I love Temu in itself for buying items, but I did not get the latest items I ordered even though tacking said it was delivered. The courier for this order was SpeedX. When I tried to make contact, there was no answer and no way to leave a message. After reading reviews on SpeedX, this is VERY common, so I do not understand why they continue to be used!?!?
I did contact Temu for a refund, so hopefully I get it, but that can take time. I will still order from Temu, but if the courier is SpeedX, I'll unfortunately have to cancel the order.

Poor Customer Service

This review is about poor customers service. Beware of the games Temu entice you into playing spin the wheel to get $150.00 store credit. So you spin and you get coins but you have to invite friends and family to accept the invite, it tells you one more time then one more time and one more time, this is time sensitive l worked real hard getting family and friends taking time for their work day to play this game me. I finally got down to $.50 from earning my reward of $150.00.My last referral Temu ask her for her credit card number, she got suspicious since she was just signing up not making any purchases. Why did they need her credit card? So she stopped. And l got nothing for all my hard work. I feel cheated and this is fraudulent. Customer service was powerless to do anything about it, l felt that they would at least give me the $.50 credit due to their negligence of asking her for her credit card. They offered a mediocre solution to the problem they offered me a $10 credit. Wow! So temu finds any way to cheat you out of your winnings? I left dissatisfied and disappointed. I recommend don't play the games
They're not real. They're the only ones that gets something from it. They get your referrals as customers.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

I purchased a jacket and it was too large. I placed another order for a smaller size, which fits. I was provided a return label for the first jacket. I dropped it inside the post office, in their mailbox. It has never been seen again. I've chatted with TEMU customer service 4 or 5 times. I am always told how sorry they are for the inconvenience, and they have informed their supervisor. THAT IS IT. Nothing else happens. I filed a missing package claim with the post office twice and both times they say the package was never scanned. I'm assuming it had something to do with the label I was sent. I have basically paid TWICE for one jacket. If I created the return label, I would think that it is my responsibility to follow up on this. But since the label was sent to me, it should be the responsibility of TEMU. The worst customer service from any company I have ever ordered from. Do Not buy anything from here. I just did the chat AGAIN, and it ended as usual "We take your concern seriously, we have forwarded to our supervisor for further assistance." Then you never hear from them again.

Very easy and reliable shopping and returns!

I've made several purchases from this site now and feel like I can finally give an honest review. I first heard about Temu from my sister who told me that there were amazing deals on Temu for some of the stuff that we were usually buying from Amazon (hair claws, socks, etc.). Of course, I was skeptical at first so for my first order, I just bought a few basic, small items (dog toys, hair accessories, iPhone stand). I paid using Paypal and everything went through fine. I didn't have any of the issues that other people are saying about multiple charges or anything. My first order came pretty quickly (8 days) and all of the items were correct. Since then, I started shopping more and tried out other stuff like clothing and swimwear. The sizing didn't always work out so I started returns for them and that was also pretty easy! I just followed directions on the app and I got Temu credit refunds immediately and my credit card refunds in a week. My conclusion is that Temu is actually a legit site. I feel bad for the people who had issues, but this is a brand new site and the holidays were busy for everyone. I ordered from another brand in LA that never delivered my order either and got a refund from them. I think if you're patient with delivery times and want to save money, Temu is a safe site to shop from. If they make a mistake, I think they really try to fix it, especially now when they are so new. I ordered a laptop bag, when it arrived the shipping bag had a slit in it, the protective inside cover had a slit in it and the actual bag had 3 knife slits in it. Sent photos of all three to Temu and s lsdy told me the refund was on its way back to Paypal...a total pack of lies. They told me to trash the bag as it was no good and not to send it back. They will send you what you order but from experience it us to smsll, to big or broken and unusable. If you have money to waste then go ahead and waste it with Temu. Photos sent to Temu by myself and Paypal so none below.

I can't give a 0 for a rating or I would but had to give a 1! I think what I received was well below standard of any merchandise I have ever purchased! I don't think I will ever order again. Most of what I ordered went into my trash due to very little useable! CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!

I needed to return items that I accidentally ordered too much of and was told to go to UPS by a Temu rep.I get to UPS and Am told they cannot process my return.afyer driving 30 min to do that I now have to turn around to drive to the post office and Am told they can process my rerurn but to no avail...I call Temu and ask them to send me the correct labeland now they are telling me they can not send me a QR code that I need to fi d somewhere to print a label.I spent over 2 hours with different reps just to be told different stories and no facts. I finally ask for a manager and now all of a sudden there is no manager to be found.I ask for a complaint address abd the guy is not sure what the companies address is or what state itis in but he says it might be in Massachusetts.worst customer service ever and now I Am stuck with purchases that I will never be able to get reimbursed for or credited back to my account.never again!

Hello, I've just recently got Teemu and the "deals" are BS. It tells you if you spend 20 bucks or more you will get $100 bundle and then the bundle just ends up being four different coupons that you have to spend a certain amount of money just to get that $30 coupon not to mention when you use the coupons you have to pay for shipping and handling yourself, and don't get me started on how long it takes to get here, we're talking weeks even months. I spoke with customer service, and they are absolutely no help whatsoever. I spoke with customer service, and they are absolutely no help whatsoever F**k Teemu, stick with Amazon. At least you get free shipping and 2 day delivery and no BS CLICK BAIT!

THE WORSE SITE EVER

Opinion on TEMU

I'm very sorry to hear that some of you are having trouble with this company. I believe they have great products & after comparing similar items on other sites, I'm very happy with their prices. I was kind of curious about where this company is located after receiving my first order. If I had anything bad to say about this company, it would be that they need to disclose their location. I don't think that would keep people from ordering from them. As for customer service, I have no complaints. I received my second order from them today (4/1/23) only to find that they sent me the wrong order. I was initially upset but after spending over as half hour in the chat room, the issue was resolved and my account was credited immediately. The chat room person was very patient and once I told her I wanted to know exactly how was and when issue was going to get resolved she offered a refund and told me she mark my refund urgent and like I said it truly was. I did find the the chat room evasive at first but once she realized I wanted my specific questions answered meaning exactly how what and when she was more than helpful. Mistakes are made all the time but I truly believe that this company will resolve issues and I am very satisfied with how they handle my issue." I believe this company is reputable with good customer service and great products and prices.

Ordered a little cute lamp for my cousins upcoming bday but it arrived with some damages and dents but lemme tell u that temu was all over that the moment i reached out to customer service. Sure Temu has lots of great junk (emphasis on junk) at junk prices but it's not worth it - ever since ordering from Temu, I have gotten daily robo calls growing in number on a daily basis, up to 6 a day now. It seems that by blocking the number, I am signalling someone that there is a live person here and the number gets sold more and more. I am also getting text spams daily and I click report as junk and delete but this is daily. I can't prove a connection to Temu, I would just have to say it is a wild coincidence if it's not them. Have had my phone number since early 90s and this has NEVER been a problem of this magnitude before Temu.
