Don't fall for their "promotions." I ordered a miniature rose plant in a white ceramic container and whatever florist was given the task delivered a peace lily in a clay colored container that was worth half of what I paid for the other plant. My friend didn't know what the plant was that they delivered and I only found out about the poor substitution when she called to thank me and ask what it was. It took Teleflora two days to get back to me to tell me that the florist had delivered and they offered no apology for the switch.
I carefully chose all the options and even chose $15 for delivery before 1pm - but after everything was chosen, I pressed the button to process the order and right as I was doing it - I saw the total of being charged an extra $15 for "service" - kinda sucks and I don't think that is right. I chose everything else - why did this all of a sudden just "pop" in? This needs to be done with a confirmation or something. I would never have guessed another charge would've just "popped" in but it did and I am usually good at reviewing. I chose Teleflora because of their delivery is on time and flowers are fresh. Now, may have to find another vendor.

I selected my arrangement, paid in full, provided the exact address to be delivered, and agreed with their substitution policy. As of this date I have no idea why my arrangement was not delivered and I received an email the day of delivery nearing COB 3:31pm. Disgusted and will never use this company again. Unsubscribe! Waiting for my credit card statement to confirm my refund. Customer service hold times are rediciulous!
My husband never got the plant I ordered. Called FTD to find out what happened and was told it would not be delivered after 7:00. Didn't get an apology. Have not received the refund I was told I would.
I was very happy with the quick delivery turn around time, but I was disappointed with the product and final delivery to a client. There were lots of options online to choose from, and I understand that there might be a slight difference in flower selections due to the corona virus. After the order was placed, my email confirmation said that the florist will due their best to make an arrangement with what is available... the I paid over $70 for one hydrangea bloom and a few daisies, a lily and lots of foliage. I ordered full flower blooms, with lots of colorful flowers with a pretty vase. I would've rather chose from a few limited selections, and got what I picked, than a random arrangement that was not impressive at all.
I totally was so busy looking around for flowers because of the corona virus. There was no flowers anywhere. I looked on line and no one was able to deliver the very next day. I was about to throw in the towel and give up. I finally said let me try Teleflora. And they came through on time the very next day! Thank you great job!

Ordered these flowers for a dear friends Mom who had passed. We paid 97.97 for two roses in a vase with other blooms that looked as if they came from someone's yard. I figure Teleflora was the best way to go since they have been around forever, but I was wrong and will go back to my old local florist. I was so upset, I couldn't even be in the moment at the funeral.

The flowers I sent to my daughter -in- law never arrived. She was home all day. The address was correct. She had just received her MBA. I am very disappointed. I would like you to send the flowers and little box of chocolate or refund my money.
I ordered a beautiful casket spray for my brother's wake and funeral with one day's notice. I paid an additional service fee for this with the arrangement to arrive by 11:00 in our time zone. It was several hours late and the wake was long over by the time it arrived. It was available for the funeral the following day. He was a veteran and following the flag ceremony, the spray was placed on the casket. It was quite beautiful. I'm simply upset about the additional device fee when arrived late.
If you said that due to the current situation your give permission to florists to change the flowers, it should be at least close to what people order. I order bouquet with orchids in ikebana style. But got some cheap flowers from grocery store. I could go there and spend 4 times less. I couldn't even find an orchids in my order. Extremely disappointed by your service.
I ordered a rose plant for a sympathy gift, but what was sent was a bouquet of flowers. While the bouquet was pretty, it was not what I wanted to send. I like sending plants as sympathy gifts because they last longer. I wish that I had been notified that the plant I wanted wasn't available. I would have ordered a different one. Now the flowers will die and all the recipient will have left is a vase. Sad.
The ordering process went smoothly and I hope the delivery will be the same. Website is wonky and pop-ups for survey would not close.

The first one is what they SHOULD look like, and the second photo is what they actually look like (brown and falling apart)! It's called "Sapphire Skies" Sympathy DELUXE Bouquet. I live in the U.S. and like to send flowers to my family, all of whom live in Canada, when there is a special occasion. This company can accommmodate that wish, and has reasonable prices and an easy to use web site! I am very pleased so far. I haven't heard yet from the recipient, and won't until the end of June, but so far, I am glad. DL

Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
