BBB as they all say the same thing and it is true.
Fast turnaround, attentive and did not require rework because listened well to initial changes.
The advertisement was never placed in the Irmo, SC Kroger as contractually promised - yet I have paid Terraboost Media $2650! When I realized the problem over 2 months ago, I started the effort to speak with someone. I even went online and scheduled a phone appointment to discuss my concerns. The representative "no showed" for the scheduled appointment. I cannot get a returned call! Very disappointed to be taken advantage of!
Blake Miller patiently walked me through some extremely challenging and frustrating moments while trying to manage my account during the Coronavirus. We were back and forth numerous times as he did his best to make me happy. Blake never lost sight of my needs nor showed any frustration with my emotional ups and downs. He deserves a gold medal.
I think a kiosk in a major retailer is an excellent idea for getting your brand high exposure. I found the team easy to work with while getting the artwork designed and the end result is very professional. My representative, Ryan, is also very helpful.

I have only talked with a sales person, paid my money and so it is very premature to ask for a rating. I don't know what I get for my money, have not had the ad created yet, or seen a proof. So I don't know?
I wish I had read all the negative reviews before signing up for this 'service. Promises weren't kept and kiosks poorly maintained. Buyer Beware!
On March 23rd, we ordered: "Tazza® Alcohol-Free Hand Sanitizing Wipes (1200ct per bag, 4 bags per case) × 1 $174.00" and "Terraboost Flex Wall® Stainless Steel Wipe Dispenser × 4 $516.00". A few weeks later, we received the sanitizing wipes but only one of the dispensers. I inquired about the missing dispensers on April 22nd via email (option on the website) and then called on April 30th because I didn't get a response. A very nice lady told me to email J Gray. She warned me that he was getting thousands of emails and to try and be patient. I emailed him that day and again on May14th asking for a status update and if we could just get a credit for the dispensers we had not received. I still have not received a response from him as of today 5/19/20. I think J Gray needs some help at this company for all the Covid-19 orders and inquiries. I have no doubt he has been very overwhelmed but I would much appreciate a response as its been nearly 2 months since we placed our order. My president asked me to order these items and I have no response for him as to where they are or if we will receive a credit.

Terraboost took the issues we had with our ads very seriously. They kindly refunded us for our ad campaign after we faced some challenges. They understood the issues we had and handled them professionally.

Answer: They are NOT a scam and very legit. I understand frustrations of them taking a long time to put the ads up, but that doesn't make them scammers. You pay for a year and you get a year. Your time doesn't start when you pay, it starts when your advertisement is placed in the venue
