We got stuck on a Sunday needing medication for our daughter. TelMD First was quick, easy to navigate, and they listened and helped us get what we needed within 5-6 hours. I will happily use this site and their team in the future when we are outside of doctors office hours and don't want to sit inside an urgent care for something we can solve from home. I am very happy with this company and the people working for them. Thank you for everything! You were a huge lifesaver to our family.

From 3 to 5 stars!

I originally had given them three stars but I am now changing it to five stars because of the excellent customer service by this company I wrote my review on Friday and two days later on Sunday the CEO of the company text me and asked if they were something they could do to make this right and I told him I needed my prescription and he made it happen and this is what you really call Customer service going above and beyond. I wish I could give him six stars for that. I am giving him five and he say thank you.

Great experience

Very quick call back after submitting need for medication. I went through all 20 steps to set up visit it was within an hour I received a call from someone to go over questions in order to call in a prescription. I spent 5 miserable days trying over the counter for a yeast infection spent just as much money as useless medicine as I did for a virtual call and medication called in to pharmacy. I felt better in less than 12 hours

We were on vacation out of state, when my daughter's medicine ran out. I was able to get a refill through TelMDFirst within a day. Such a relief to have this service and avoid going to an urgent care or emergency room!

Fast and efficient
September 21, 2023

I got a call within minutes to go over my symptoms, my pharmacy of choice, and had a prescription and doctors note all ready to go. I was nervous because I don't have insurance, but $30 a visit is so much cheaper than I would have paid at an urgent care, and faster too!

To anyone that may be hesitant to use an online health service, I was too. However, I honestly have nothing but positive feedback. The process was easy and quick when compared to others. For example, have you ever been sick or needing medical assistance on a weekend and tried visiting an urgent care? Trying to schedule M-F is tough enough, right?

If you have ever had to do a weekend urgent care, you probably know it can be a very long wait (most every time). Many times up to a 2 hour wait IF you can be seen and good luck trying to find one open on a Sunday.

I was able to speak to a doctor within approximately 15 minutes after my initial contact. The doctor was caring, thorough, excellent, and a professional!

It was the weekend & I basically needed a prescription, if I had gone to our local urgent care it would cost me $395. I got the medication I needed to get the condition treated quickly. This was so easy & convenient, I would not hesitate to use this service again.

It's a long story how I ended up writing & editing this review but the short of it is that this company is actually a great compassionate hardworking wonderful virtual healthcare team. I don't have medical insurance and I have a fair amount of healthcare issues that require ongoing care. Not only are they able to provide most of my medical care virtually the individuals at TelMDFirst actually care about the service that they provide unlike some other virtual providers. Today I received assistance from what I now know to be a team that will strive to provide their patients with the gold standard in patient care that we as virtual patients don't always get. The person that I worked with was dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of care and medical integrity.

Did I get scammed?

I spoke with someone this morning and paid my $80, I just needed a refill on a regular medication bc my dr retired. They said I would hear something in a couple hrs but my its now nighttime and I haven't heard a word. Hopefully they call it in tomorrow and I didn't get scammed. It would be nice to just hear something.

I have used TelMDFirst a few times and every time they are caring, prompt to get back to me. They ask questions to prevent any accidental drug interactions etc. This has been so wonderful and we don't have to go to an office full of sick people to be treated. Plus when you're sick you don't really feel like driving or getting out of your pj's with them you don't have to. I paid one reasonably low price for 10 visits a year. My whole family may use any of the 10 appts.

My 8 year-old daughter has a temperature of 102.8, she's coughing the keeps her up at night and has a sore throat. Her twin has the same symptoms about three weeks ago and was prescribed a combination cough medicine that was very effective allowed her to sleep and heal quickly. Sent their pediatricians office is closed, I decided to try telmdfirst. After about 40 minutes of filling out forms and being interviewed on the phone, I got a text message back that they couldn't prescribe medication my other eight-year-old daughter had received because they can't prescribed medications like that.

Needless to say I asked for a refund.

Used TelMDFirst for the first time, and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The process was convenient and allowed me to receive medical care from the comfort of my own home. The healthcare provider I spoke with was professional and helpful, and my prescription was ready for pickup at a local pharmacy within a few hours. However, it took a little longer than I expected. Despite these minor issues, I would still give the online doctor company a 5-star rating. The service was reliable and efficient, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to receive medical care remotely. I would definitely consider using this company again in the future.

Called and explained my symptoms and I was treated professionally and in a timely manner. I was prescribed antibiotics and feeling better within a few days. This worked out well for me and avoided a visit to urgent care/emergency room where I would've waited hours to be seen. I was treated with concern and I highly recommend this service.

Toothache

I have a cracked tooth and don't have an appointment for about a month to have it repaired. I knew, from past experience, I have the start of an infection. Found TelMD First when Googling for help. This service was so quick and accommodating. A prescription for my tooth was sent to my pharmacy to pick up. All taken care of in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Scam

I used the site for a one time visit. They charged my card for 3 months. Two months after I called and canceled the subscription continued to bill. They said they had a minimum they had to bill for and they tried to contact me. Totally false. Will never use them again and I will be filing with the better business bureau

Poor service

First I spoke to a person who had very little knowledge if the English Language. I was told she would take down my information. I understood very little if what she had to say. They say you will speak to a doctor in a few minutes. After more than 3 hours wait, no Doctor only a Email telling you your prescriptions were sent to your pharmacy. I called them 4 times and on the 4th time they never answered the ohone. 80 bucks for this. I have no idea who the doctor was or if even there was a doctor. So be careful.how you waste your money. I know I will never be doing this again. For all I know the person was in China. So my stupidity.

Gave me what I needed

I had an infection and needed antibiotics. The process of receiving support from TelMDFirst (and its third parties) was easy and from the comfort of my home. I answered the questions they needed, submitted a picture of the area of my body that had an infected wound, and was able to pick up antibiotics from my local Walgreens shortly after. I don't have insurance, and being able to pick up the medicine I needed without going to a clinic was awesome. I will be using this service again.

Terrible,

You don't get a call with a doctor. You gett emailed that they are sending in a prescription you didn't asked for and when you call and ask to speak to a doctor you get a rude man that won't identify himself or his credentials but wants to give out medical advice. This is a scam. Run.
