Hours and Minutes reached out to me to see if I wanted to purchase a watch at a discount, as part of a promotional pitch for them to increase followers and get their name out there. I agreed, selected a watch based on their online photos, and waited (awhile) for it to finally arrive. The watch is nowhere near what they try to promote on their website. The band is completely wrinkled, cheap, and definitely not real leather. The gold around the watch face looks like the tackiest rose gold color you've ever seen. Nowhere near the color pictured online. I attempted to work with them to return the watch, but they flatly refused, saying they do not allow returns on items which were purchased with a discount. I could perhaps understand that if I just changed my mind, however, this watch is nowhere near what they post in their promo photos. I always prefer to work with companies rather than post negative reviews, however, they have left me no choice as they refused to work with me on this issue. I would steer clear and try MVMT instead - great service and beautiful products. Speaking of, Hours and Minutes included the tagline "Welcome to the Movement!" in their emails, is a blatant ripoff of MVMT's tagline "Join the Movement."
