Sure Temu has lots of great junk (emphasis on junk) at junk prices but it's not worth it - ever since ordering from Temu, I have gotten daily robo calls growing in number on a daily basis, up to 6 a day now. It seems that by blocking the number, I am signalling someone that there is a live person here and the number gets sold more and more. I am also getting text spams daily and I click report as junk and delete but this is daily. I can't prove a connection to Temu, I would just have to say it is a wild coincidence if it's not them. Have had my phone number since early 90s and this has NEVER been a problem of this magnitude before Temu.
BEWARE! This site has HACKERS sneaking all through it! I have only used this app twice and BOTH times my back account has been HACKED! And for LARGE sums of money, completely wiping my account clean! I am FURIOUS! There is nothing in this world worth losing all my hard earned money for cheap items! I deleted the app and I suggest you all do the same if you wanna protect what's YOURS!

Since you used SpeedX, delivery has been shabby. I had several orders that were not delivered and I would like to receive the items I ordered but accoring to your customer service, you lost my orders.I will have to stop buying from you, it does not make sense to buy and never receive the things you purchased. Geting the refund is ok but I want the things I purchased. I always felt guilty whenever I go crazy shopping online bc I was always like wow I'm contributing to climate change:< BUT THATS WHY IM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND TEMU I thought that it was just yet another shopping site but they actually have a carbon initiative that makes sure they offset their carbon footprint for every delivery which I love! The prices are great IF the product comes undamaged. The fact that EVERYTHING is shipped in a flimsy bag without any reinforcement guarentees damage. BuT
The product I ordered clearly stated "Do not bend or fold" on both sides. Your workers then proceeded to put it in a bag with other products and FOLD MY PRODUCT to close the bag, when they could have closed it flat with no issues.
Your workers damaged my product before it even got shipped. If it had been even in a cardboard sleeve, it would have not been folded and damaged to the extent it is, which is unusable.

I buy a diferents products with this company and for me is a good provider and cheaper than other company's like to ebay, amazon, etc. The first five starts are the wide spectrum the items and in differents categories the uses of domestic's and work daily. The second five stars is about the easy interface in the phones for you select, review and pay this in a few minutes. Now the two stars is the delivery, that have a long time to receive our goods. The quality of products is another 3 stars for the company because you find goods products and another are regular productos. The prices is the four stars because not all the products are cheap, some products is possible to find at lest price than other's.
It's a alternative seller in some cases for your usualy products that you will need. The average is 3.5 to 4 four stars not more.

Have ordered several times, and apart from 2 articles, everything was 5 +++. These 2 articles were a beret, which was too small [more for a child], and a dress, which was thinner material than expected,albeit good quality, just not for winter. I did receive my order on time, but half the items weren't even worth the low price. And they have "promotions" that promise free $$$ and items AS LONG AS you try to refer all your friends, and just when you go to do the last referral, the software glitches and won't count your last referral, therefore you NEVER get your prize. I did this with MULTIPLE OFFERS on the site and everything would go fine except 2 things, you will ALWAYS "WIN" there games and get the most credit FIRST and you will ALWAYS LOSE when you try to do the last referral. Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
