My wife ordered a pair of sandals from Teodera.com. The product that arrived was of inferior quality and construction. Clearly knock-offs of a popular brand.
My wife immediately contacted the company through the Teodera.com website to initiate a return request. Even though their website claims to offer a "30 day No-Hassle refund policy," that is simply not our experience. Through a series of back-and-forth communications, the company refused to offer a return authorization. Instead they offered a "store credit", first for $5 and finally escalating to $15. But as others have stated, that would require an additional purchase from Teodera.com. This is clearly a China-based company that has no interest in developing repeat customers in the U.S.
I ultimately contacted our credit card company to file a complaint, and our charge to Teodera.com was immediately reversed. Not sure if that meant that the bank went after Teodera.com for the refund, or if the bankcard simply ate the charge to keep us satisfied.
The Teodera.com return policy reads as follow: "If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one".

In our experience, this refund policy doesn't exist.
Poor quality product. Size is out of the norms. Really to narrow. After many emails, we understand that they will never let you send it back for refund. To buy it from Canada is really not a good idea. My worst experience of buying through the web... and I did a lot!
I am actually giving them a big fat Zero! Like everyone else that has written a review, I have been scammed.! It is a disgrace Teodera can continue to operate a business! Their product is poor quality and they will not send me an address to return the product, as I am getting the same run a round as everyone else!
This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER! I received my two pair of shoes and they were nothing more then a dollar store sandal. I contacted the company and I was told it is too expensive to return them and they offered a $5 gift card for a $90 purchase. Why would anyone want a gift card to a scam company. Please learn from my mistake and don't order from them. They also took 2 months to receive.
I ordered a pair of sandals and after receiving them months later I realized not only did I order the wrong color but I did not like the look of the sandal or the way it was made. I have been emailing back and forth with them for a return address since August 5th and it is now August 23rd. They have a 30 day no hassle refund policy that they refuse to honor. I was initially offered a $6 gift card for a pair of $30 shoes. I am now up to a $15 gift card that I do not want because I do not want to order anything else from them. I was so frustrated and angry with being told that I would have to pay the shipping to return them and that it was very expensive that I began to do some research. Unfortunately it does seem that it will cost at least $30 in shipping to return the shoes. Since I cannot get an address from them I cannot get an exact shipping rate. So, I now sit here debating on whether to continue asking for the address and let them keep upping the gift card amount or take the $15 just so I can feel I got something for my money. The problem is I have to use the gift card for their merchandise which I have no interest in purchasing. Catch 22.
They say the Chinese are becoming rich on the Americans. And I guess they are. I ordered 4 pairs of sandals. Two of them I can't even wear because the thong strap pushes my foot off the sandal. The are all very poorly made, cheap plastic. I have been arguing with them for over a month to return the sandals. They refuse to give me a return address to send the sandals back. They keep saying i have to pay the return postage and it is expensive and i should take a $5 dollar coupon. I told them I would take a 50% refund and they don't want to do this. Their business practice of very unprofessional. They told me I was the only one to complain. Evidently not. Do not be taken in by them.
Will never order anything else from this company. These shoes are awful. Can't believe they are allowed to sale them. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered the shoes, and it took me about 7 weeks to get them, and they want cheap, but cheaply made. So bad I can't even give them one star.
OMG, I feel like this must be a joke. These shoes are just awful, the construction of the shoe looks like it was done in an arts and craft class for children. They are going directly into the trash, lesson learned.
Poor quality and not made for wide feet. They refused to let me return them and offered me $3. I purchased three sandals for $72.37. I sent them pictures of them not fitting as they requested and they told me that I was the first one to complain. Obviously this is a lie. They are a scam. Do not buy from them.
Took forever to get an acknowledgement of order; more time for shipping notice; and now I get a "shoe" made of compressed styrofoam with straps that are too tight to even get my big toe into. Their offer is a $5 gift card; they upped that to $6, and I should gift them. It would take a 5-year-old to fit into these sandals. I want a full refund and a return address with prepaid shipping.
DO NOT order anything from them from their FACEBOOK ads.

Sandals were poor quality and did not fit. Although when ordering it said free returns with paypal, this is not the case. I was told to just give them to a family member because the cost for me to return them was too high and they would send me a $5 gift card. After 3 more emails, they offered me an $8 gift card. I learned my lesson about buying from online ads. NEVER again will I purchase anything from an online ad out of the US
I emailed asking to cancel but they asked me to keep the order and assured me they were high quality sandals. I replied to say please cancel. No response. Then I received email saying the order was on its way. Received the goods today. Cheap, nasty, plasticky, poor quality. Never worth £30. Avoid!
