I ordered the ‘Smile For Me-Deluxe' bouquet for my mom's birthday and spent more than $70 including service fees and the bouquet my mom received looked like a $10 bouquet from a grocery store. While I understand a florist may need to make substitutions based on availability of flowers, the flowers received looked nothing like what I ordered. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Teleflora again. Very disappointed in the service. Pictures of what was received vs what was ordered included below.
I placed an order on the 27th for delivery on the 28th. Was sent an email confirming hand delivery was made at 7:54 PM. I called my mom (the recipient) delivery was not made nor attempted. She was home all day no attempt was made. I called teleflora and was told sometimes they confirm delivery before it's made due to the local floral shops closing and that they check into it. I was out on hold and disconnected. I called back was placed on hold for over 30 minutes still no resolution. No delivery was ever made on the 28th. I emailed and was told the felt was attempted and they attempted to call the recipient with no answer, my mom never had a missed call. They did refill we the next day and the arrangement was nothing close to what I ordered. Very, very disappointed! Ordered an arrangement with Roses and hydrangeas (pink) for $60 got daisies and carnations white & purplish, not worth $60 :(
Ordered flowers for mother in law's Birthday. I paid their swiping charge of $20.98 for same day delivery plus the price of the flowers. I notified my (retired) in laws and they were expecting the flowers at home all day. Flowers never arrived.
My in laws contacted me at 8 pm saying flowers never arrived. However, I received an email delivery confirmation from Teleflora saying it was delivered by hand to the recipient.
I called Teleflora to complain. They said the email was sent by "mistake". Then they "try" to shift the blame and put on the recipient saying that the florist tried to deliver the flowers but nobody was home. I told them it is not true. My in laws were home all day waiting for the flowers. Then, they promised me the flower was going to be deliver in the morning the next day.
The next day the flowers were not delivered. My in laws contacted Teleflora by 1:00pm saying nothing came. Then, I called Teleflora as well and they promised between 3-7pm the flowers would be delivered. I this point I did not have any confidence in this florist.
My in laws said the flowers arrived at 6:30pm and had two dead flowers. The delivery guy put the flowers by the door and left.
They sure know how to ruin a birthday moment for $20.98 fee. I asked Teleflora to give me credit and Teleflora says they are not authorized to give me credit. I asked to talk to the manager and they transferred me to his phone mail box. I left a message but they just don't care. I will dispute with my credit card. I have used Teleflora several times over the years to send high quality bouquets to special friends and family. I have always received high praise for my selections. It is my wife who deserves the praise, because she is the one who makes the selections. Teleflora has never let us down. The quality of the flowers and plants has always been high class. Keep up the great work.
I sent a gorgeous arrangement, balloon, and chocolates to a dear friend for her birthday. What she received was a much lesser bouquet with no balloon or chocolate at all! I let the company know and they refunded me half of the amount that I paid. Needless to say I will not be shopping for flower delivery through them again.
I specifically ordered the terrarium, for the TERRARIUM. I didn't want the same old basket of plants. That's what I got and the basket was not even full. Mostly moss. Very disappointed.

I ordered flowers for a birthday on 14 July 2021 for delivery on 23 July, but they have yet to be delivered. I am very disappointed with Teleflora and as of 27 July I have yet to hear from the company as to the status of my order.

Flower arrangement couldn't have looked more different than what was picked out. We paid for roses and they sent Gerber daisies and golden rod.

We ordered a large funeral wreath for $244 and they sent a pathetic 12 inch one, perhaps thinking we were not to be at this distant funeral. The funeral home said they have done this before and not to use them.
They only refunded half the cost but we can never explain to the grieving family that we were victims of a scam.

They have a unique flower bundle that is customized for every occasion. I loved the fact that you can schedule when to deliver it and defer it to that date.
I ordered the "Perfect Chevy Pickup" but apparently they were out of stock, it was substituted with a Chevy Camaro. They did this without asking me if a substitution was acceptable and if it would fit the recipient —which it did not. To top it off, the presentation looked nothing like what was represented on the website. The large, cheap plastic pot sticking out of the back of the car looked pretty silly and cheap. I would never order from here again. The photo of the truck is what I ordered, photos of the car are what I received vs what is shown on the website.
Order arrangement that had a stuffed Bee and sunflowers, I understand that flowers may not be available and substitutes for them will be made, but the Bee was not even in the arrangement which was the reason I picked that one to begin with. There was no stuff item at all.
My adult children live out of state. For my birthday, anniversary and other special days they often send flowers with Teleflora. They last longer and stronger than flowers I can purchase at the market. Teleflora does an excellent service!
If you are reading this review, please save yourself from being frustrated and not getting what you paid for. Please go to another website. My mom and I purchased this to be delivered to her 95 year old aunt on her birthday. I think a picture can speak louder than words, so please reference the first picture of what the website showed was a PREMIUM birthday bouquet, named "Yellow Fellow". The second picture reflects what was delivered and its' definitely NOT what is reflected in the example. The florist seems to have been satisfied with the fact that some yellow flowers were included in the most minimal way possible. They should be ashamed! Simply not what I paid for!
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
