Scam site. Paid $720 for a 12 months 6 bottles of Latisse. But received 3 bottles at the end, they promise to send a replacement but not doing anything. No refund and no replacement. Check trustpilot before you place your order.
**Review of Hers Customer Service**
I signed up for a prescription with Hers but had a highly unsatisfactory experience with their customer service. After five months without any prior notification, I was unexpectedly charged for a second payment, which I only discovered by noticing a very expensive charge on my credit card statement.
I promptly reached out to Hers before the product was shipped, hoping to resolve the issue. However, the company delayed their response until after the product had already been shipped. To make matters worse, they refused to assist me in any way, even suggesting that the lack of notification was my fault due to a supposed duplicate account. If that does exist (which I do not believe it does) why would their site even allow you to create two accounts with the same email? That would signify an inherent flaw in their system.
Their refusal to accept a return or halt the shipment left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Hers and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected better communication and assistance, especially given the high cost involved.
I went through the intake, checked "yes" for having insurance but was subsequently charged full price without any submission being made to my insurance. When I asked to cancel, I was told I could only cancel my subscription for future refills. My prescription has not been filled at this point. It is unacceptable that my card was charged $234 without a consultation and my final approval. Furthermore, now I cannot cancel the prescription (that has NOT been filled). Without resolution of a full refund from Hers.com, I will file a dispute of fraud with my credit card and bank.
These bastards are con artist...with a sticky operation that wont let you cancel your subscription...i never used their services after receiving a heads up from a PA.the cons at customer service are totally unavailable...but theyll get your debit card info.$#*! these mfkrs
I had a horrible reaction to one of their medicines and was denied a refund.( They lied and stated I didn't follow the regimen even though it was NOT printed anywhere) It is surely a tactic just to deny any refund claim.
So I spent 10 minutes answering questions on their site they said the scores were from 0-20 with 20 being the highest and I scored a 13 and was told they could not help me at all! I'm sorry but if they couldn't help ME who can you help?! Not anyone who scores HIGHER than i did if I wasn't even excepted! The commercial is FRAUD they make it seem so easy and guaranteed and you get all excited and confident just to be shot back down! Not cool!
They billed me with out me knowing what I was being sold. I did not want an antidepressant I have severe anxiety. And on a limited budget. They said I would not be billed. Their support is horrible.
