I liked that I was able to leave a custom note for the receiver of the arrangement. It was very easy to navigate and the flowers are gorgeous.
Sympathy Flowers were not sent on day requested. I was not notified that they could not be sent till one day next week after funeral over. I cancelled purchase.

I used them because of a guaranteed delivery by 1pm same day well they missed that window refunded fee... then the missed the daily window delivering after dinner I has to wait at home all day on my anniversary! Then after I clearly stated this was an anniversary bouquet then sent the balloon with happy birthday horrible customer service totally clueless company... stick with 1800flowers where product will arrive accurately and on time!
The flowers were not delivered the day that they should have been. I was given a 20% refund and told that they would be delivered the next day. I would have much rather cancelled the order because now it looks as if I forgot my aunt's birthday.
The bouquet I ordered looked nothing like the Teleflora picture! When I told them of my dissatisfaction and sent pictures of what I ordered and what was received they insulted me with a small credit of $13.79 for an $86 order. I wrote back and told them it was an insult and they then added to the credit for a total of $22.98. I wanted them to reorder and send a bouquet with the pink flowers I ordered as I had a reason for them. Terrible customer service!
Teleflora did not apply the the $20 i paid for the flowers. I was led to believe that my $20 would pay for the flowers.
So, Mothers Day was approaching this year and my 13 year old was really wanting to surprise me with something special. It was really cute because she's not mushy or lovey at all, and honestly this was the first gift she has given me on Mothers Day since she attended daycare (7+ years ago) where she was forced to make something! :) Well, she decided to go through Teleflora because we live in the boonies and there's not many florists out this way. This sweet girl purchased a stuffed bear, a little balloon, and purple daises because that's my favorite flower and color. Mind you, this child spent $100 OF HER OWN CASH for this surprise, so she was really looking forward to my delivery. Well, unfortunately we're still waiting for them to be delivered. She was literally pacing all Mothers Day around the house expecting a knock at the door, but it never came. Teleflora sent a confirmation email soon after the purchase, of course accepted the payment but then didn't even have the decency to call and inform us of the cancellation! A couple days go by, and still no word. We had to call them and boy were they condescending, nonchalant and catty about the whole situation. They made us feel as if WE were the ones that hadn't delivered! Not to mention, they didn't want to give a full refund! Like, REALLY?!?!?!
I ordered the beautiful Enchanted Cottage (premium) bouquet to be sent to a friend who lost her Mom. What you delivered was very inferior! Not the same flowers or colors! You charged me $77. I would like my money refunded to Costco Citi Card. Will never order from you again! Mary Bryan
Terrible customer service. They deliver flowers on the wrong day and then won't redeliver. I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to sort it out becAuse they delivered on a day when my recipient wasn't home.
I would just like to inform you guys that you have the WORST customer service ever. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my cousin in the hospital. Her mom had messaged me letting me know she was being discharged and I called in and spoke to a guy who I asked if we could change the delivery to my cousins house. He told me they had not been delivered yet and he would update the florist and that if they couldn't I would get a call back letting me know. Well Ofcourse the flowers were delivered to the hospital (which at this point probably aren't even there anymore). I called in to see what happened and another guy told me the best he could do was send me to the complaint department. So I asked to speak to a supervisor where I spoke to a incredibly rude lady named Janet. She told me the best that she could do was call the florist in the morning to ask if they would go to the hospital and pick them up and deliver them to her house(if they are even still at the hospital) Never did she take my number or even my cousins address to her house. Every time I tried to speak she talked over me and did not listen to one word I was saying. I have spent money on these and now my cousin has no flowers. If I would have gotten a phone call back like I was told I was going to get I would have walked to the other side of the hospital myself since I work there and picked them up. But now because of covid I can't get into that side of the hospital. After getting no where with Janet she hung up on me. I've never been treated so disrespectful by someone in my whole life. All I want to do is get the flowers I paid for to my 14 year old cousin that's had a total hip replacement. She was awaiting this gift from us and now didn't receive it. I will be telling every person I know to never order flowers from here because of your guys TERRIBLE customer service.

I ordered same day delivery before the deadline (by a couple hours), got the confirmation, expected flowers to arrive as my daughter-in-law returned home from the hospital, and no flowers have arrived.
Had issues ordering flowers from 2 sites Teleflora came through for me! So I'm very satisfied and hope everything goes well with the delivery!
I was asked if I wanted to pay $15 extra to have it delivered by 1pm. Unfortunately, it didn't get delivered until 3:40. The delivery guy was great calling first and dropping them off with a smile to my wife. She was happy with him but to say you will have them there by a certain time and they don't arrive after I pay the extra money is pretty frustrating. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience and the entire process. I would recommend but just not paying for any extra cross sell items that are available.
I was very disappointed with my order after my friend sent the pictures to thank me for the flower. They delivered a floral arrangement that was completely different from the one advertised on the website. My friend received the floral arrangement for a service and the flowers looked cheap and wilted. I noticed the order was fulfilled by a local florist and they put more greens than flowers. I paid $115 and I feel cheated! I immediately contacted customer service and was offered 20% discount I guess that was the best they could reimburse me! So upsetting! I even sent out actual pictures of the floral arrangement with dying flowers and no one bother to response to my email. I will never order from this website again and will make a vlog about this experience!
I ordered a same day delivery of a birthday bouquet at 11; 30 am. I was offered the option to purchase 2 hour delivery for an additional $15. Who knew that failure to buy that means that they won't delivery your bouquet at all $84 down the drain and no birthday bouquet. Please avoid this vendor at all costs. Its a ripoff. When you attempt to contact customer service - no phone number and no response. Totally ruined my birthday gift.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
