Please do not use this company to claim PPI. Do it yourself directly by contacting your lenders/ banks.
1. Although I signed online I did not sign any paperwork to provide full written consent. Despite this they rapidly began contacting all the lenders and banks overnight notifying me via no reply emails.
2. I was extremely concerned that this would incur charges and if you check the small print their fees are extortionate for any kind of contact.
3.If you fail to cancel their services within the 2 week cooling off period they charge. Having said that they are impossible to contact.
4. Their email address is incorrect and no one answers the phone.The only way to cancel is by downloading and sending off their written cancellation form.
In conclusion they are banking on you not cancelling in time in order to make money. I managed to cancel by sending off the form via post at the same time as submitting a complaint. They initially denied receiving the complaint and were unable to find it so I sent it again along with a copy to the Financial Ombudsman.
